Description of Work: Dan replaced our electrical panel in the basement. On a separate occasion, Dan also set up a back up circuit solution that connected half of the circuits in our house to a portable generator. On both occasions, Dan's work was excellent

The only snag was the track lighting wasn't delivered in time for the scheduled work date but Dan and Chris did all the prep work so when the fixture arrived, all they had to do was connect it. Dan called me ahead of time to let me know the fixture didn't arrive and gave me the option to schedule for another day. Communication was great--Dan explained what he was doing every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves and you would never know they were there except now I can SEE : )

+ -1 moreI left a message on their answering machine on Monday morning that we had lost electrical service to our living room. They were able to get to our house early Tuesday afternoon. Dan and Bea Cullen immediately suspected a bad connection; the very first outlet they checked was defectively wired. They rewired it immediately and service was restored. Because they had used only a small fraction of the time allotted to a minimum charge service call, they proceeded to check and upgrade the other connections on the same circuit. They were friendly, professional, and even tolerated our pups trying to sit in their laps as they worked.
Description of Work: An electrical circuit to our living room went dead. They tested the outlets and found a broken connection. They checked the other outlets in the same circuit and upgraded the connections.
