A & G Cleaning Services has cleaned our home every other week for the past five years. They are dependable and consistently provide excellent service. They are responsive to our cleaning requests and an occasional schedule change request. There is always a member of the A&G management team (a family member) present who provides effective oversight of the workers. If you are looking for a dependable company that performs outstanding work provided by pleasant personnel A&G should be your company of choice.

I love that this is a family enterprise and that a family member always comes with the cleaning team (of 2, usually). They take the time to do all you ask the way you have told them you want it done. They are concientious and efficient and very nice people to have in your home.

Excellent - so good I decided to write this review! They are a true family run business that it is run with pride. They promise that a family member will always accompany the crew for each cleaning session and it's true. All you need to do is leave a note or ask directly that attention be focused or re-directed and they will comply. The pricing is fair given the fact that you are hiring a legitimate business (and all that comes with).

They come and clean our 850 sq ft apartment every other week. They are always on time, they work quickly and proficiently. Love to come home after they've cleaned! They are excellent with our two cats also. Would definitely recommend.

They are a really, really good. They were just excellent. We have cats and they were wonderful with Pepper, our cat. They were wonderful cleaners, always very reliable, and it almost broke our hearts that we had a change in our scheduling and we weren’t able to get them out. They couldn’t schedule it the days we could do it but they really do deserve a good review. They really did an excellent job with getting my pets all taken care of and cleaning everything really nicely. They are a family run company and they are very professional. They always came out in a team and the head of the team was always one of the family members that made sure the cleaners did what they needed to do.

We have been using A&G to clean our house for about 4-5 years, and we have always found them to be reliable. They clean two floors of our townhouse, and always do a thorough job. We usually aren't home when they are in our house, but when we have been, their team is professional and pleasant. We've never had any trouble with anything breaking or with our two cats. The first couple of times they cleaned, I had trouble with them blocking the cats' litter box -- but that is the only thing I've ever had to complain about and it was quickly resolved. We rarely have to change the schedule but when we do they are flexible and easy to work with. The cleaning team does a nice cleaning job, even with all the cat hair in our house, and it's always nice to come home after they've cleaned. I also like that they are small, family run business rather than a large company.

This was a professional and pleasant experience--we needed a last-minute housecleaning after movers emptied the house but before the realtor arrived, and they handled the job perfectly. A great job.

Over this time Jorge, Erica (and their mother who comes from time to time ) have become our friends as well as our service providers. They have always been interested in doing the best possible job for us. They have rushed to give us special help when we needed it. When the time came for us to sell our house and move to another location they helped us prepare the house for showing. and it was under contract in three days, in part because of their assistance. We are very grateful for the help and understanding that they have given us. We recommend their services without reservation. Moreover, it has been a pleasure to know them and to have them in our home.

On short notice on our part, Jorge came to give us an estimate, and had a crew at our home the same afternoon. Everythng was done as requested. I believe there were 4 people cleaning, and they were efficient and careful and pleasant. They worked at full speed for approximately 3 hours. We were very pleased with the results and the overall experience.

It was quick and they were very professional, they were great! They came the day before and gave an estimate and then cleaned the next day. The manager was very courteous and professional.

The overall experience was wonderful. The entire home was cleaned from top to bottom and there were several people to assist so that they finished in 2 hours or less. They moved furniture to clean the base boards and reached up to clean the fans. It not only looked clean but felt clean as well. The only wish was for the house to smell lemony fresh (which it did not) but that is personal preference. They were extremely professonal and will continue to use them in the future.

Arrived on time with crew of 6.... Had all their own equipment and finished in about 2 hours. Awesome job!

We just finished a kitchen remodel and are having a small get together next weekend. Between finishing touches and party planning, we needed help cleaning the house. A&G was very responsive. I got a quote the day after calling and leaving a message requesting an estimate. We got on the schedule five days later. They brought a full crew that arrived on time, split up, and got to work. They vacuumed, dusted, and did a light mopping of hardwood floors. Cleaned the microwave and stove, both of which were very dirty. Also removed the fingerprints from the stainless fridge. They did a great job cleaning up children's toys that were in the way and nothing seemed to slow them down. Vacuumed the couches and even recovered toys long lost beneath the furniture. The whole crew was friendly and worked well together. It ended up being less than 2 hours. The floors feel great, they dusted areas we forgot (like tops of window and door trim), and the bathrooms have never been cleaner. Overall we were very impressed and will definitely use them again. Ended up being $200 with tip and it was money well spent.

They showed up on time, ready to work; a well orchestrated team. There was nothing that could have been done better! I will be a repeat customer.

Jorge and his team are excellent! He is always so responsive on email, very professional, and his sister Erika, who works with the company, is lovely as well. I like the fact that they are young, entrepreneurial, extremely courteous and very professional! They accompany their staff to each house to make sure the job is done well and to follow behind staff to make sure they haven't missed anything. They are quick, efficient, reliable and thorough. When there is an issue or problem I would like them to pay more attention to, they always do. In the beginning, Jorge will come out and visit your house, assess needs and provide a quote for bimonthly, monthly or one time cleaning. I have also asked Jorge and his team to do a major cleaning at a property we rent and they did an excellent job - so they are equipped to do small and big cleaning jobs. Their prices are very reasonable.

Please know that A & G Cleaning Service has cleans my house yearly. We have used them twice. $300 is for a very Deep Cleaning. We have used a few different cleaning services and this group Beats them all!!!! I say this because the overall attitude of the Jorge and Erica and their cleaning crews is a very Caring attitude. They really care! And they make me feel cared for when they come in and clean my home. They, and their crew, are very Cheerful, Pleasant and Very Professional. Their Professionalism is OUTSTANDING! Jorge went out of his way to fit us in for our party, just prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday. He's the Man! And, after a year, he actually remembered cleaning our house! He knew who I was when I called. Now that's Real Service!! We will be calling A & G Cleaning Service in the next week or so to sign them up to clean Monthly. We really LOVE their service. They are outstanding. I found this company on Angie’s List, and I’m very pleased. It’s a family-owned business. They have one family member for each cleaning crew, so the cleaners don’t have your key; a member of the family has all of the keys. I feel comfortable having them clean my home when I’m not there. They’ve cleaned our home for about 4 years. The house is incredibly clean and they arrive on time. The employees are friendly and I think their rates are very good. I think they also clean for businesses as well.

They showed up about a half-hour late, brought a crew of six people. Some cleaned, some came behind to check the work just done. They were thorough, worked steadily, with nobody taking breaks, for three hours. Very good workers, cleaned everything to a high standard, and I was very pleased with the results. Cost was higher than I expected, but that may be because of the location (Vienna, Virginia, a suburb of Washington DC) and that's what the market will bear. To clarify: I did agree to the cost ahead of time, so there wasn't any surprise.

My experience with A&G was great. I called in July for an estimate and they came to the house to see the space before providing an estimate. This is the first cleaning company that I've used that has done that. The provided the estimate via e-mail and worked out the details of what day to provide services via e-mail. My schedule isn't all that flexible and they were able to work around it to meet my availability. I was a little surprised at how high the quote was but the service was fantastic. They sent 3 people who were here almost 3 hours cleaning my 3500 sq ft house. This is the longest that anyone has spent cleaning my house at one time and, based on my previous experience with other companies, three people is a lot. They did a great job - everything was sparkling when they were done. Even my husband commented on how thorough their service was.

We have been using them for about a month - once every two weeks. They are the best cleaning company we have ever used. They start the service with a deep clean which costs more than the monthly maintenance service but is definitely worth it. They come in as a team of cleaners and quickly get everything done. Usually a family member of the company accompanies the team. They are masters at removing pet fur and the floors and everything else looks great when they finish. It is a wonderful feeling to come home to a clean house.

I wasn’t particularly happy with their service. It was the overall quality of cleaning I wasn’t happy with. There were good things and bad things about them. Good things; they were prompt, they did respond to emails and phone calls. I didn’t have any complaints about that. The cleaning standard was not upto our standard. I have a friend who referred to me and then I looked up on Angie’s List, they had a pretty good review. It just did not suit us. They did complete the cleaning, but it was just the little things like little dust here and there. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. They had lot of positive things but this did not click for me. In regards to using them again, I have other competitors coming in and I like them better.

Everything went great. They are always on time and efficient. They are friendly and professional as well. I have had the same team cleaning my home for three years now. I would recommend this company to anyone and will continue to use.

They do a great job cleaning the house. We have had them only three times but they seemed really trustworthy. It is the same people everytime. The team leader who I think is one of the owners of the company always comes with them. He keeps quality control on what the cleaners are doing. We are really happy with that decision. We would definitely use their services again in the future.

While the move in was fairly simple (brand new apartment just needed a going over) my move out cleaning was a big messy job and they did excellent work. They were completely thorough and the place looked great when they were done. They were very professional throughout the process from estimate through completion and I plan to use A&G for my bi-weekly service going forward.
