Listed house. Sold house in 1 day. For over asking price. I live out of state so all paperwork had to be completed electronically . Loved her electronic process. She was professional, punctual, and pricise.
Description of Work: Vivianne was the listing agent for an inherited property in Fairfax va. She gave us suggestions on how or what had to be done to make a successful open house. She continued to over see the items requested fixed on the inspection report. Our home sold in 1 day. I live out of state and my daughter was the only contact present. The enTire process was fabulous. Working with Vivianne was unbelievable. Everything went so smoothly I just wish I could use her service anytime I moved
