Traci was very professional, efficient, and extremely responsive. Her experience and knowledge helped us find our forever home quickly and without any hitches. She picked our brains with what we had in mind. Once she had that information and our budget, she went to work. Traci pointed out things in homes we would of never thought of and quickly eliminated those homes off our list saving us future heart ache. We would highly recommend Traci as a realtor. She did a fantastic job explaining & educating us on the buying/selling process. She was very personable but got down to business -which we loved. She was very responsive & always had her or her assistant get back to us. She was very knowledgeable & experienced and we felt confident in her advice & recommendations & were comfortable asking her any questions we had. When we interviewed us she gave us a thorough presentation of her services and how she would market & sell our house . . . so if you are even considering using Traci please at least interview her so you can get a sense of how hard she works & how knowledgeable she is! Things could not have gone smoother. We found a house that was perfect for us at a price in our budget & our old house sold right away for asking price.

We hired Traci to sell our townhouse, which we had been renting out due to the low market value when we moved a few years ago. She gave us advice on what to fix, what we did not need to put money into, and how to price it. We probably did a few things we wouldn't have, but avoided doing a few things we would have, so we probably spent the same getting it ready but got the biggest bang for our buck based on Traci's advice. She kept us in the loop, informed us of her marketing strategies, and provided recommendations on service providers to get it ready (but only at our request -- she didn't "push" anyone on us). She made us feel good about the timing -- summer, when the market is slower -- pointing out supply is also lower. We got two offers and had a contract written and signed within a week at 98% of the asking price. When it came time for home inspection, she again provided advice on what to fix and not fix. When we resisted one of the items that she suggested we fix, the buyer came back to us and insisted on that item anyway. When it came to the day before closing, the buyers wanted to push off the closing date. Traci worked to ensure we closed on the agreed upon date according to the contract. In sum, Traci provided solid advice and service from day 1 -- recommending where to put our money in getting it ready, setting a price that -- as the contract and sold price indicate -- was right in line with the market, how to handle the home inspection items, and pushing the buyer to keep to the contract when things started to get shaky. Traci is very busy, obviously for good reason, but we never felt she didn't have time for us. We would definitely recommend her and use her again!

Traci is a pit bull (in a good way). I was moving interstate, and she worked with me every step of the way with finding houses, arranging things on my schedule when I could be available for viewings, gave me honest and frank advice and pointed out things that I might have missed during the viewing process that helped me with house hunting. Traci also assisted me in the rest of the process, letting me know what was and was not normal, and putting me in contact with people I needed to be in contact with for ensuring everything got done correctly and on time. There were a few hiccups during the buying process, that Traci stayed on top of, and was great with helping me get what I wanted during the whole process. Traci fought h****** my behalf, and made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. She was great to deal with, and gave me honest information and realistic expectations. But she also listened to what I was asking of her and made sure to try and accommodate me as much as possible. A true professional and expert in her field. Cost for provider paid by the seller.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for condo to rent for short term while we look for a more permanent dwelling. After searching online, sent an email to several rentals looking for additional information and to schedule a showing. Traci was representing one of the properties, and got back to me overnight. I scheduled an initial visit to the rental one day later. Traci was on time and waiting for me at the door. Had another visit and some email / phone exchanges (she responded quickly whenever I contacted her). While she clearly represented the owner, she negotiated lease term that benefited both me and owner of condo. There were some of the usual logistical challenges, but Traci took it upon herself to make sure the path was smooth. While the condo is great, probably the best part of this experience was getting to know Traci - can't wait to use her to help us find that more permanent house!
