ABL Professional Painting

Painters did an excellent job painting walls and ceiling. They were a lot slower than I expected. The wood trim was not painted in the 4 hr time frame.

The repairs are EXCELLENT! The room looks fantastic. They carefully repaired literally dozens of damaged areas, that I didn't even see until they pointed it out. Had I done this myself, the room would never have looked this great. After repairing the drywall, they painted ceilings and walls. The ceiling is a cathedral beamed ceiling so it was challenging to not paint any wood by accident. They did a spectacular job! The line between molding and wall, and between ceiling and wall is wonderful. They had skilled hands. The things they missed, included painting the window, and they painted over something that was stuck on the windowsill instead of removing it with a sharp edge. Overall I feel this is minor compared to the scope of the job. BIG room.

I had a leak in my bathroom and after the plumber was done I was left with six large holes in my walls and ceiling. I called ABL to come drywall. Two workers arrived on time, were very professional and their work was great. They also painted (my walls are yellow and ceilings are white) over the new drywall when they were done! I was thrilled! I would definitely use them in the future!

I purchased a Big Deal for four hours of Drywall Repair for $119. The work was scheduled for 1/06/15 but since it snowed we received a call asking if we could rescheduled. A team of two workers came on 1/08/15 and repaired drywall around 5 single doors and 1 double door in our basement that were damaged when doors were installed, and they also repaired an area in ceiling in our basement, and an area around one of the recessed light fixtures in the kitchen that were damaged from a water leak. The two-man team worked for 2 hours and did a wonderful job mudding and sanding the defective areas. The ceiling and area around the doors looked great! Very impressed with there work. I would highly recommend them to any member of Angie's List. I do have one minor complaint and that is that they must have shaken out there drop cloth in front of our house. Now that all the snow has melted I can see an area of paint chippings, drywall tape, and small pieces of drywall out in our front yard near the road, but other than that, everything turned out beautifully, and I look forward to hiring them again for future projects. They are the absolute best!

I am extremely happy with this company. Very detailed prep work. Made sure everything was covered to prevent any mess. Great attention to detail Superior quality Very efficient and hard working Took the initiative to vacuum and put everything back in place. I would highly recommend them to any member of Angie's List. If I had one suggestion it would be to nix the drywall offsite, because I do have very sensitive allergies, but other than that, everything turned out beautifully, and I look forward to hiring them again for future projects. They are the absolute best!

Mr. Aristides has unbelieveable patience, skill and determination to please his customers. He is very accommodating and flexible. He was available to begin work immediately on Saturday and completed the work on Sunday - outside of his usual business hours. I am happy with the results and ABL's reasonable price. Thanks Mr. Aristides for a job well done!

he did a great job of painting the staicase. He gave us an estimate and date when he will come and do the job. also provided us good tips to maintain the paint.

Ari was very punctual and he brought competent people to do the work. The overall scope and cost was much higher than originally estimated, they found complexity and issues as they went along doing the work and that translated into more cost. Ari explained each step of the way what will be done and what it costs.

It went very well. They removed the old wallpaper, then painted the kitchen where the wallpaper was. Very good work. Would use them again.

Great experience! Had a bit of trouble scheduling at first and had to reschedule due to a car accident involving one of the painters (luckily he was fine!), but ABL worked hard to get a new appointment scheduled. The crew was very quiet--we hardly knew they were in the house--and extremely hardworking and professional. The walls are pristine, and we even had them paint a light color over a very dark red--you'd never know it to look at the walls now. Probably the best professional paint job we've ever seen. We couldn't be happier with the end result!

We contacted ABL with a painting project on a Wednesday and they were willing to schedule the service the very next day. Unfortunately, we had to cancel at the last minute due to my wife being sick but the representative was very understanding. We will not hesitate to reschedule with them again very soon. Highly professional!!

I had purchased a deal for the work. They were some additional costs because we had them do more rooms than were included in the deal. We scheduled the job over several different appointments and they always arrived as scheduled. Clean-up was good. My experience with them was very good.

I called them immediately for scheduling and they were able to come out promptly. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. They painted my master bedroom, master bath, and hallway. There were several areas that required extensive drywall repair and the walls now look brand new! Everything was cleaned up well after they left and it all looks beautiful. They did an excellent job! Everything was done on time and just as projected. Overall, everything went well.

Scheduling was very easy and quick. They patched the walls in one of the rooms where I had removed wallpaper that was not installed properly. They did a very nice job with smoothing out the repair work. I was really pleased with that. They completed all of the work in about seven hours. They did a nice job with cleanup and you would have never known they were in there. Overall, they were great!

Scheduling was easy and their cost was reasonable. They completed the job in about two days and cleanup was excellent. Everything turned out great! We are very pleased with their work.

Crew was on time and did an outstanding job. Looks terrific and no drips, streaks, etc. Used up 8 hours of a 16 hour Angie's List special deal for $499. Compiling list of other small jobs to use up rest of my purchased hours. Will no doubt use ABL again for other work.

Aristides Lue, owner of ABL Painting contacted me within a few hours of my purchase of the 16 hours of Painting Angie's list deal. We agreed on a time and date that was only two days away which was fine for my schedule. He said that they would be there with two painters at 8 am and would finish by 4 pm the same day. Aristides and his two painters arrived at 7:55 am and helped me move three heavy items from the garage and then they got directly to work with the paint, rollers and tape that I provided. I expected that it would take the entire time to paint one coat on this oversized 3 car garage plus steps. The two painters were very efficient and when it became clear that they would be able to finish one coat by about noon, I went to Home Depot and got three more gallons of paint so they could do a second coat. They completed the second coat at about 3 pm and everything looks great. I highly recommend ABL Painting and will use them again when I have other painting needs.

1. The contractor was very responsive and stayed on the job until the work was completed. They did not divide their time between other jobs which is frequently the case with contractors. 2. Workmanship and quality were OUTSTANDING! 3. The contractor did extra work not in the contract to make their work standout. In my case in addition to pressure washing the deck they also did the entire side of the house so their finished product would look better and everything look new. Great extra touch and it couldn't look better!

We were very pleased with their quality and speed of work so much so that we had them work an additional 8 hours to finish the exterior of the house. They got right to work, were polite, and cleaned up well. By the end of the day Auri's two men had painted all the trim and we were very happy. Will definitely use ABL Painting again when painting is needed.

Painting looks great. The crew is super-friendly and does an excellent job! They fixed a problem that a previous painter had left. They were on time and they cleaned up very well. I will use them again when I need more painting done!

I purchased a deal for 8 hours of interior trim painting for $250. I worked with Ari on scheduling. He was very flexible and the work was performed less than one week after purchasing the deal. A two man team, Ari and another, showed up on time and got straight to work. I live in an old house (built in 1920) and the trim woodwork was in very bad shape. We discussed my priorities for the 8 hours and they wasted no time in getting started. There was a lot of prep work required (caulk, spackling and sanding) and they did a thorough job. At least two coats of paint were applied everywhere - the woodwork looked almost new when they were finished. I was so happy with how things looked, I extended the time for 3 hrs. They cleaned and vacuumed everything after finishing. I would definitely work with ABL again and would highly recommend them.

They arrived on schedule and got right to work. The lead painter communicated clearly in English so there were no missteps and upon completion they were careful to clean up the work area so that the house was back to normal and looking better than ever.

We used the ABL Big Deal. Our front door had some damage on the bottom frame from years of sun and weather and didn't want another winter to go by without protection. Aris and his worker were on time, professional and easy to work with through out. Before begining work we discussed what we wanted done on our wood door frame and fiberglass door. He then explained each step they would do to make our door look like new again. We are very please with the finished work and will use them again. They did an excellent job for us and I would recommend ABL Handyman!
