Very good experience. The worker was promt and finished quickly. I felt we received a very good value for our money.

I had a previous tenant likely break into my storage unit and cut the lock. I urgently called Arlington Lock Inc to change my locks, which I should have done upon moving back anyway, and they came the next morning first thing. Not only did they change my locks, but they brought another pad lock of higher durability from their showroom based on my needs. The price was exceptionally fair and much cheaper than big box hardware stores. Service was excellent and the team was exceptionally responsive and professional. I'd use them again in a heart beat.

Arrived during scheduled timeframe. Worked quickly. Cleaned up each area as new hardware was installed. Made extra keys. Tested each key. Fast, skilled, friendly, courteous, and professional.

Service call was promptly taken and an appointment scheduled. Guys arrived on time but were unable to fix the door on the first visit. Not their fault. A new part from the lock manufacturer was needed to fix the faulty part. They were, however, able to rig the door so that it could still be used until new replacement part arrived. They ordered replacement part and installed a few days later. Great and friendly service. I would definitely use again.

Very good - the gentleman that came out was nice, personable and professional. He did the job well and pretty quickly and when asked he expalined the individual charges. Locksmith's are never "cheap" but I didn't feel they ripped us off for the emergency Sunday service. I recommend them and would call them again if I needed a locksmith again!

The experts were extremely helpful. Not only did they install the locks but they also spoke with the company from whom we had ordered the locks & ensured that we had the correct locks.

I called after 4 pm on Thursday on a non urgent matter. Nevertheless, they were at my house by about 9:00 the next morning. They were prompt, efficient, professional, and very nice. I thought the pricing was fair. I will use them again if the need arises.

The lock on our front door failed on a Saturday morning. After calling four other places who wanted to charge $300 just to show up, we contacted these guys. They showed up when they promised, quickly assessed the issue, and replaced our lock. The technician was very personable and completed the work in less than 15 minutes. We will DEFINITELY be using Arlington Lock Inc in the future.

It only took them an hour and a half. They were timely and made the keys while they were here. Their price was more reasonable than other locksmiths I had got quotes from.

Worker arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. Not sure what the going rate is to change a lock and make keys, but I thought it was a little pricey.

The service man arrived on time and politely introduced himself. He was animal friendly too! He asked me what seemed to be the problem. I told him and after an inspection of the lock, he told me the lock was fine and did not need to be replaced. The problem was that my key was a duplicate of a duplicate of a duplicate, etc. He said that he could make a new key from the manufacturer's code and I would be good to go. He cleaned the lock and made 5 keys.

Very professional, good work. I am actually recommending them now to a friend and would use them again in the future. Showed up a little late, but called ahead to inform me that he'd be late.

It went well. They called because of a cancellation and were able to come earlier than expected which I liked. They worked efficiently and explained some situations. I was very pleased. Polite, professional and nice.

When we called for an appointment, Charles, the locksmith himself, answered and explained what he'd need to do to change out locks in our new home. He came right on time with another technician and discovered that the materials he'd brought didn't quite match the hardware on our doors (my fault -- I poorly described the color) and said that he preferred to wait to change the locks until he had gotten the exact color match. We appreciated his willingness to reorder the parts and come back later. We especially appreciated that he did not charge us for this initial visit (he was with us for about 7 minutes). He returned a week later with the right color materials, performed the work at the price originally quoted, and was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend.

The locksmiths arrived on time - about 30 minutes into my 2-hour window. They were friendly and quick. It was an easy job, but they did it well and I was pleased.

This is a family-owned business and the personal commitment shows. The workman arrived promptly and was very meticulous in fine-tuning the lock fitting so that it would open and close very easily with the turn bolt - like butter. I have arthritis so this was important to me. He took all the time that was needed and it was completely on his initiative - he clearly was very committed to getting it just right, with no urging from me. I would highly recommend them. They probably aren't the cheapest place in town but you get what you pay for and I gave them an A for pricing because I thought they were very reasonably priced for the time they put into the job.

The locksmith arrived during the appointed time and checked out the back door. He told me the loose feeling to the door knob was typical of this particular make and there was nothing wrong with it. He then went to the truck and got a can of wd40 and oiled the deadbolt and doorknob. This fixed the sticking problem with the key. For this I was charged $40 labor and $89 service charge.I did get the 10% Angie's List discount so instead of the full $129 I ended up paying $116.10. He did oil the front door on his way out (I did not request this) which was either a nice courtesy or to justify the charges. You decide.

Charles showed up in the time frame promised. I showed him the problem we were having: the key kept turning in the lock without engaging/opening. I was skipping right to the question of, "How much will it cost to replace." Charles wasn't quite there yet, he continued to work on the lock and realized that it was not in fact broken. The problem is that we were not pushing the key firmly enough into the lock. He explained that the tip of the key is just as important in opening the lock. I tried it a couple of times and it worked for me also. Charles refused to accept any form of payment for the job. I really appreciated that, since many others would have likely charged some minimum fee for the visit. I need to change the locks in my rental condo and he will be my first call. Also, I'm tired of getting keys cut at large retailers that don't work, so I'll be visiting him for that purpose as well. Nice old-fashioned business practices...Bravo, Arlington Locks!!

I found Charles fabulous. He was extremely helpful as he provided insight on new age technology once my security system is upgraded. Will definitely call them again.

He was fine and on time. He did everything and matched all keys quickly. He did exactly what I asked for.

Charlie, the locksmith, was punctual, focused, checked everything twice. Cleaned up completely and was polite and respectful of my home. It was a beautiful job done quickly.
