Customer service was amazing. Alex came in with his techs, listened to what this issue was and got everything done in a timely manner. Efrain was amazing. He came in with considerable experience diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The job itself was not an easy one, but SwiftPro overcame the challenge and got it done right. Will definitely hire again!

Our 40 year old furnace went out during a cold snap this spring and Moises was able to replace our whole system with a Trane dual fuel furnace system that works with our solar and gas as well as new AC unit. We were delighted by the significantly reduced power consumption this summer on AC down from $500 to $75 a month! The whole system cost us about half of what my co-worker paid for theirs. Moises and his crew were timely, professional and kind. Later this summer, my Ecobee for controlling my mom's HAVC system went out and Moises was there within two hours to fix it. Let me just start off by saying I was skeptical in the beginning because I had never used the services offered by Tyler and crew in the past. But they really surprised me with their professionalism and expertise they demonstrated in installing an excellent TRANE HVAC system at my home. Tyler, the project manager, and I had several conversations leading up to the install so I could clearly understand the product and process. He patiently explained everything to ensure I was fully satisfied. Moses and Oscar were the expert technicians brought in to do a real top-notch job installing the system and getting it working flawlessly. Moisés and Oscar did a great job. They were on-time, professional and explained in detail the process of detecting where the problem was with the HVAC system. I’m glad they identified the low pressures along the refrigerant lines. I’m glad they were able to recharge the line the same day. The prices were reasonable and I’m looking to calling them again for regular/maintenance inspections.

I was very impressed with the work that SwiftPro did for us, as it was a very challenging job - removing a 4ft by 12ft solar hot water panel from our upper roof and then patching and repairing the roof. They gave us a quick and very reasonable estimate and then did an excellent job just a few days later, showing off their expertise in roofing, plumbing and electrical.
