There were different people each time, and only the owner spoke english. If the owner wasn't there, I could give directions if the owner wasn't there. I would have to leave notes. They didn't seem very thorough. After I left the second note, the owner called me and said he didn't think it would work out. He said he thought I would be happier with someone else. He did give me a refund for the last cleaning service. I explained I was willing to work with them, but he seemed to just want to cut all ties.

We like the price and quality. They do a really good job. They are fairly particular, about how we want our house cleaned and they are very accomodating with that. The price is good. It?s a recurring situation, where they come out every couple of weeks and does good quality work for appropriate price.

See above. We have never been unhappy with the work they do. Also, we have 3 long-haired cats and there is not a trace of fur anywhere after they have cleaned. The team arrives and is usually done in 2.5 hours.

I have had A&G cleaning my home for three years. Anybody that last this long and provides consistent great service is worth mentioning! Anyone considering A&G will likely never be disappointed.

I spoke with Jorge with A & G Cleaning Services initially to determine if he was available to give an estimate on house cleaning services. After determining that he had a home that his company cleaned near my home, we made an appointment to come by our home on November 22, 2010 between 8 and 8:30 am. After making certain everyone was up and out of their beds and our home was reasonably presentable, at 8:08 am, Jorge called to say he would not be able to come by until 3 to 3:30 pm. Fine. I waited until 4:30 pm and Jorge was a no-show. I then called Jorge's phone number and there was no response. I have not heard from Jorge to date. This lack of professionalism in a company oriented toward customer service was surprising, particularly given his status on Angie's List, and disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

I originally looked for a cleaning service after back surgery and was very pleased with the visit from the company owners. They did a thorough assessment of our house and gave us a fair estimate. With the initial cleaning, it cost more and took longer. After that we had regular cleaning at two week intervals. We have stayed with this service for over a year and are very pleased . We enjoy working with them and they do quality work.

A & G had come to give me an estimate, but then we had the floors done. They came with 3 to clean and soon sent for 3 more people to come out. They worked hard and did a fantastic job getting every corner of the house sparkling clean. Even though they brought in more people, they stuck with their estimate, which was $260. I paid more by choice. I definitely would use them again.

Excellent service. They came to my house to give me an estimate and were a very reasonable price. I left a key with the front desk people, and they were very responsible. The cleaning was beyond impressive! I am going to keep using them and now recommending them to everyone I know!

We sought several bids for our move-out cleaning, but chose A&G for a couple of reasons: One, they were the only crew that actually came to my house to give an on-site (free) estimate. Their bid was higher than some: $270 for the cleaning but I felt that the estimate was more accurate because they had actually seen the house they were going to clean. I also chose them because they also could clean the carpets afterward and that took away the pressure from having to schedule and coordinate two different cleaning companies on the same day. (They agreed to do the carpet cleaning for just $200.) I also liked that they were bringing a cleaning crew of six: the largest that any of the cleaning companies planned to bring. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived late, and I had to call them a couple of times to see when they'd be arriving. But that's really the only issue I had. They arrived with a cleaning crew of six that went right to work and cleaned and buffed every inch of the place, with the exception of cleaning the window panes, which they don't do. Even with a crew of 6, it took several hours to clean the townhouse, which was just under 2,000 square feet of finished space. The cleaning was thorough. The bathrooms and kitchen were gleaming. They left the hardwood floors in great shape, cleaned inside all of the cabinets. After the cleaning crew finished the top floor, two other members went right to work on the carpet -- spot-cleaning any stains and then steam cleaning the carpets. My walk-out inspection with the management company was the next morning and the manager said she was very impressed with the cleanliness of the townhouse, and said she'd like to use the cleaning company in the future herself.

We tried them out in May and June and now they regularly clean our home. They show up when they say they are going to, work very hard, and leave the house in great shape.

Excellent service. They always showed up, and did a thorough job. They accommodated our infrequent schedule changes. We always looked forward to the days they showed up so our our would shine again! :)

It is very good quality work and the price was good - as advertised. I would give them A's across the board, it was very good.

Generally, we have been happy. When the owner of the company is there we notice a higher quality of work. Usually, the owner or his wife is there. He is very responsive and good at accommodating our requests. They are very polite and friendly. There have not been any surprises. They are very reliable.

Jorge and his crew arrived on time as expected and they did a wonderful job. Dusted things we didn't think they would have done. Very pleased with their work and suggest you giving them the opportuntity.

A & G cleans my house every two weeks now, I was a little skeptical at first as I am a neat freak but my schedule has gotten so busy that I am unable to keep up with my house work. They came out for an estimate and we agreed on the price for the initial cleaning, and I was not dismayed by the result. I was very happy to find my home clean like as if I was the one that cleaned it! They listened to exactly what I said. I love the fact that they are a family owned business and that they are available online via email, they are very accomodating! I also like the fact that a supervisor which is a family member checks the work and accompanies the crew into the house, it gives me a sense of comfort leaving my house in their care.

The show up on our agreed upon day within the same timeframe with a crew of 3-4 people. They are out of our home in under 2 hours and have no issue with the dogs nor with us when we are working from home. It's a consistently smooth process and they are professional, fair in price and good at what they do.

I'm still using them, and I'm very satisfied. They're very professional, and everything's going well.

At first we were very pleased with the service provided by this company. Cleanings were thorough and service was performed on a scheduled day and time. They moved furniture to vacuum and took care to clean small details such as shower grout and baseboards. Over time, the quality began to deteroriate some and we noticed mildew still in the shower right after they cleaned and floors were not being mopped. During the last 2 months of their service, they missed the scheduled cleaning day and time and never showed up nor did they call to let us know they weren't coming or reschedule. We had to call them to ask why they didn't show up. On the first occasion they apologized and told us there was an emergency and rescheduled for 2 days later. On the second occasion that they missed the scheduled cleaning, they again never bothered to call to let us know. We took that as a cue that they were too busy for us and did not want our business any longer so we have not called them. We still have not heard from them and it has been 2 weeks since they were supposed to clean our house.

I used them because they were highly rated. The quality of their work was good. They come on the days they say they will come. They were responsive and professional.

A & G Cleaning has been cleaning my condo for 3 years. They cleaned every 2 weeks for the price of $80 for a 2BR/2 Bath condo with a den and living/dining room and kitchen. A & G always does a really good job with making the condo sparkling and orderly. I've also noticed that they pay attention to detail and even show their creativity - things like rearranging my pillows in a different way every time. Finally, they are very respectful and conscious about where things are placed, for example they would not ever hide items that seemed important or separate like items like mail. A & G is responsive to calls, friendly upon meeting them, and personable. As a side note, I have a cat and they were their treatment towards him and their cleaning around him.

The house was in perfect shape after they were finished with it the first time. They were on time and did a fantastic job. For several months it went this way. Then they started rushing through the job, bringing different people to clean, and forgot the special needs of our home. After the 3rd time I found them vacuuming the oriental rugs with a rotary brush instead of an air only attachment, I could not continue using them. I also found many nicks on our dining room chairs, exactly where it would get nicked from tipping the chair onto the front legs to vacuum under them. All this happened several months into using them, and after I spoke with the supervisor twice to correct the vacuuming problems. I felt they were fitting too many homes in on one day, and could not take the time to teach their new staff how to do my home the right way. I have a small colonial and felt I was paying above the market rate for my home, which I did not mind for a quality job. But lack of care for the home was something I could not tolerate. I was very disappointed in the end. They started out fantastic, and I wished they would have kept up the good work.

We hired A&G to perform bi-weekly cleaning of the main floor of our house. We stated that we wanted them to sweep/vaccuum/mop floors as appropriate, dust all surfaces, clean kitchen surfaces (but not do dishes), and clean interiors of windows. They quoted us a price of $85.00, and said they could come on Monday mornings. They were very punctual, and arrived with a team of about 4 people, who were finished in an hour. Rather than actually cleaning the house, one person used a backpack vaccuum to go over high-traffic areas, one wiped the windows, one wiped the dust from the tables, and one wiped down the counters. They did not leave the house noticeably cleaner than they found it, and certainly did not do anything that we couldn't do ourselves in an hour. We reviewed our requirements with the manager and had them back a second time, but the service was the same. We also found that by Monday morning, we'd cleaned the house pretty throughly, so that time slot was not optimal. If they'd done the job we requested, the time slot would have been acceptable.

Company started well but attention to detail slacked off over time. Cleaning crew was constantly dropping brooms, mops, etc. Amazed nothing significant was broken in our house for all the noise they created. Feel that crew simply wiped things down rather than making sure things were actually clean. Made this comment several times to supervisors but quality did not improve. Gladys and Alberto are very pleasant and we did not like canceling our service, but we were not pleased with the quality of the cleaning. Supervisor drops crew off but does not stay and does not seem to inspect the quality of their work.

They have a team of 4 that comes for about an hour after the first visit. They dust, and mop the kitchen and bathroom floors, and vacuum the middle of the floors - they don't move furniture. They spray a lot of Febreze to make things smell nice. The manager sits in the car in front of the house instead of supervising. They are done with the whole house in an hour after the first cleaning.
