So far so good, they come out to check for termites. The guy who lived here before had termites and we don't now, so they are good. I would say the price is average.

I have an annual contract with them. They let me know in advance when they come to treat the house. The quality of their work is good. They really solved my bug problems. I can call them and they will come whenever I want them, on demand like if I have a dead mouse or something like that. I think that their service technician is very friendly and I always have the same service technician. I find them to be very responsive if I need them to come for a special treatment like for ants in the spring or a dead mouse. I can’t remember the price being kind of expensive, so I think I would give them a B. I would continue to use them in the future.

They do a fantastic job of spraying both the inside and outside of the house. They are very convenient, a very timely. They keep their appointments on time always. That is a fantastic way of doing. So many of them give you a big window but they do not. They are here when they say they would be here. Price wise I just know that I compared their prices and they were pretty much in the same range. I will continue to use them in the future.

I have an annual contract with them so they didn't charge for that specific service. They also come for any specific problems that I have and there is no additional charge for that. It has been a good experience. The only thing that could be better is if they had weekend hours. If I have a mouse on the weekend, I have to wait for weekdays, but that is probably pretty consistent with most companies doing that type of work. They are pretty good about scheduling me in and getting what I need taken care of quickly. Their price is fine, but I don't have a good comparison level. I would like them to have weekend hours but they are very responsive for the hours they do have.

We have been using this company for the past 40 years.We really like that included in the annual contract are three protective treatments and any other emergency calls for issues between these treatments. They have been so successful at keeping pests out of our home that we even opted to include carpenter ant treatment in our package. Whenever there is an issue they are quick to respond and will come back out as many times are as needed at no additional cost. Over the years they have reduced toxicity of the chemicals they use to treat for pests, making them a greener solutions. I can't say enough about them and will continue to use them in the future.

The guys that come out and service my house have been absolutely fantastic. There has been confusion on the billing, I like the automatic billing where they just take the money out. This morning they told me my account was canceled, so i told them to put it back on. If I remember correctly that's happened once before. The guys really love dogs so I don't' even have to put them outside. I've been very pleased.

They are punctual, they come when they say they are going to come, and they have good technicians that establish a personal relationship. They listen to you, they are thorough, they are very good about follow-up, they don’t scare you, and they are very friendly and professional. Their price is like everyone else.

They come out once a year to service my home. They check for termites, and they guarantee their work. If there is an infestation, they will take care of it; that happened once, and they did deal with it. They are reliable and not as expensive as some others. I saw an advertisement last year someplace, and I checked on it, and their price was more than what I am paying. They stand behind what they say they will do, and that is why I have stuck with them. I don’t even shop around because I have found somebody that I can trust. I have a woody house in the woods, so it is something that I feel I need to be on top of. Their quality could be better. I feel they could check more carefully; sometimes, I think it is a little bit cursory. I would continue to use them in the future.

. They are very responsive. No matter what is going on they come immediately. We have been virtually bug free and all the kind of things that you would be annoyed by. Occasionally if we get something they are right on it. They are very responsible and very prompt. They are conscientious. If they come in they are careful of taking off their shoes and treating your home with respect. Other than that they do a good job. Price wise I am not very familiar with what the competitive prices are out there. I will continue to use them in the future.They spend a lot of time with you explaining what is going on and what you can do.

They were great. They would just show up and I didn't have to call them or anything. I would just see them around the house periodically checking and making sure that everything was good. They would come out right away if we had any problems and do what they said they were going to do. They lived up to the contract and made things much nicer in the house. They were not cheap but they provided good value for their price. I had a lot of questions regarding the pesticides that they were using and how it would affect my children and things like that and they were very good about that. I need to call them and renew the contract again.

the salesman with western talked a big talk, but then the technicians and customer service didn't measure up. we contracted with Western, partly because their office is 3 blocks from our house; literally a 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive. their trucks and technicians drive past our house multiple times per day. but when we needed a technician to come to our home, they were always booked DAYS in advance, and took up to a week to get to us. At one point, they claimed that they could not deal with the problem when it was raining. each time i would call, the forecast would be sunny for 4-5 days, but they insisted on booking me a week later, at which point it was invariably raining. this went on for a month at one point, during which time the house ants got so bad that i found them crawling on my baby in her crib! they were even in my master bedroom, on my pillow. i couldn't belive that we got such lousy customer service, with them so close by, and at such great expense. one tech even freaked out once, when he encountered a small harmless snake in my yard. i had to deal with the snake, so he would spray for the ants! i discovered the source of the ants myself, and ended up doing most of the work on my own. i finally got some responsiveness when i actually marched into their office and demanded help in person. they were shocked, and obviously never intended for customers to come to the main office. but it did get a more qualified tech out to my home in a more timely manner. but not before i decided i would *not* be renewing my contract again. when you pay that kind of money, you deserve better service.

Western Pest Services Company is just really expensive for what they do. They were supposed to get rid of mice for me but my husband ended up doing more towards that than they did. They set out some traps but they never caught any mice. However, the traps that my husband set caught the mice. They had told me that they had sealed all ways for the mice to get in but the following winter I had a family of mice in the walls. I just haven?t been happy with their service. In the backyard we were noticing some kind of a rodent species along the top of my deck and they put a trap underneath my deck which didn?t help. My husband had to spray at them with a water hose and they didn?t come back ever since. So, my husband has been more successful in getting rid of the pests than Western Pest Services Company has. They didn?t do a good job. I will not use them in the future.

There are at least two more visits from the company and they will come when I call. I am very pleased with their knowledge and thoroughness. As you know mice are a huge problem in Georgetown and I am just hoping to diminish the problem.

They say that the products they use are environmental friendly. Every time they do a service they don?t let children or pets go near it for so many hours and we do now have a dog, so we don?t know what we would do the next time they come. We would be more interested in that now. They seem to come and if we say we have a problem they are here usually within the next day.

Overall, the service has gone well. There may be another pest issue, but not sure. I'll be calling them again soon for that.

They were very professional. They did the job right the first time, and came back to check. We haven't had a problem with the bedbugs since. We did an annual contract with them for the ants. They come by every few months to check the house, and if we have any difficulties I can just call and they take care of it. We're very happy with the service.

I think the contract thing is a gimmick. I think it would be less money to have them just come in the spring, get rid of the ants, and be done with it. I don't think it really matters when they come out four times a year to treat, because I still get ants every spring. I think I'm just going to go back to calling them in the spring. The technician who came out was fine. I've had no problems with him and he was always willing to come back if I needed it done again.

They are very accommodating, punctual and professional.
