Windshield Autoglass

Horrible experience. I scheduled an appointment with them for a refrigerator repair and provided my information including a credit card for the $40 service fee. I was told my appointment was between 12 and 3. I stayed home from work the entire day. Around 11:24 I received a call and a Voice Mail from them asking if someone was home. Around 11:37 I called back and let them know I was home. Around 3:10 no one had showed up and I called to investigate. They had the technician call me. I told him I needed to leave around 5:00 for kids activities that night, he said he would come by 4. He never showed. A little after 5 I called the company and informed them that no one had ever shown up, that I did not want my credit card charged or if it had been charged, a refund. I stated that I was unhappy with the service, and that I would let others know that I was unhappy with the service I had received. At first he apologized and said that my credit card had not been charged, but when he heard that I would let others know what had happened he claimed he would use all the personal information he had on me, my name, cell phone number, home address, and credit card information to bury me with 1,000 postings for every posting I made. Unfortunately I was not an Angie's list member. Now I am. If only I had joined sooner.
