They did a FANTASTIC job. The air duct cleaning was very thorough (they found mold in one system and spent a lot of time cleaning and treating it), they were very professional and courteous; they communicated really well and recommended only what was truly needed - did not upsell at all; they left all the work areas as clean and neat like they were never there. I will definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone for air duct cleaning.

The service went great! They showed up on time, explained my options depending on what my system needed and went right to work. We ended up spending almost 3x what the deal was since our air ducts had no been cleaned in a very long time but man the difference it made when they showed us the before and after photos.

I was looking for a company to clean my air ducts and found positive reviews for SuperNoVA on both Angie's List and Groupon. They were responsive to my call and were timely in the appointment we set. Unfortunately, my unit was located in my attic and once they did their inspection, I was informed I would be better served by a truck mounted system and not the portable system they use. So instead of wasting their time and my money, they told me they were not the company for the job. Hence, the 5-star review. I appreciated their integrity and honesty. Will recommend to anyone I know whose system might be more in line with the services they offer.

Excellent. Howard was extremely knowledgeable and looked in all open vents and furnace. Turned out that he said all was good and no need to do cleaning this time for all the reasons he explained. They charged a very reasonable fee for the inspection, and gave us a time-line of when a cleaning might/should be done. These guys were polite, professional, fully vaccinated and masked. Definitely will use them again.

The guys called before they arrived. They were in and out quickly - my wife and I had removed an inner door and moved items and made sure there was an easy path to the back of the dryer, not easy in our mud room which is small and tight with two large appliances on pedestals. They vacuumed first then connected a blower to the dryer exhaust duct and cleaned from the outside. Lots of lint buildup so glad I called to get this done. As a note for using Angi to contact this and other contractors, given how busy they are and possibly short staffed, I recommend calling until you reach a person as the tech indicated they are so busy email takes a back seat to phone calls. You may have to try to call a couple of times. I was told a slow or non-response by them doesn't indicate lack of interest, they're just plain busy (a good thing).

I would highly recommend SuperNova Air Duct Cleaning. They were professional from the initial phone call through the completion of the service. One of the reasons I chose SuperNova is because they actually open the vent covers to clean the dust and debris. Some of the other companies I called suction the dust from one primary vent. I had that type of service done two years ago and my ducts remained dusty as ever. The team took a few hours to clean my townhome that has 2 HVAC systems. My air ducts are much cleaner now thanks to SuperNova!

The work went very well. They looked over the air entry duct to see what type of work should be done for the cleaning. and the cost to us to have the work done. They shared with us the pictures of what they saw and explained to us the basics of how our system worked. They offered suggestions of what we could do to keep the system cleaner. We were very satisfied with the work done and that they left the vent areas clean with all the grates in place again. We will definite be using them the next time.

I can't say enough about how much I love this company. They do a great job. I have hired them twice to clean out all of the air ducts in my house, as well as to do a check up on my HVAC and dryer vent. They're professional, show up on time and don't try to price gouge. I highly recommend them.

I'm not new to air duct cleaning companies. I had tried Groupon in the past with another company and wasnt very impressed. About two years ago I tried another company in another area I was living in and they were super messy and weren't very thorough . I recently moved to another house and noticed my son and I were having issues with coughing and sneezing every time I'd turn the heat on. When we first moved in we replaced the filter and that was filthy. So we decided to have the ducts cleaned in this house. I'm so glad we did because it was incredibly dirty! Roy and Vladimir came to do the service. They were amazing. They are super detailed and they even showed me the inside of the returns. In addition, they take before and after pictures. They also wear booties and did not leave my house a mess. I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Got off to a bad start - I took the afternoon off work and at the last minute they called and said a truck had broken down and I was out of luck. Okay, these things happen, but very inconvenient. Rescheduled, and the two-man crew showed up on time, explained what they were doing and why. Showed me (scary) photos of how dirty the ducts were, did the extensive work in a couple hours, and were professional throughout. This was not a light cleaning, and I had the UV light installed to keep mold, etc. off the coils.

I can't say enough good things about SuperNoVA Duct Cleaning! Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. No up-selling! Straight-forward and thorough. Roy and Nati were wonderful! We will definitely be returning to SuperNoVA for future maintenance cleanings.

Prompt, professional, thorough, and friendly - Howard and Vlad did a great job cleaning out the ducts and vents in our townhouse. Before, during, and after the services, Howard took the time to explain their processes with the cleaning, point out problem areas and solutions, and provide useful tips for post-maintenance upkeep (glad I had paper handy to take notes!). We plan to use SuperNoVA Air Duct Cleaning again for continued maintenance!

They rescheduled and apologized for the previous schedule and they finished the job on time with excellent work. very professional and I am happy with what they did and would hire them again. gave me a discount for a 100 dollars for compensation for the missed schedule.

We needed to have about 25 feet of ductwork cleaned out, so we were anticipating a long and dirty process. It went very well -- faster than expected with no mess. Roy worked outside at the exit point snaking the end portion of the duct. Vladimir worked inside snaking the area of ductwork connected to the drier. As the work was performed, Roy noticed that the end of the duct (venting outside) located under our screened porch had no cap or screen to prevent birds and/or other creatures from getting inside the pipe. He didn't push us on this issue, but his photographs and explanations made it clear that we should seriously consider some sort of fix. We agreed. Fortunately, he had a louvered end cap on the truck that fit perfectly. He installed it and charged us a very reasonable price for this add-on. All in all, they provided outstanding service. Very professional and a great value. We plan to use them again.

These people came to vacuum out our ducts. That part went fine. They also spent a lot of time pushing their "microbial conditioning" treatment. Like... *a lot* of time. I had to say no repeatedly, and they kept knocking the price down and offering it again. I recognize that upselling is a common practice with Craigslist services, and to an extent I expect it, but past a certain point it becomes unprofessional and irritating. This service went well beyond that point.

The technician (Moti) was very polite and cordial. He first asked to see our HVAC system, and then he explained what he was going to do. He brought his equipment in, and worked quickly to complete the task. Lots of other painting and renovations were also taking place at the location, and Moti was able to work around all the chaos and not let it interfere with his work. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to have their air ducts cleaned.

Great!!! The Super NoVA Air Duct Team (Technician - Roy?) was extremely responsive and professional in cleaning the Air Ducts. While cleaning, the team discovered some mold in the air ducts in the basement and took the added time to remove the mold and sanitize the duct work. I would definitely hire Super NoVA Air Duct again and recommend their services to my neighbors.

Fantastic work, house smells better and we are so glad it was done! I read about the up-sell and truth be told the technician did tell me about more involved work, more costly, which would be necessary. He was gracious and gave me a timeline of future needs when I told him it had to be in the future. They (HV) were professional, went straight to work, gave me updates during the process, took pictures and were very clean with their work.

All went very well from start to finish. Communication with the receptionist and technicians was all very clear and timely. I appreciated that HV technicians explained everything to me throughout the process. Outstanding professionalism and will definitely hire again!
