It went very well. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and professionally and left everything in good condition when they left.

Called Chandler the minute they opened on Monday morning because my sump pump broke in the night during a big storm and floods. Even though I never worked with them before, they sent a guy over almost immediately who quickly fixed the pump in record time. In fact, since I already paid for the service call and since he worked so fast, he asked if there was anything else he could do while on the clock and I got a leaky sink faucet fixed in the same visit. These guys are amazing and I definitely plan to use them again.

Tech was very friendly and professional and was only here a few minutes and said we needed an appliance tech. He didn’t want to charge us that day so went to the office to see if they would discount the original 159 for 30 minutes. We got a bill for 140.40 which was still steep when the tech said they don’t work on appliances. Spoke with a lady at the office and she helped us and was charged a trip cost for the 5 minutes of work. Didn’t expect it for nothing as they are a business and did actually come out to perform work. They did what was right and we will defiantly use them again should we need repairs.

We had a frozen burst pipe in the bottom level bathroom of our townhouse. Although the incident occurred on a Friday at 3:45pm, we were able to schedule an emergency plumber visit for 7pm. Chad was professional and clearly explained the situation. He gave us the burst pipe segment, repaired the pipe, and helped to restore our water flow. It was reassuring to have Chandler's available in the wake of an unpleasant pipe break.

The plumbers that Chandler Plumbing sent over have done an awesome job fixing our plumbing. They were honest and professional. I would hire them again.

my wife has a service contract with them (for 5or 6 years) ,called at 3pm they came at 7,were gone by 9pm,checked and fixed the ($2.00) valve. So when I called and they wanted to call it an emergency I was not told the charge would be $350. Thats really amazing ,if I hadn't broken my shoulder 4 weeks ago would have done it myself, OK note to self these folks are expensive when they have an opportunity to be, without telling you ahead they should have mentioned the $350 when I called. They came when they said, did a very professional job, left the job site clean and did the job for the price quoted. In short, everything was exactly as I would want.

After researching firms on Angie's List and Washington Consumer Checkbook, I called Chandler's to get a second proposal for this work. I had one estimate from my current contractor, who's done a lot of work for us over the years. I was very favorably impressed with Chandler's responsiveness, courtesy and professional performance. Responded to my first email by 8:30 AM the following day. Got an appointment with their estimator the following week, and had an estimate within 2 days. Based on Chandler's proposal, I gave feedback to the other company and they revised their proposal, to include a cheaper furnace which still has sufficient capacity. Elected to go with the other company, but the deciding factor was that we already have a long-term relationship. If I was starting from scratch, I would have gone with Chandler's. From my experience, they have absolutely earned their high ratings.

Job went great. Completed over 2 days. Equipment appears to function very well. Already seeing lower energy use on AC, waiting to see what happens on the heat.

They are tops. We get twice annual service calls. Top score across the board. I still use them.

Diagnosis was that I needed to replace the hose to the Grohe spray faucet. Th ey ordered and installed a new one. This fixed the problem.

It was very good. They did a good job. They found a few defects, but they told me the weren't significant and I could wait until next time.

We have a maintenance agreement. They are excellent.

For 2 new systems; it wasn't cheap. I think it was American Standard or one of these big names. It's given us excellent service as has Chandler's in maintaining it every year.

Although they're originally a plumbing company, that's how we first got involved with them, but they've gone into HVAC as well and they do an excellent job.

It was a slow drain in the bathtub. We don't have major plumbing it's just usually slow drains and that type of thing.

They were a very good company and I've had very little problems. I think the price was competitive. I liked their approach the best. I don't think they were the cheapest or the most expensive, just right in the middle.

Dustin was absolutely amazing. I had another plumber come out before and they weren't willing to even touch the project since it was such a mess. Dustin came over after 7pm, he tackled the project with confidence and professionalism. I was super impressed and happy that I found an awesome plumber to take care of us!

The plumber was very professional. He expertly repaired both toilets. I have had no trouble with them ever since. I would definitely recommend this company.
