They are always on time, friendly, clean, courteous and easy to work with. I can rely on them to do a good job. They are very dependable and listen to any concerns or questions I have. I am very pleased with the service they provide.

They are very friendly, pretty reliable and consistent in their work. Their work is of good quality. I have been using them for three months. They arrive on time and there is always three to four team members that come to do the job.

I periodically used this service and I have been very pleased with them. They take care of general housecleaning for me and is a very helpful service. Sometimes a person just doesn't have enough hours in the day and it is nice to have a service like this to rely on.

Three women and the owner clean the house. They do a very good, professional cleaning. Sometimes I ll check on top of the high cabinets and find dust there. I would recommend them to others though.

They do a really good job of leaving my house looking spotless. They do everything I need them to. They are very professional and that makes everything so easy for me. The price is reasonable for all the work that Im not having to do thanks to them. I pay them every time they come out.

Albert came out to the house on time. The first cleaning we were home and I couldn't believe how fast and thorough the cleaners were. Even so, it took 3 cleaners and Albert over 3 hours for the initial cleaning. We are not big on housekeeping but they cheerfully cleaned up our grime and dirt. Based on the first cleaning, we hired A & G to clean our house bi-weekly. They work around our 3 cats, have been consistent so far, and our house has never been this clean! I feel that their service is well worth it.

He does a thorough job especially in the kitchen & bathroom.

I was very satisfied with the quality job these people did, but not so satisfied by their responsiveness. I am the only person living in this apartment and when I came back after being out of the house one day, I noticed a statue that was all bent out of shape. I confronted them with this problem and no one called me back and I haven t seen them since. I will no longer use their services.

It went great. The owner gave us an on-target estimate. They are very professional, arrive on time and are very very careful in the cleaning. I can't say enough good things about their work. We are thrilled.

Albert (proprietor) came on time to survey the house and meet us. Explained how his family owned and family-ran business works. Gave us quote after examining all areas to be periodically cleaned. Scheduled a morning for the initial clean and a team of four to five people showed up (Albert was one of them). Methodically and carefully moved through the house cleaning all rooms requested. Excellent job. Very professional and cheerful. Learned some new techniques watching them. Some items were cleaned as never before. Extremely difficult to find any square inch they missed.

Albert, co-owner of the business, came over to give an estimate a few days after I called him. He said for our house (three levels, two bedrooms, plus office, dining room, fully finished basement and two bathrooms) the first session would cost $200, and every session thereafter would be $100. He arrived the first day with a crew of six people, who scrubbed the house from top to bottom, and we were very pleased with the result. They cleaned the blinds, windowsills, windows, and floors, removed all dust and cobwebs, and left the kitchen and bathrooms sparkling. We agreed to have them come every other week. Since then we have been generally pleased, although at times the service has not been consistent. (Once a bedroom was completely overlooked the bed wasn t even made). But speaking to Albert or his wife, Gladys, usually solves any problems. And given the size of our house, the price is rather reasonable, we think.

The problem was never fixed. I feel like I was conned. The hourly rate charged was a surprised. They should have disclosed the whole pricing when I called and informed them that I found a "service special coupon". What a rip-off.

A&G Cleaning is a family-owned business (NOT a franchise) headed by two of the most personable folks we've ever done business with. Grace is not only co-owner; she works right alongside her ladies. The entire cleaning team is thorough, courteous, speedy, and they don't miss a detail. Either Albert or Grace is almost always with the girls, so you get immediate on-site inspection. Our previous cleaning service didn't stay as long as A&G does (typically 60-90 minutes depending on how many girls they bring), didn't clean all the areas A&G cleans, and overall were simply not as dependable. We're completely pleased by A&G's professional service, characterized by personal pride in work - a value that's disappeared in most larger cleaning franchises.

Called and left message for an estimator. Estimator called back promptly and schedule a visit. He showed up on time, looked around the house and gave the price. Started work within a couple of weeks with mixed results. Crew always arrived on scheduled day. Did a better job on shower than previous service, but not as well on other items like wall behind kitchen trash can. Broke faucet aerator without mention. After several weeks, decided to return to previous cleans, who also changed sheets for us and charged less. Price was not the reason for switching back. I'd pay more for great cleaning.

I'm happy with the quality of the cleaning, but I'm not at all fussy! The daughter and son have both helped clean at my place; the entire family is courteous and professional and crew members are cheerful and professional. They won't clean less often than every two weeks. I don't think they do one-time jobs. They schedule the cleaning in advance, and phone on the day of to give an approximate arrival time. They can take a day or two to respond to e-mail or voice mail.

They were excellent. We use them now on a weekly basis.

The entire interior had just been pained and floors re-finished & the there was little furniture in there. I asked them to clean 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and wipe down both boards & ceiling fans from sawdust. I was told it would take a crew of 5 people for 3-4 hours of work. He arrived with a group of small individuals in height and no ladder, so there's no way they could reach the ceiling fans. The next day the knobs on cabinets were still dirty as well as baseboards and fans. They didn't even polish the fixtures in the bathroom and even put my stove & burners back together incorrectly. I could even scrape the grunge off the appliances and bathrooms with my nails. I wouldn't use them again or recommend them to anyone! They don't even come close to living up to their rating on Angie's List. When they were contacted by my husband on the complaint, I received numerous harassing phone calls from them and then they arrived at my front door.

I called this company based on the superior references, I saw here on the list and scheduled an estimate. Not only did these people NOT show up for the estimate, they did not call me to say they weren't coming. Needless to say, I didn't call back myself to reschedule, if they couldn't handle an estimate, I didn't have high hopes for what they would do with the actual work requested.

Based on reviews on Angie's List, I met with Albert and despite their fee being 20% higher than the next highest bid, I was confident that they would do excellent quality work. I was told that the work was supervised and that the staff delivered outstanding customized service. Nothing could have been further from the truth. The service was poor and cleaning was minimal. Despite being told by Albert that they charge high fees because they deliver outstanding service, I felt this was a huge ripoff. I have always had weekly cleaning, at a minimum. One woman worked for us for 4 years, until her tragic death and another for 8 years. Even on their worst day, our previous housekeepers did three times the work that A&G did and at a much lower price. We continued with the service for 6 weeks, hoping that they would improve. They did not. They put far too much emphasis on outlining what they don't do - like wiping out a self-cleaning oven, putting 4 dishes into dishwasher, etc.

Albert & Gladys are very nice, gracious people. We enjoyed meeting them on the initial home visit. They are very trustworthy and I felt very comfortable leaving them home alone to do the cleaning. They did a great job on their first cleaning. I'll report back in 6 mos. (that's been where previous cleaners have started slacking off and getting sloppy or careless).

We interviewed multiple companies for a cleaning service, but decided to go with A and G Cleaning after reading their reviews on Angie's List. They quoted us a great price and were available to start within the next week. They have done an excellent job, and my wife and I have been very satisfied with their services.

We had a fantastic experience with them. They did and initial cleaning for us, and have begun bi-weekly cleanings. I was very impressed with the job they did, and would recommend them to others.

They have done a really thorough job so far. The employees are professional and friendly. One or both of the owner, accompanies the cleaning crew each time and ensures all work is done completely and correctly. So far, we are very pleased!

We read the reviews on this cleaning service and were impressed enough to call them as they are ''local'' to our neighborhood. I spoke with one of the owners, provided him with a sense of our needs and he promised to call us back to schedule a visit/estimate. That was three weeks ago and we've never heard back from them. We would NOT recommend them based upon this lack of follow through and sense of urgency.

Great! The house was cleaned very well. Albert addressed 2 special requests I had; one that the cleanings be after 1:30pm so they wouldn't interrupt the baby's nap and two, that they use unscented cleaners; my husband and I are very sensitive to smells. Albert was great and very understanding.
