Description of Work: Removal of one squirrel and installation of attic fan and grate. He did a good job, but he resisted communicating over email, making it very inconvenient to coordinate with him. Otherwise, the service was fine and I would use him again if I needed the service again.

Description of Work: He checked our attic because we thought we had squirrels. Turns out it was just mice. Made sure there were no entry points in the attic, even checked the roof and repaired an exhaust vent. We were very pleased with his work.

Description of Work: Things went fine and it appears that the problems was resolved, no re-occurance. The owner also cleaned a 3 story gutter at no cost.

Description of Work: I cannot recommend The Master Trapper more highly. He did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, thoroughly professional, punctual and he solve my problem. If I ever have another problem with a rodent in my attic (I hope never to!), I will use The Master Trapper in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Jacob came out in mid-July to remove a family of raccoons from our attic. He sprayed a raccoon removal substance at various locations in the attic and the raccoons moved out after about a week. He then placed a one-way trap door over the attic fan that they were using for their entrance to make sure they had left and could not get back in. On August 4, he came out and replaced the attic fan, which had been totally destroyed. So far, the raccoon have stayed away. The next step will be to replace insulation in the attic that the raccoons had messed up.

Description of Work: Jacob successfully removed a squirrel that had gnawed his way in and taken up residence in my attic. He quickly assessed the problem, captured the squirrel within 24 hours, and released the unwanted intruder back into the wild unharmed. He then made sure that he repaired the the holes used by the squirrel to prevent visits from other critters. Very satisfied customer.

Description of Work: If you have a critter problem like I did, Destination Wildlife Control is the company to call. After experiencing disappointing results from two pest control companies, I had all but given up on locating a competent & honest company to help me address critter noises coming from my attic 40 ft. up. Then, I stumbled on Destination Wildlife Control when doing a search on Angie’s List. I called Jacob on a holiday weekend – on a Sunday morning-- and within hours he returned my call and made provision to look at the attic the following morning. Upon inspection, he determined a squirrel was entering my attic, located areas where critters could enter, trapped a squirrel within days, and returned to seal up areas of concern. Jacob is simply the best. He maneuvers high spaces with ease and has an uncanny ability to trap some of the most vexing wildlife. Beyond being highly competent, he is ethical and personable and willing to do whatever it takes to rid your home or business of wildlife pests. Without any hesitation, I give him 5 star ratings (on a scale of 1-5).

Description of Work: SET TRAP ON ROOF FOR RACCOON. ANIMAL LEFT THE ATTIC AND WASN'T CAUGHT. SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.

Description of Work: I ended up not needing their service. But they took the time on the phone with me to figure out what was making the noise in my walls and the best way to go about getting rid of the mice.
