They are really good. I called them the day before and they came right on time. They were very polite, efficient, and friendly. They came and did a good job.

Arrived a little bit early and promptly fixed problems.

The technician arrived for scheduled service call on time. When it was apparent the water heater needed to be replaced, he recommended a model that was in stock. He immediately went back to his company and returned with the heater and installed it that day, and disposed of the old heater. The technician was pleasant and very professional.

Work took a bit longer than expected because of weather and the holiday but was done perfectly and the guys were very nice. My biggest compliant is it took them over a month to send the bill and then weeks and weeks to cash our check.

Chandler meets their estimate, are timely, explain what they are doing and why, go out of their way to educate the customer so that the customer knows how to better maintain and do minor repairs on their HVAC systems.

They were pretty quick and prompt. They seem very thorough. We had lower estimates but they seemed to know their stuff. We would use them again.

He put the valve in and double checked to make sure that the valve actually worked.

I had a water pressurizer fail after hours. I contacted the this company because it states on Angies list that they service 24 hours. I left a vm with my contact information. 2 hours later still no response. i have had my problem fixed and resolved by another service. Lack of responsiveness = F (next time call back and tell the potential client its a not going to happen tonight).

They were very good and got the job done quickly. They were going to schedule me for the next day but this was a main line sewer backup so they got me in that day. I did have to do a little clean up outside after they left.

Routine work. I've used Chandlers for years. Always reliable. Have no reason to seek out anyone else.

It was an all day replacement but the crew showed up on time, put down drop cloths to protect the rugs, cleaned up after themselves and now I have a new furnace. I had been dreading the experience but it went very smoothly, The price was in line with other estimates I received and I wold definitely use Chandlers again.

Their responsiveness was fantastic. I called them on a Sunday because the hot water heater went out. The person on the phone said that she could send somebody out, but given the age of the unit, it could be one of two things. She said she will have one of the technicians give me a call, and he did. He found out that it could be one of the electronic components or it could be the hot water heater itself, which was about 11 years old. I asked him when he could get the component, and he said it would take about two or three days. I told him I did not like the idea of being without hot water for two or three days, especially because I was getting ready to go in for surgery. I asked him what the chances were of putting it in the next day, and he said that he could do that. He checked the schedule, and they came at 3 o’clock Monday afternoon and had it installed by about 6 o’clock in the evening, and I was off and running. Their responsiveness was wonderful, and the technician was great. He was very personable. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and were out of here, and everything was fine. I did not have a chance to do a lot of price checking, but I had done a little bit, and it looked like a pretty good price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Chandler's is very professional. They are slightly more expensive than other plumbers, but they do good work.

I called Chandler to perform general/yearly maintenance on our heater. The quoted me a price of $128 for the service call, which included of 30 minutes of service time. Any time exceeding 30 minutes was billed at the rate of $35 for each additional 15 minutes. I called another company, Twintech, who charges $110 for a service call, but they charge only a flat rate of $99 for general/year maintenance (the yearly maintenance is not considered a service call). I then got 10% off with an Angie's List Coupon. I have nothing against Chandlers, but the bill would have been $163 for the same service (the technician was at my home approximately 45 minutes).

Our kitchen sink had been leaking a little bit for some time but not enough that we had to act on it right away. Over time the problem got worse and we had to put a small container in the cabinet under the sink to catch the water. At this point we decided that we couldn't ignore the problem any more. I called Chander Plumbing & Heating because I remember my parents using them when I was growing up. The person on the phone was very helpful when I called and we made an appointment for Drue to come out and take a look at the faucet. After looking at the faucet, he said he thought he could fix it but he'd have to order a part. Because he wasn't positive that the new part would solve our problem, my husband and I opted to buy a completely new faucet to take care of the problem. He told us what to look for at Home Depot and we selected a faucet. We had a second service call at which time Drue installed the new faucet. The figure of $250 that I listed above was just the bill to Chandler Plumbing & Heating; it did not include the $125 or so that we spent on the new faucet. Overall, we were pleased with the service they provided and I would call them again.

Upon arriving home from work one evening I discovered several pin hole leaks in two copper pipes that ran to an upstairs bathroom. Water had started leaking thru drywall. "Dusty" from Chandler's came out after regular business hours and replace the damaged copper pipes. Good experience with the plumber and the company. Would use again.

Showed up as planned. Very courteous and efficient. got the job done satisfactorily in 45 minutes.

They sent someone out promptly that had a lot of experience. I thought they were reasonably priced and more than competent.

We use them from time to time, they do good work and I will use them again in the future.

We called the morning we noticed the leaky valve and they made an appointment for a few hours later. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently. Explained everything in easy to understand terms, and quickly replaced the valve.

The whole process from explaining the problems, scheduling the appointment, and getting the problems solved, was handled very efficiently, courteously, and professionally. I was very impressed. At the time of my scheduled appointment, Shawn didn't have a Kohler diverter in his truck, so he special ordered the part. It only took 2 business days to arrive and I was immediately called to schedule another date and time so Shawn could replace the part in my kitchen sink. Everything was handled very smoothly and efficiently.
