Description of Work: Clean out deteriorated mortar and replace. Power washed all surfaces before repair work. Replaced 8 broken bricks which customer furnished. Work was done on two brick lamp posts and front door landing and steps.

Description of Work: Broken bricks on front stoop. Need to repair/replace 20 bricks. Used Angie List Big Deal. Contractor came out to give estimate for work and more than doubled the cost by adding additional labor to the contract to perform repair with other non-Angie List contractors quoting the job between $450 to $600. Contractor wanted $820 for service. Plus originally scheduled job and was changed after I had to call to determine when service was going to be done.
