SuperNoVA Air Duct Cleaning

Workers were very professional and worked very hard. They pulled a lot of dust and debris out of our ducts.

Fine. They said they would send pictures but never did, so I had to remind them. Once they sent the pictures, I didn't understand what I was looking at, because they weren't labeled. I asked for clarification in another email, and they gladly provided a description. So overall a fine experience, just not a perfect experience.

The guys were quick and efficient, but I didn't realize they were going to suck all the lint gobs out of the vent and blow them all over my patio like tons of gray snow. And then they asked me why I didn't have a dust pan and broom to clean it up! The house is vacant because it's being sold! The guys tried to pickup the big pieces by hand, but I had to go to Home Depot to buy a dustpan and broom and trash bags to clean up the mess. I guess they were true to the description of the service which was to "clean out" the vent, but not to "clean up" afterward. Just a bit of a surprise.

Julius and Jordan were at the house for several hours and did a fantastic job. They explained everything in detail and offered additional services (return scrubbing) after showing me the state of my intakes. There was no pressure and I took them up on it and got great before/after shots of the vents (huge difference!) The house is already cooler and my sons coughing has decreased considerably. I would definitely use SuperNova again!

Very Well. While he service included a deodorant, they sold me on buying a sanitizing application for $135. I'm not sure of the value of that application. The original cost through Angie's list was $189, which is a bargain. With the sanitizing the total was $324, which is not so much of a bargain, However, I paid $295 to clean the same system 10 years ago. The lead tech, Moti, kept reminding me how dirty our system was, and that we should get it done more often. He was nice, but I didn't need all that much reminding

Moti and Sam performed the work in a very professional manner. Moti carefully explained before the start of the job exactly how the work would be performed and what to expect as the end result. They carefully removed the vent/duct covers, cleaned thoroughly, and then neatly replaced the covers. Everything went smoothly, and we recommend their services.

Seemed to go well. Hard to tell what is the impact on heating and cooling in house.

The duct cleaning was fine but their attempt to up-sell was quite annoying. One of the technician kept on trying to sell me different services they offer. Air duct cleaning was good.

They sent out Roy and Jordan at the day and time promised. We had just had the carpets replaced and my concerns about cleanliness were unnecessary. They had shoe covers and were neat as a pin. The before and after pictures of the inside of the ducts were very impressive. They were very pleasant and capable. I highly recommend this company.

Great! Roy and his team showed up promptly (quick turnaround as well) and cleaned the dryer vent quickly. They're great guys, do good work, happy to hire them again.

Roy called ahead, arrived right at time window originally quoted, explained what he would do and verified how much it would cost. He was courteous and professional. All went well. I asked him to check whether there was any blockage in a certain area and he did. Offered the anti-bacterial cleaning (upgrade from regular sanitizing) because the main level vents had a good amount of build up and it had been a while since they'd been cleaned (full disclosure: 13 years in the house and we'd never had it done). I did it but did not feel pressure to do so. Dryer vent was completely full even though I'd cleaned it myself in the past. I'll call again next time I need service. Glad to have this checked off and would recommend this company.

Roy and Sam were the two-man crew that recently cleaned the ducts and dryer vent in my home. They were friendly and did a great job. The air in the house is so much better. I would definitely use them again.

My husband was happy with their service. They did the air ducts it was a normal cleaning. They were very efficient kind of in and out. They could possibly be cheaper, the fact that we went with them tells me that they weren't that expensive.

Tech (Julius) was a bit but he kept me informed about it. No problems there. He did the cleaning from outside with a snake/rotory line going into the house. He also suggested bird guard, which I paid extra for him to install.

I purchased the $320 package for air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning and sanitizing. I had to call to schedule an appointment, they did not call me. Howard came to the house. He called ahead and arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous and showed me before and after photos of the vents. The appointment lasted about 3 hours. I was happy with his work, however he tried to upsell me on more powerful sanitizer for inside the vents for $107 more. I declined and he tried 4 more times, which I declined 4 more times. I was very frustrated that he kept pushing. I'm not sure if I would recommend because while I was happy with the work, the sales tactics were irritating.

Hire them! The amt of stuff that came out of our ductwork and air vents was amazing! The dryer vent was a fire hazard. I cannot recommend this company enough. Our technician Julius was great and explained everything he was doing. He also took pictures (before and after) and did not take shortcuts. He was very thorough. We added the antibacterial treatment to the cleaning package.

Howard (Chaim) was very thorough and diligent. Provided many tips and suggestions on how to keep my HVAC system clean (such as when to swap humidifier media). The home's ducts were unfortunately very dirty. They upsold me on an additional service on the ducts. While I understand incremental work, the upsell was more than the cost of the original service call! In the future, it would be helpful during the phone estimate do discuss potential recommended services, rather than doubling the price on the day. On the flipside, I asked for dryer vent cleaning, and they said it didn't need it (so they could have charged me for that if they wanted to). That said, i paid for the extra service, and the ducts looks great. Would just hope that in the future they share the potential for increased costs.

Howard was my service man. He arrived on time was friendly and courteous. He walked me through exactly what he would be doing and answered any questions I had. The job went smoothly and I am pleased with SuperNoVA Air Duct Service. This was an Angie's List Basic Package Deal for $189.00. I believed this was a good deal but by me adding their suggested Antibacterial Sanitizer & Deodorizer for $225.00 that brought my total to $414.00. I don't know how that compares with other companies, but I ended up spending a lot more than I intended. That doesn't mean that I wouldn't recommend SuperNoVA. They did a good job.

Julius was thorough, showing me the actual buildup when practical or through pics on his phone when needed. He also offered some tips on keeping our ducts clear - great work!

excellent, He took picture of the ducts before and after (I will note that they hadn't been cleaned in 40 years) and had to do an extra deep cleaning and bacteria cide application which is what made it so expensive.
