Shame on these sales people and company who trusts them or cut them loose on public to cheat them in broad day light. First rep, came went thru heat lamp test, blowing their on trumpet for an hour and quoted $99k for their top of the line triple panes and pressured us to sign same day to get the price down to $75k.. Seriously????!!!! When I told that it is beyond my budget, they sent another rep from same company who took measurement again for all 57 windows and quoted $48k for a basic energy star rated simonton Asure window and that too if I sign same day. Shady business practice felt once again here. I got much better windows installed for $23k from a much better business who gave me their best price upfront with no sales pitch. Took quotes from 5 different companies and all of them offered better windows for much less. Please stay away from this company

The installation went quickly and the products are top quality. We have not had any problems with the windows or the doors. The doors look as good today as when the were first installed. We will continue to do business with this company.

Fantastic experience. Our sales rep Keith explained everything very clearly with no doublespeak. The technicians who performed the work were prompt, courteous, and did a great job of cleaning up debris, which is huge for us because we have pets. We had to have a technician come back twice to make adjustments to the patio door, and both times they came within 48 hours and fixed the issues for free. We get compliments on our windows and patio door all the time now!

Mike and Sam arrived promptly at the appointed time. Both of them were very personable and efficient. They inspected the interior of the roof and noted problems in the roof deck. They measured the roof from the exterior of the house and pointed out small problems in the shingles. After returning inside, they provided detailed information on the roofing system the company uses. To me, the roofing system appears top notch with an excellent warranty. I'm writing this before they are done. So, I'm not sure if I will get a complete estimate now or when we pick out the shingles. In any event, they say the estimate will be good for a year. The only thing I would recommend is that they would have shown samples of the Deck Armor and shingle systems they use. Other companies have shown me samples of these materials.

Except the price, everything was fine with the installation but they did not provide me with the storm door I asked for. I asked for the type where you could pull the glass up or down to reveal a screen but they brought a regular door where you had to remove the glass an replace the glass with a screen. It took 2 or 3 months for them to come for the 2nd installation. The product came to their facility but I was not notified that it had and I called for the status and the response was, "your order has been sitting here for a month--didn't anyone call you for an installation date?" Additionally, with the first order, the keys to the front storm door and the back storm door fit both. When they replaced the back storm door, it had a different lock and they didn't exchange the lock on the door that was removed so they would match. The job was finally completed over the space of 6 months. Their products are durable, if you want to spend that much money and they have a 50 year warranty on all the doors. If you sell your home the warranty can be transferred for a fee to the new owners. Prior to this purchase, I purchased the gutters (with covers) and all new downspouts. This cost me $7,000. I cannot afford to use this company again.

Excellent craftsmanship and quality. We are very satisfied with how the custom windows and doors function in our older home. Easy to open, and greatly reduced draft and noise. Expensive, but all custom windows and doors are.

A company that we use extensively is Ameritech. We use them for windows and doors. They are for construction but we use them for windows and doors. They are called Ameritech Construction Corporation. I would rate them 'A's on everything. They were great. I would recommend them to family and friends. That actually was our second time using them.

The guys who installed the doors were on time. They cleaned up behind there work, and also they installed a storm door for me.

Ameritech showed up on time and was very clean and professional. All of our questions were answered. No complaints at all. We even had a service call on the doors that they came out and fixed the very next day! Excellent service department.

They were on time and professional. They discovered problems with the framing around the window, and we hired them for the additional work. We are currently considering having Ameritech replace our remaining windows and take care of our gutters.

The siding installation was well organized by the project manager and job site manager. The installers were professional and efficient! The siding looks amazing. I truly got a new house at the same address. I'm so happy. Then, I had them come back to install some attic insulation. The temp really balanced out from the top floor to the bottom floor. Upstairs is much more comfortable! Energy bills dropped as well. Excellent company, products, and service! Call them ASAP... they are the best!

He did his whole sales pitch and the window did look like a high quality product. However, the salesman was a little flippant about the whole thing. He kept making jokes and saying just write me a check now. We were talking about a lot of money too. I also felt really pressured to sign the contract. It was annoying too because he started out at $28,000 (!!!!), then dropped it to about $23,000 by offering "sales" and "discounts." Then IF we signed today he said $21,000. We decided to sign, but after he left and I started researching it I realized this was not necessarily what we needed and not a good price. Sure, the product did seem really nice, but if the rest of our house isn't insulated well the triple pane windows would be pointless. I also started looking at the cost of windows and Ameritech's price seemed insane. Also, apparently they charge approximately $400 to treat the lead in the first window and then it's $120 after that. Other companies already had the lead treatment included in their price. I decided to cancel the contract and then the salesman was trying to come back over to continue to push the sale. He then asked if we'd do it if he offered 0% interest for a year. I said no. When I said we were probably going to go with double pane window then he said okay, we do have a double pane window so what if we get you a price on that? So you tried to sell me the Mercedes of windows when you have a Honda? Shady. Ultimately we did end up going with another company who has great reviews on here, did not use high-pressure sales tactics, and offered us a MUCH BETTER price of $11k.

We needed to replace all of our bedroom and kitchen windows per our condo board. We were highly pleased about the look and the protection that these new windows provides us. In addition they have proved to be energy efficient and keeps us warm in the winter and cool during the summer months. We will definitely be using their services for our next purchase (i.e. French Doors)

We got triple pane windows, which we thought would be fine, but we had them come back and try to tighten them and add some more insulation to them because they leaked. We were told they're not even carrying those windows anymore. Their workmanship was good, but the windows really did not live up to expectations. They were drafty and didn't close as tight as what we had expected. They were just draftier than you expect triple pane glass windows to be. We ended up putting some shutters on the windows. When it was cold, we just shut the shutters now. The workmen knew what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. There was no kind of mess for us to clean up. As far as that goes, the workmen. I'm not too sure about the person who measured them, because that's probably where the problem came in, that they weren't measured to fit exactly. That's why they had to come in and put in extra insulation to make them fit tighter. The workmen themselves were great. The windows are not good.

This company is very professional and very responsive to the customer's needs. I cannot speak highly enough about them on this front. Their construction work is top-rate, and we have had lots of work done on different parts of our home. I know that some people complain that their sales tactics come on a little strong, and perhaps this is the one area where they can back down a bit. But, honestly, for me, they were very responsive. When I started receiving "cold calls" from other sales reps even after I agreed to work with the company, I told the sales rep I was dealing with that those calls needed to stop. They did --Immediately. And he was very apologetic. When I did not like the finish of glass of one of the windows, they changed it for me. Without charge. They had promised me they would "make it right" before they left -- and they kept their word. I recommend them highly.

We had them out a couple of years ago and they replaced most of our upstairs windows. They did a wonderful job demoing the quality and value of their triple pane windows and gave us a good price. The workers were punctual and fast so the installation went smoothly. We did notice a couple of small spots where the caulking was either missed or had fallen off, so we called them and they came right back out to fix it. We have been very pleased with the windows and are now having 17 more of our windows replaced with them.

With the new windows and patio doors the house is noticably more comfortable. There's no longer a gap in the front window so Insects can't fly into the house which used to happen in warm weather. Our salesman was very knowledegable about the product and its installation. He demonstrated why the windows and patio doors we had were leaking air and not insulating the house well. He took his time with us and answered the questions we had. On the days of installation the workmen arrived promptly, did an efficient job, and cleaned up after themselves. When they were finished we had trouble locking a patio door. We called Ameritech and a technician came a few days later and corrected the problem. Several weeks after that we realized that we didn't understand how to tilt the sliding window for cleaning. The technician came back and showed us. It made a difference to us that Ameritech didn't make us wait a long time for help.

The team was professional, provided the work to the specifications contracted and in the time alotted. I am now having them replace 2 sliding glass doors.

Everything went great. They had really great customer service. Got the job done in a timely manner so I didnt have to take time off work. Overall it was a great experience.

The construction team did an excellent job, cleaned up great. They installed triple pane windows and matched the trim on my windows to the rest of the house. The customer service afterwards was great, they called to make sure we were satisfied. We are actually using them again for more trim work.

They arrived when they said they would and the installation went off extremely well. The workers were professional and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. The experience went so well that I am having Ameritech install insulation and eShield in my attic. This company is highly recommended. It is a case of getting what you pay for.

We found them through BJ's Wholesale Club when we needed new windows. A great salesman promptly visited our home, explained all our options. The scheduling of the work went smoothly and work was well done. They did the doors with that project as well. Greatly reduced our energy costs. We had them back a year or so ago to wrap the eaves in vinyl. Again, prompt service and excellent workmanship. We just met with Kevin this evening who arrived promptly. He inspected our existing deck to see if any part could be reused, and then reviewed options and examples of their deck work. Fully expecting the same quality work and looking forward to enjoying our new deck!

Ever thing went very well. It was a good quality job a\with a good quality materials. Very happy with the outcome.

We have used this company to replace all of our windows and doors. However because of the price we did have to break it out into parts. Ameritech worked with us though giving us the best deal that we could afford each time and we had the peace of mind knowing our home was safe.
