Daniel and Roy are very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They give us some advices about vent filters, deep cleaning vs routine cleaning. They help us move furnitures back to original place after vent cleaning, show us pre and post photos of the service. They also help us clean the bathroom fan with a little extra charge but it’s sure damm dirty when they open it up. Overall satisfied with the service and will return.

Great! It was easy to schedule the service via email, which I appreciated, and we were able to get a service appointment fairly quickly. Howard and Vlad, our team, arrived during the specified appointment window and called a half hour ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. Howard was exceptionally helpful in explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it, showing pictures of the inside of our furnace and the various ducts, and very honest about the services that we DIDN'T need or didn't need for probably another year. We will definitely use this company again for dryer vent cleaning and when we eventually do need duct cleaning.

Very pleased with entire process. Roy and Daniel arrived promptly, explained the service and exactly what they would be doing. Roy took some BEFORE pictures to show the condition of the duct return; very much need to be cleaned. He not only applied a sanitizer to the system, but also recommended a bactericide, since it had been quite a while since I had the system cleaned. He cleaned the dryer vent from the outside. This made life easier as my dryer vent is in a difficult to get to location. They were protective of surroundings, I didn't have any cleanup afte them. Whole process was about 2 1/4 hours. He offered a better Angie's List member coupon than what was on his site or Angies List site. I told him that this extra coupon wasn't shown on the sites. Very pleased with the service, would definitely utilize them again.

The crew was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home. They came in and laid down floor protection so the equipment would not scratch our wood floors. Then they did a walk through of the house so they could see where all the vents were and plan their way around our house for the cleaning. They provided us a before and after picture which was great to see. These guys are great and I would use them again in a hearbeat.

Roy and Howard were excellent. They called ahead, showed up on time, and immediately got to work. They showed me with pictures what they were doing the entire time and answered any questions I had. There was no mess left over afterwards. I would absolutely hire them again .

SuperNoVA Air Duct Cleaning was extremely professional, friendly, and the quality of work was great. While they were here, we added on the cleaning of our dryer vent and they did a great job with that as well. I would definitely hire this company again, they made the experience very pleasant and easy!

It went well no issue. They arrived promptly were here for about 3 hours, showed me what they found and made recommendations for future cleanings. My house needed to be cleaned as I have been here for 7 years and never had the ducts cleaned. Very professional!

The cleaning went great. Before SuperNoVA cleaned my HVAC ducts, I would cough anytime the system fan came on. Now that the system is clean, no more coughing! The 2 technicians were helpful, and did the work neatly. They pushed several extra services pretty hard (for more than double the money) but were polite when I declined.

Moti and the other gentleman with him (didn't catch his name) were excellent to work with. Our ducts did not to appear to have been cleaned since the house was built 50+ years ago and they did a great job despite the challenges they were presented.
