Xxtra Clean Carpet Care

I called XXtra to arrange to have my carpets cleaned. We set a date. Then a work conflict arose, so I left a message that I needed to reschedule. There was no company voicemail; it seemed like I was leaving a message on somebody's personal cell phone. I got a message back that we could reschedule, so I called back and left another message requesting a date almost 3 weeks in the future. I got no callback, no message, no confirmation until the night before my requested date, when XXtra called to tell me what time they would be showing up the next morning. But by that time I had given up on hearing back from XXtra, and had made other plans.

They come with a two person crew ready to work. They pretreat stained areas, and move light furniture. They were quick and did a quality job. I have used their services at least 5 times and refuse to allow other companies to do carpet cleaning. Other companies have not performed the same level of carpet cleaning as this company does. Owner operated and provides a fair price for their work. They did not remove old carpet stains and explained why that was so. Overall, I am very pleased with their pricing and quality of work. I readily recommend them to others.
