Very happy with service. Prompt and courteous and respectful. Cleaned up after jobs were completed -- even came back to do a check to see if we were satisfied. Would recommend again! Now signing up for the THIRD time to do siding for the entire house.

I was please with the service. The workers showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Service provide by Ameritech was excellent. The gentlemen who did my windows were courteous, professional and punctual. The summer months provided a much lower energy bill than I had in the past, and this winter I could not imagine what my energy costs would be if I had not had the windows done before this dreaded cold!! I would use definitely Ameritech in the future.

They are beautiful and easy to clean! And now that the whole has has these windows, the street noise stays on the street. A few days ago we were having wind gusts up to 50mph and we didn't know the wind was blowing until my husband opened the front door!

The roof installation was rescheduled due to inclement weather (snow). During the roof installation, a worker cracked my vinyl siding above the garage. I contacted Ameritech and they replaced the siding as soon as possible because there was another inclement weather delay (more snow). Despite placing tarps on the ground to catch roof debris and nails, many nails managed to miss the tarp. One phone call and a recheck for debris was scheduled. Not surprising was another weather delay and then we had to wait for the snow to melt. Finally, the weather cleared, most of the snow melted, and someone came and magnetically raked my backyard and removed additional nails. Some unmelted snow prevented complete raking for the front yard. During the installation of the baffles in my attic, the dry wall attic entrance cover was cracked. I mentioned it to the workers who measured it and said they would be back that day. Well, we've all heard that before, so I was skeptical. Within three hours the worker returned with a new entrace cover that was primed before painting, painted, and put in place. . Overall, I am completely satisfied with their work, timeliness, and professionalism. So I signed another contract with Ameritech to put addional insulation in my attic and replace my front door.

It was a pleasant experience working with Ameritech. The sunroom turned out to be the most attractive room of the house. Everyone loved it. Now I am doing a second project with Ameritech. I will update my review after it is done.

Quickly installed system. Garage is much cleaner now. Wish I had done it sooner. Using them again to install e-shield insulation.

I had an appointment scheduled for a siding estimate. I was very happy with the time he took to explain the process. And I decided to go with this company for my siding work as well. I would highly recommend this company to any of you windows/doors needs.

We have had Ameritech install all new windows in our home and are currently adding insulation to increase the efficiency of our heating and cooling system. The technicians have been neat and courteous when in our home, ensuring to leave everything back in place and clean before they depart. The sales person was very informative and polite. We are very impressed with the products Ameritech has had to offer. As repeat customers we have no reservations about using Ameritech for future upgrades and would recommencement them to anyone.

I love this company! They replaced the majority of the windows and doors in my house (a little pricey, but worth every penny). Their sales people are polite and personable (Kevin's the best!), the workmen showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves, and the products have been as promised. On the rare occasion that I've needed to call the office, everyone has been polite, helpful, and answered any and every question that I've had. I have a few more windows and a patio slider that needs to be replaced and I wouldn't consider having any other company do the work.

New front door and sidelights really opened up the foyer. French doors in the walkout basement were a great replacement for the original doors. The replacement porch rails and trim cover on all the exposed wood surfaces turned out really nice. The work crews were on time, efficient, courteous, clean, thorough, and professional. We were very happy with the work accomplished, and with the crews who did the work.

All services were performed beyond expectations. Installers were polite and professional. Everything was cleaned and left the way it was found. Highly recommended for future use. We are now signing up for windows and looking for a door in the near future from them as well.

As this was two separated teams that did the work, they performed the trim and gutter replacement first. The guys were done in about half a day were extremely nice. On the day of the window replacement the guys were here early and extremely nice and willing to work around things in my house that couldn't be moved. After they left the noticeable temperature difference between the rooms where the windows were replace was amazing. I would highly recommend Ameritech for the work they have done and the quality of windows are outstanding.

Staff is very professional. Management followed up by phone and visited to check to see if we were happy with quality. Small corrections were needed, and there was no trouble getting them taken care of in a timely manner. Would use again.

I originally installed a slider and window in my basement. I noticed a big improvement in the warmth in the room. No drafts or heat loss in these very cold days. Service was on time and they cleaned up their mess. Work was completed in one day as promised. Sliding door has a deadbolt locking system. I am now installing windows in the bedrooms.

We noticed that our Pepco bills have been SUBSTANTIALLY lower and the temperature on our upper floor was far more comfortable after the work was done. We are having Ameritech back to look at our windows and do more work.

Every thing went great. We had some problems, and they fixed everything to our satisfaction.

This is my second time using Ameritech. They have done a wonderful job with my doors. The doors fit perfectly and made the back of the house look great.

There was a bit of a hiccup on the Costco end but once we got through to Ameritech it was easy to schedule, they had immediate availability to come to the house, and the person showed up on time. Beyond that, it was so embarrassingly bad I'm stunned by all the good reviews on Angie's List. We got about six estimates for what is a big job (35 new windows). The estimator showed up and spent the first 10 minutes asking what other upgrades we've done to our house and asking if we've considered various things (that they happen to provide). He asked what we were interested in and we told him we had done a fair amount of research and had met with several companies, so we wanted to know what product he offered and how much it would cost through the Costco program. He then spent 30 minutes telling us why his company was selected by Costco and that most people just "pull out their checkbook when they hear Costco chose us." He also showed us a binder of estimates he had gathered over the years by having window installers come to his own house. He then talked about the window they provide, which we told him we were very familiar with, but he stuck to his sales speech for another 10 minutes. All in all, VERY sales-y. He then walked around the house to take measurements, which took about 15 minutes and then he spent 10 minutes on the estimate. I was already getting the sense it would be bad, but nothing prepared us for the fact that his estimate was almost double the next highest estimate we had received for the exact same window from another installer: $48,000 versus $28,000. It was so completely absurd we didn't even bother to negotiate but he did say that he could knock off another $2,000 or so if we signed really quickly. Needless to say we didn't, and ended up signing a contract with another company to provide more expensive windows (fiberglass rather than vinyl), a new front door system, and a new three panel patio door system, all for slightly LESS than his estimate.

Great presentation of the products they sell. The installation was handled in a professional manner and was completed as scheduled. The installation crew was very careful with installing the windows and they left the areas in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the windows, having more installed in the near future. E-shield insulation in the attic made a huge difference with the heat build up on the second floor of the house. Recommend it for anyone who experiences summer heat on the upstairs level as well as heat loss during the winter.

Ameritech was doing a promotion at BJ's we asked about gutters and siding. Scheduling for a rep to come out was super easy and they were totally flexible with our availability. Ibrahim came out and was very thorough and answered all our questions and even was able to answer the "let's stump the sales person" game my husband likes to play. Seriously, we spent a good deal of time asking questions about their products and getting demonstrations. We decided to go with gutters only, but were very satisfied with the cost. Installation went as scheduled, and they even made sure not to trample my flowers! We went with extra wide gutters and the annoying dripping we always had is gone and no overflow or clogged gutters this year! My husband always goes up on our very high roof to blow the gutters and now doesn't have to do this any longer. We have the cell number for our project manager to call if we ever have any problems. They cleaned up any debris as the job was completed. We are very satisfied with the products, the work done, and the company overall.

Ameritech came and showed us their products. We were impressed with the quality and had them come to do the work. They were easy to work with and we have since had them come back and do more work for us. We had an issue with a door handle and they came back quickly and resolved it at no charge. They are now the first people we call when we need advice or estimates on home improvement work.
