+ 0 moreAustin was very friendly and professional. Between 4 companies, including Home Depot , he had the best price ! I was in a hurry to have my house ready for guests on Holidays, so I couldn't search more. It was busy December and his team was available to install the new flooring a week after I signed the contract. The installation took only one day and now I get lots of compliment on my new floor! Easy to clean and maintain! I really recommend it!
Description of Work: They removed and replaced foyer hardwood and replaced my living room/ dining room carpet by hardwood floor (407 sf).

Description of Work: Wood flooring, removing the wood ones and fixing the iron balusters and replacing the stair case carpeting. | |Wood flooring is some what ok. I do not recommend for any work on balusters and carpet fixing. I had to monitor their work. The worker does not know how to fix the iron balusters. He put the nails to fix the balusters. When you tap the railing you can hear the iron sound. The owner doesn't monitor the worker's work. When I asked them about the sound, the answer was-" that is how it should be. All the holes were pre existed." I had check the DIY network and showed the worker to remove the nails and asked him to get the black caulking to fill the holes. The nails were are showing up and I asked him to remove all of them. They did fix them after my request. When I called the person who took the contract Mr.Austin- his reply was "I'm focusing too much on their work". These guys doen't have any professionalism. I do not recommend any one for their services for Balusters and carpeting. Their wood installing is fine. When we give work to such people, we need to monitor their work.
