Pierson Real Estate is great! We initially met with Tim and his team to begin a casual look at the market for a potential move within the next year. That casual looking led us to close on a house a few months later. Pierson Real Estate is a greater partner is the process from our initial meeting through settlement. They did a great job getting to know us and what we were looking for before we started to visit homes. They highlighted the pros and cons of each property. They provided realistic information about the homes and market without pressuring us to make a decision. When selling our home they provided great information about what buyers would be looking for, realistic price expectations, and identified simple things we could do to make our property stand out in a busy market. They also did a great job marketing the property to draw in potential buyers.

Last year, the Pierson Real Estate Team provided instrumental assistance and tailored advice in the purchase of our new home. They did so with the utmost professionalism and were very responsive to the demands of our short negotiation timeline. I highly recommend them for your real estate needs.

My first home buying experience with many hiccups along the way.....ALL builder caused. Tim and his team took a personal stake in my well being and made sure things were tracking back to normal. They helped in every way they were able to and really made for a great team.

Giving all A's might appear to indicate that I wasn't being very critical but that is exactly the opposite of the situation. I continue to be overly impressed with Tim and his team's effort and enthusiasm to be great partners years after the purchase of our home. Tim tirelessly provided his expertise for years before the purchase of our home. The real work in his business isn't in locating the perfect home but in positioning our family to be successful in our life goals through real estate. In our case, a tight market didn't help us in acquiring the house that we planned to live in the rest of our lives. We certainly couldn't immediately afford the house that we ultimately wanted to have. We also weren't willing to move into a house that couldn't accommodate our immediately growing family. We needed to consider a home that fit our needs now and allowed us to grow in the future. It was a delicate balance of finances, school systems, bedrooms, baths and many other factors. It also required Tim's help to understand zoning and building code to ensure that we'd be able to build the house that we eventually wanted. The guidance we received was outstanding! All of this came together because of Tim's team! Now years after the purchase I am even more convinced that we wouldn't have been here without Tim's work. The houses on the street continue to sell for more than we bought ours for and we love the street and house more as time goes on. Tim sees things that others in his industry don't. He positioned us for success and I will feel indebted to him for giving us a wonderful home to raise our kids and excel in our real estate goals.

The Tim Pierson Real Estate Team came highly recommended to my family via friends who've used their services in the past. Tim, with a young family of his own, knew exactly what our needs were when trying to find a larger home to accommodate our growing family. He and his team were patient with us and made sure to bend over backwards to accommodate our schedules. We visited countless potential properties until we felt we found the "one". Tim never pressured us into making a decision, and always had our best interests in mind. I recall that at closing, Tim brought up a minor issue with the water heater that was discovered at the final walk-through of the property. The sellers argued that there was nothing wrong with the water tank but Tim was insistent on having it checked by a professional. His persistence and drive allowed us to receive a $1,000 credit during closing that would be used if an issue was discovered by the professional. Tim and his Team are excellent at what they do and I've recommended them to many of my friends who moved in the area within the last few years. I know of no one who had anything less than an excellent experience.

The experience exceeded our expectations. We used real estate services in the past but the Pierson Team blew us away. We had a short consultation with Tim first. We told him about ourselves, our family situation, and our finances and he took the time to assess our current situation as well as our goals. He gave us an overview of the current market situation and we had a productive conversation to make sure we had a common vision, a set of expectations, and a plan ahead. Next the team gave us tips on how to prepare our home to sell, gathered information about the neighborhood for marketing materials, and took professional pictures highlighting the features of the home we were selling. In the meantime we toured potential new homes for purchase to ensure the home we dreamed about was potentially available and within budget. Chip showed us several homes and asked many questions to learn our likes, dislikes, personalities, and goals to better assist in the search. After a few trips we were confident our dream home was obtainable and Chip was the guy to find it for us. And he did just that. Before we knew it we found our dream home and had an offer in to buy it. Meanwhile the house we were selling was ready to go on the market and we had an open house. About 20 groups came to view it and we had multiple offers by the end of the weekend! We accepted the best offer and the owners of the home we wanted accepted our offer. Tim, Chip, and the rest of the team handled all the paperwork and all of the details (working with us on home inspections, move in and move out dates, negotiating after the home inspections, rent-back arrangements, etc.) No detail was too small. We couldn't be happier with our experience. It felt way to easy considering it was the two biggest financial transactions of our lives. But we had total confidence in the team and their expertise. Our gratitude cannot be overstated. If we decide years from now to make another move (or if circumstances change unexpectedly) we would not hesitate to call the Pierson Team first. They're top notch!

Tim was great to work with and patient.. very patient. I drug out my home search for most of a year and he was there whenever I needed him in assisting in the search. I finally found a place and he was there immediately to view the house with me, and within 3-4 days have an offer in. Early on after buying the house, I started remodeling and he even loaned me his nail gun/compressor for the better part of a year (sorry tim!). He is honest and very knowledgeable about DC market. He doesn't pressure you and is easy to communicate with. He kept in contact on a regular basis even years after my purchase in 2010. I am starting to looking for my second house and I would not consider using any other Realtor.

The experience with Tim Pierson Real Estate was fantastic. We were very picky when it came to searching for a new home and Tim consistently went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect home. It took us over 6 months, but throughout Tim and his team were there to answer any and all of our questions. This included late night phone calls, weekend meetings, etc. His patience and professionalism was amazing and we couldn't be happier we used his team to help us. We also used Tim and his team to sell our old house. Due to his knowledge of the area and his team's work ethic, we were able to sell our home above our asking price in a matter of days, before the open house!

We sold two homes and purchased another over the summer / fall of 2014. The Pierson team was an invaluable resource in guiding us through the ups and downs of three real estate transactions. Pierson Real Estate, specifically TJ Walter, served as our real estate agent when we purchased our home. TJ was extremely responsive to our needs and concerns and always returned our phone calls promptly. Once we were under contract on the home, TJ marshalled all the logistics and paperwork forward as we worked toward closing. Overall, TJ made the process go very smoothly. We could not have done it without TJ!

If you're looking for a great real estate team, look no further. I have used the Pierson Team at Keller Williams for several transactions over the years, both on the buying, and the selling side. They've always exceeded my expectations on every level. They are trusted advisers that look out for the best interest of their client. Period. They are patient and extremely helpful and responsive; and they are also experts at what they do. No high pressure tactics, just sound advice every time. What I also love about them is that they are there to offer advice, even when it doesn't benefit them at all, think: refinancing, renting out a property, market trends, distant real estate goals, etc. etc. They are always there for you. Buying a property for the first time was ridiculously easy with these guys. I never felt pressured into anything and always felt like they were looking out for me. Against all odds, we found the perfect place for me, in a neighborhood much closer to the city than I could have imagined being able to afford, twice as big as I ever thought I could afford, undervalued for the size and location, with a yard, and really good potential for long-term growth in value. I'm really not sure how it happened, but I know that Tim, Liz, TJ, and Shontel had a lot to do with it by helping me to see a good opportunity and to jump on it. They worked early in the morning and late at night to make sure that the contract went through and I was in the best possible position to make this deal happen. 2 years later, I still am so happy that I made this purchase and that I had Pierson Real Estate take care of everything. They really know what they are doing, are super honest, and so professional. And they send me a thoughtful Christmas gift every year! I'm so glad to know them.
