Chandlers is always a pleasure to deal with. The quality of work is high and prices are reasonable especially for the quality. They are responsive and professional. For this repair, Nate had a particularly tricky area to work in a very cramped space near ductwork, ceiling, hot water heater, and appliances. He figured out the best approach and got the job done efficiently. I hope not to need plumbing work soon, but when I do I will definitely call Chandlers! I recommend them highly.

I was planning to update the heating and air conditioning system at an investment property. My property manager, Dianna Clarke co-owner of H.O.M.E. LLC, recommended Chandler's Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. I'm so glad I took Dianna's recommendation. I had such a great customer experience with Chandlers... from the initial discussion with Jim Miller, who provided the HVAC upgrade estimate, to the actual installation completed by Ernesto and Carlos. The estimate was exactly what the service cost. Ernesto and Carlos were meticulous about their work. When the job was completed, there was no sign they'd been there. These gentlemen take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. Chandlers is now on my preferred contractor list. As a realtor, my clients look to me for trusted contractor recommendations. Having personal experience with Chandlers enables me to confidently recommend their services to my clients.

We had a great experience with Chandler's. We called at 4:30 in the afternoon and Max was there in a couple hours. Eventhough it was an after hours "emergency call" we still felt like Max was thorough in his work and the price was reasonable. Max explained everything well and in a respectful/polite way. We realized our main shut off valve was busted in the process (just kept spinning) and was able to fix that quickly before getting back to the pipe. He didn't even seem to mind when my four year old kept asking him questions. :)

Both trips Drew was extremely pleasant to deal with. I don't feel any pressure to do anything or hard sales. They seem honest to a fault. Provided some on-site analysis and then called back with more information about the issues. Made sure I understood exactly what the problems were.

Superbly. In spite of all plumbers being very busy due to a prolonged severe cold snap, Chandler's came the next day. I reached their answering service at about 10 pm on a Saturday night, and to my surprise Renee called me back in just five minutes, she was very courteous and professional. Max came the next day and was also courteous, professional, and efficient. The price charged was reasonable for a Sunday service, and although some plumbers might have price gouged during the busy period caused by the cold snap, Chandler's did not. Max knew exactly what to do and he also pointed out to us an unrelated problem, that a water heater purchased two years ago from another party had not been installed to code.

We came home on day last winter to discover that we had no water in our laundry room. The pipes for the washing machine and the utility sink were completely frozen. The man who did the job came on very short notice and late in the evening -- around 9 pm. He used a heating tool to warm up the pipes to a point where water was flowing. If we hadn't called we might well have ended up with burst pipes and some flooding. He went outside and discovered that a new window we had had installed in the laundry room was not sealed at all. He recommended a kind of seal that could by and apply ourselves. In the meantime he suggested leaving the sink faucet very slightly open -- just a drop every couple of seconds -- until the weather warmed up above freezing or we sealed the leaky window. This did indeed prevent re-freezing. Later, we took his advice and sealed the offending window. That solved our problem. This year, even after two weeks of sub-freezing temperatures, we have no had any issues. The man who did the job was very professional and spent a lot of time with us for a more than reasonable price.

They are very conscientious! They are very efficient and do good work!

So far, so good. We do at least one load of laundry a day and frequently two; no problems since they've been there.

We've used Chandler for both Plumbing, as well as for Heating/AC. We've been pleased with both sides of the business. The most recent time when I had Chandler out to the house was this past July. My AC had stopped working and of course it was one of those hot days of summer. I called Chandler and they were very quick in sending a technician to the house. A small part was replaced on the spot and my AC was back up and running. PumThese guys do a good job at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier.

This was for a rental property I own.? My tenant said that the gentlemen was not very friendly.? I don't know if I would use them again in the future.

Sean was great came out on a Saturday - gave us updates on when he would arrive and arrived right on time. He was extremely professional, performed the service quickly and cleaned up when the job was done.

We called at 11 am for a same day appointment and they were here by 2:00pm, fixed in an hour.

They first had to repair the shutoff valve that wasn't working, then determined that the old faucet had a broken part causing the leak. I ordered a new one and they returned the following week to install it. It was a complicated job because of the 4-hole granite counter top they had to install the faucet, soap dispenser, handle and spray hose in. They came when promised and spent two hours removing the old and installing the new. They were considerate, professional and the install appears perfect. We have used Chandler's for all our plumbing issues as well as heat and ac installs and maintenance and have been very satisfied. I don't know how to compare costs...seems to me all plumbers are expensive.

The company was on time. The company help us detect a leakage problem that we have had for quite some time. Our garbage disposal was too large for our sink and we didn't know because of this we were having a leak issue. The provider advised we purchase a new garbage disposal and the company would install it. This save us money in the long run. The service was great and cost effective thanks to the technician.

Chad cleared the shower drain in 20 minutes. The previous plumber could not clear it and said he would need to cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling to replace the pipe. It works better than ever.

It went very well. Jeff showed up punctually at 9 a.m. and about 45 minutes later the job was completed. We had bought a Moen Kleo faucet for our kitchen sink and he got it in in no time flat. He had us try it out and check for leaks and left all relevant registration and warranty information. Everything was clean and tidy when he departed. The experience was all one could ask for -- on time, professional, and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

We have used Chandler's Plumbing and Heating for various service calls over the past year and a half. Working with their office staff and plumbing/ heating crew has always been a pleasant experience. No pushy sales, high price gimmicks, or other nonsense. They offer excellent deals for their annual heat pump maintenance which keeps everything in working order without the repeated high costs of service calls. Have more projects planned for the future, and I'll definitely use Chandler as my go to plumbing and heating company.

Before putting in a bid for a house I was considering buying, I called several plumbing companies to get estimates on running a gas line to the kitchen and laundry room so I could replace the electric appliances with gas ones. Most companies provided ball-park figures over the phone. Only Chandler's offered to send someone out. They were very prompt. Chandler's technician Steve Berry performed a very thorough examination of the possible routes for the lines,, with the various pros and cons and costs. He also provided options for replacing the current "under the microwave" range vent with a fully vented vent. Steve's estimates were in line with, if not slightly lower than, the other estimates. In the end, I did not purchase the house and so did not use Chandler's services, but I certainly would have used them had I bought the house. And I will certainly consider them strongly for any plumbing needs in my current home.

It took a lot longer than just putting on a faucet. It was a lot more involved. We have a very old house. The original house was built in the 20's and has had additions. If we call them they come. We haven't had any issues. They are reliable and they do good work. They are very dependable. We've used them for years.

They are very good. People who worked for us were very polite. We are doing business with them for a long time and they are wonderful. They are very competent, which is very nice.

The plumber arrived on time. He called ahead, and had the tools and parts needed to do the work. At our request, he provided tips on other problems we might encounter (at our relatively newly acquired condo) and examined a second toilet. However, he limited the actual work to what was currently needed. He worked quickly, and the charges were reasonable. Overall, he was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely call Chandler's if and when we again need a plumber. We had the same experience with other Chandler's employees on previous repair visits.

My usual plumber was going to charge a fixed fee for unclogged a kitchen sink, which was over $300! When I called Chandler's, they said that they charge based on time and on average it takes less than a hour to unclog a drain. The person on the phone was very pleasant and accommodating. She scheduled the appointment for 2 days after I called because I requested that date. The plumber could have come out the next day if I wanted. The work was for a rental property so she said that the plumber would clear any charges with me before doing the work. The tenant was going to let the plumber in, but the plumber would call me. She also said that they would send me an invoice. I never got a call from the plumber. My tenant emailed me after the plumber completed the work and said that the plumber arrived on time and the sink was working great. I called Chandler's to ask about the cost and asked when I would receive an invoice. She told me to expect it in about a week. Over a week later, I still hadn't received an invoice, so I called again and the lady emailed me an invoice. I was ok with the plumber not calling me because there weren't any unexpected charges. Overall, I was happy with the plumbing services and would use them again.

Arrived on time. Brought own cleanup supplies. Professional, friendly, and clearly competent. Completed work for quoted price. Provided honest and reasonable estimate for additional bathroom sink replacement.
