Winston's has been sweeping and repairing chimneys since 1978 and we employ highly trained--in our own training facility--and highly paid technicians to the the job right the first time. We understand you are busy and we won't keep you waiting. We will take pictures of the areas in need of repair and provide them to you. Description of Work: Very impressed, professional crew. Only negative, took 2 weeks to schedule appointment, appointment was canceled due to the blizzard and it took an additional ten days to get an appointment. That's a long time to be without a dryer.

Description of Work: Has Winston's come out to inspect and clean our chimney. The technician was called 30 minutes before he would arrive and arrived promptly. They were very professional, laying down covers where necessary. They found a couple of issues for us to note and showed us the video and pictures of the problem areas and provided a quote for the necessary repairs. We are currently trying to schedule a portion of the recommended repairs with them.

Description of Work: They came and cleaned our chimney and fireplace. They gave us some additional instructions on using it -- we are new to the house. And they warned us about some needed repairs. They were fast, courteous, and kind.

Description of Work: Removed an improperly installed cap from the woodstove chimney and installed a proper one. cleaned woodstove chimney and masonry chimney. Gave us pictures of exterior chimney. Made recommendations for maintenance for masonry chimney. Very please with these people. They were far more professional than companies we have used in the past. I would definitely use them again

Description of Work: Installed a gas stove in the fireplace. They were on time, in budget (even gave a senior discount and honored a manufacturer rebate). Ran into a small problem with a stove part which they quickly resolved with the manufacturer. Definitely responsive and caring. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: I called Winston's to assess my fireplace for a wood burning fireplace insert. They sent two technicians. They were very punctual, put on booties upon entering my house, were very thorough and patient with us and sent us a great proposal. We are holding off on the purchase for now, but will definitely work with them if we decide to have an insert installed.

Description of Work: We moved into a 1952 house with a chimney that had been neglected for many years. After trying to work with some lower cost firms we turned to Winston's. Their professionalism was amazing - great phone service and amazing work on the chimney. We will certainly go with them in the future for even simple work like flu cleaning.
