Install of triple pane windows was smooth and efficient. Product value is well worth the initial investment, providing significant energy cost savings. We used Ameritech construction again to replace the doors in 2012. Now we are replacing the siding and trim. Definately satisified customers.

We are completely satisfied with the sale, installation and quality of workmanship provided by Ameritech Construction. The professionalism of the salesman and project manager absolutely exceeded our expectations. They were both remarkably responsive to our questions throughout the entire project. They definitely maintain a philosophy of the customer is always right. The decks are amazing and the construction is superior to other decks we've seen. The price was a little higher than other estimates, but not the highest, and by far a tremendous value for the money spent. We would definitely use their services again. After reading the reviews on Angie's List, I cancelled my appointment. Like others had stated on their reviews, they pushed hard to ensure my spouse was present for the quote. Why? We know what we want and we know how much we have to spend. They also need 60-90 minutes to meet and prepare the quote??? Other contractors met only with me for 15-20 minutes and then provide me with a base quote plus alternates. Compared to remodel projects, decks are simple: materials and labor based on area, debris haul, and permit. Lastly, I can understand calling me to confirm my appointment, but do your fact-gathering when you are here.

It was a great experience. They came on time, replaced the windows, and best of all, cleaned up after themselves. The windows were so old that some of them broke as they were being taken out...thus causing greater clean up. Very professional individuals.

Ameritech was prompt and communicative regarding the details of the project. They cleaned up the property after all services rendered and always very professional. We are extremely satisfied with the services provided and have recently had Ameritech back to the house to provide the next home upgrade estimate.

The installation was on time and done very professionally. The workers arrived on time and installed the door with no problems and kept everything nice and clean. I also had an issue with one of the panes a couple years later and they came out and replaced it no questions asked and for no charge. Very pleased with their work.

Everything was done according to the order and was done very fast and efficiently. We were extremely happy with the work and the products and have since contracted with them to build a sunroom and also convert a bay window to a flat window.

Work was estimated in July with installation scheduled for August (probably the hottest month in Maryland) - workmen showed up on time and completed their work as scheduled. They were careful to work around items stored in attic and cleaned up all debris at the end of the day. We were very satisfied with their work.

delivered on time and as promised door was sturdy and had tamper proof hinges. installation was quick and efficient. took less than one day dead bolt mechanism was very secure. fish eye peep hole. could see around edges and had a wider view than normal peep holes during sale, everything was explained clearly. we were able to match the door color to the shutters.

The doors, windows and siding look fantastic. Not only was the work done on time but the installation team was a pleasure to work with. The gentleman who installed all of out trim siding had been doing it for years and was incredible at what he did. Everything was done with the highest quality and care. In addition to doing great work the team was very courteous and left the entire work space very clean each day. I have also been very impressed with quality of the doors and windows. Not only was the sales presentation great about what set Ameritech apart from their competition, but the products are as great as advertised. I look forward to having them do future work on our home.

We used them to replace our gutters and install triple pane windows at our old house. They did an incredible job and was completed on time. We are now getting a new composite deck installed at our new house.

The sales staff are over zealous. The initial information/estimate meeting took 2 hours. He talked to me and my husband like we were children and took out props to explain window quality. We really wanted an estimate, so we were tried being as patient as possible. We were able to negiotate and work with the sales staff regarding our needs and how many windows we could order as a minimum. In our case, it was just the sliding back door to start. Installers were prompt, clean and efficient. Two installers wore booties through the house and cleaned up the area after. We did notice some closure issues and some jam issues later. Other installer did come back out, explained the problem and was able to fix it. The door is great and a huge improvement to our house. We have contracted them for additional window installers. We had to have the sales staff/estimator come back out to reassess and measure. Still not thrilled with that part of the experience. But looking forward to the new windows soon.

Ameritech has been a very easy company to work with. Ameritech Project Manager's were very low pressure and took the time to explain the product and financing options in great detail. Their products are top quality and were delivered and installed in a reasonable time frame. The install technicians were extremely courteous and professional. We are very happy with the initial installation and are currently having the rest of our windows replaced by Ameritech because of phenomenal first experience. The triple pane system is something we had not given any thought to until we saw this product from Ameritech. I would recommend their products and services to anyone that wants to save money on energy and have no maintenance.

Our sales rep, Kevin, was up to speed on the product, competitors and best of all, was not pushy. Before the job started they measured every window in the house 3 times to insure proper sizing. We were told it would be about 3 months before the windows were ready to install, becuase they are custom built. They called to schedule the installation after two months (as arranged). They called prior to arrival to make sure I was home. They arrived promptly and went through to each window to double check size and placement before starting work. It took the crew of 6 to successfully install all 33 windows 3 days (big job). During that time they men were curteous and professional. I was able to leave the house several times to run errands and get away so that the baby could nap (it was noisy). They made sure to keep an eye out so that the family cat did not escape. As they finished each window, they vaccumed the surrounding area and cleaned the window inside and out. When they left each day they took whatever trash they had accumulated with them. All in all it was a good crew, good attitudes that paid attention to detail and were very professional.
