Description of Work: Spring check of HVAC system.

Description of Work: Installed Vanity, it required cutting out drywall, changing the drain pipe and adding an 90 degree elbow to match up to the new vanity. He also had to hook up new faucet hardware to vanity top. Shawn was the technician and was professional, neat, and did quality work. He cleaned up and made sure all connections were tight and placed on properly.

Description of Work: I am rating this company because the person who answered the phone was not polite and the estimate was outrageous and I was told that it was because I did not have a contract with them to do emergency work.

Description of Work: We had a sewage back up. They came and saved the kitchen from being ruined.

Description of Work: My shower leaked and had some water leaking from the pipe. They fixed that problem but left me with another that I didn't notice until the the next day when i took a shower. The pressure was so strong that it kepts moving the clogging disk everytime i turn on the water and have to replace it. Also they didn't tell what the price will before they fixed it but gave me the the bill after they where done.

Description of Work: Last fall my cleaning lady found a leak that got the rug on one side of the commode wet in the downstairs bathrroom. One plumber said it was the commode, so i went out to shop for a new commode,but after some weeks I found the leak was coming from the wall were there are several pipes inside the wall. When I was sitting on the floor preparing the bathroom floor to be tiled, I discovered the corner molding was wet and rotting. I stuck paper under that area and the paper was always wet the next day. I was worried that the water was coming in from outside and knowing that digging down 5 feet along the foundation would be very expenive. The tile man came by to check on when the bathroom floor tiling job could start. So, I showed him the problem, he removed some of the wall to check the foundation wall and it was dry, but there were pipes that were wet.. He and I agree that it was time for a plumber. I has just joined Angie List. When I got on the list of plumbers and there was our old plumbers, Chandlers that my husband had used for 24 years when we owned apartments buildings. Read the reviews and was pleased to find others who had good things to say. Called, made an appointment, and right on time they appeared. Using his camara Brad took a picture of the crack in the pipe with water leaking from the big standing pipe. They went back to their office, picked up the needed material & were back very soon. They carefully removed sink and tiles and within 2 hours the leaky part of the pipe was removed, new piece in place and all was well. When the wall & tile are repaired they will come back put the sink back in place. (This is a bathroom mainly used for over night guest). Brad and Chad were very pleasant, They explained what had to be done as well as well as explaining the charges to me.

Description of Work: AC troubleshooting/preventative maintenance

Description of Work: Called to have a plumber come out for an estimate on repairing a shower head that pours water every time the bath faucet was turned on. Receptionist had a rude demeanor and stated, "We don't do estimates for leaking faucets, that's a service call." When I informed her I would have to take my business elsewhere she replied, "Okay," with the same nasty attitude. Despite the other good reviews I've seen on Angie's List my business was lost by her lack of professionalism.

Description of Work: Our five-year-old water heater had stopped working. After a questionable diagnosis by another company, we called Chandler's. The repairman quickly identified the problem (a bad thermocouple) and fixed it.
