Description of Work: This Family-owned business was responsive, on time, and very reasonably priced. I felt that they took a lot of pride in providing a quality service and connecting on a personal/neighborly level. Their work was excellent and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Don't compromise with discount mobile services, it's not worth it and this business is a class act!

Description of Work: When it was upper 90s, my husband was out of town, and I called, they came to my rescue! And quickly! Great guy!

Description of Work: Old door knobs and parts had jammed or were sticking and had to be replaced in three doors. Locksmith came as scheduled, performed work timely. Clearly had lots of experience, including with exactly this sort of 1941 door knob. Would use again anytime and recommend highly.

Description of Work: Son locked 2005 Jeep and subsequently misplaced the key (still missing as I write this). Had fancy remote entry key and no duplicate. Found this company through Angie's List reviews. Great company and great service from Charles Barton their auto specialist. He was in and out wihtin 30 minutes of arriving and the keys work great. The fancy key cost $200 but he told me that a regular key as a back-up was only $35 -I really appreciated that. It was $85 for the service call, but it sure beat haivng to tow the Jeep to the dealership!! i'd use this group again in a heartbeat. Great service, great attitude and even saved me a little with an on-line cupon that I was unaware of.

Description of Work: The locksmith came within a couple hours of my call. I thought the lock would have to be replaced but he fixed it. He also treated another lock for no charge.. Very efficient

Description of Work: Our cat sitter refused to return our house key and lied about services provided so we felt we needed to rekey all the locks in the house. We had 17 locks rekeyed plus 14 extra keys made. I had called around to other Angie's list locksmiths and found the price by Arlington Locks was 1/3 less than others. They arranged to come out the next afternoon and completed the job in two to three hours. Everything has worked fine since then. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: I asked the company to install a three door locks. I visited the store to find out about locks. The sales associate Chase was very helpful. He was patient with me and explained the difference between locks. The service was good and would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Wow, all I can say is Arlington lock is impressive. They rekeyed and installed deadbolts on 2 doors, then fixed my complex front door lock. They also lubricated and thereby fixed a storm door lock. The lock became sticky again (probably not their fault) and they said they'd fix it again for no charge.

Description of Work: Didn't use this company as they got rude on the phone when I was explaining the problems with the lock.
