Nothing but problems from start to finish. He showed up a week later than date agreed to. Set a price then up-sold job for more work. Cleaned rear patio, then decided he did not want to finish that task (sealing). Leveled front walkway, but broke cement and left large pile of debris in yard. Left both sides of walkway striped of soil. Went back and patched walkway and step, leaving it looking awful. Promised to return to fix damaged work and clean-up mess, but never showed. Ended up charging more than expected.
Description of Work: Hired this person to level a walkway. Job evolved into also patching and acid washing a front step and acid washing a rear patio, which was to be coated with some material to make it more attractive.
