Description of Work: Service techs were very good and polite. They discovered water leakage in the chimney and took pictures. They replaced the chimney cap. The fireplace was not cleaned as I expected it would be. My disappointment was they promised to e-mail me their digital pictures when they returned to the office. After no pictures for several weeks I e-mailed the office and got no reply. Lenny was the lead technician.

Description of Work: I had serious smoke coming out I thought of my fireplace. I thought I needed seriously cleaning or repair. I needed neither. They explained how to start the fire in my old fireplace to avoid the problem. I have two flues - not one. I knew that, but one wasn't opening all the way. They showed me. They didn't try to make me pay for work that I didn't need.

Description of Work: They repaired chimney bricks, refurbished fireplace, replaced damper, and swept chimney. They gave excellent service, advice, and repair. This company also has great management. Pricing was very competitive, and service was far better than another local company I was dealing with. I will always use this company for sweep, repair, duct cleaning and for other services they perform. There was a minor issue with the damper; they came back twice at no charge to ensure it was fixed.
