Roy and Julius arrived within the window of time that they promised. They pulled out the birds nest and other debris quickly and applied a screen to the dryer vent. I didn't time them but they got the job done in less than an hour. I've used them at both my condo and at my house to clean the vents. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Moti and Lucius were excellent. Very customer service oriented. I will use them every time and recommend to my neighbors and friends.

Great service. Moti and Roy showed up promptly as promised. They explained everything that was being done. They were sensitive to my pet and wore booties to keep my house clean. After scheduling, I had a question and the office got back to me quickly. They arranged for my service to happen first thing in the morning so I could make another appointment. So glad I chose Super Nova!

Moti and Royi were friendly and professional for the entire job, and obviously knowledgeable about AC/Heating systems. They called prior to coming to the house, and arrived on time. Shoes were covered to prevent tracking dirt, plastic was placed under the large vacuum. They took their time, communicated with us through the entire process, and showed us what they were doing the entire time. They aren't one of these "fly-by-night" outfits that charges a low price then tries to upsell you for 'repairs' you don't need - they charge a fair price for the work, quote it up front, and that's the price. I also liked knowing that they were local; most the workmen that clean vents around here are from other areas of the country and wont be around next week. If you need vents cleaned, and want it done right, these guys do a great job.

Boy were we glad we did it! The previous homeowners had clearly not had the service done in a few years. We were very lucky we had the service done soon - the dryer vent was completely clogged and a tremendous fire hazard. The best part of the service is the before and after pictures and videos. It really gives you a feel for the level of cleaning performed.

Went great. They came when they said they will come. It was not a whole day window of time that I had to stay at home, so that was good. They were respectful and courteous of our home and you felt that you were dealing with honest straight forward folks. i would highly recommend them to others.

Supernova team arrived on time as scheduled. I got clear instructions on what to expect of overall. They provided sametime video of the furnace which had improper duct installation. They followed up with professional advice on how to remedy the problem.. Thanks to Moti and Roy my indoor air went from stale and dingy to fresh and clean.

It went very well. They wore shoe covers and were careful moving the equipment around the house to keep the floors clean and scratch-free. They showed "before" and "after" photos of our HVAC unit, as well as a video "during" the cleaning process.

I must tell you what a great team and job "Super NoVA Air Duct Cleaning" are, easy to work with and great prices. they took the time to explain all the details of the job, they did a super job at home and work they cleaned all the Air ducts, vents and changed the filters that needed to be replaced and they cleared the dryer vent as well. they left the house spotlessly clean. would definitely use them again. Moti was very professional and explained the whole process to me in plain English. He then offered the different levels of service, and the job was executed to the quality and professionalism I expected. The service was excellent and the price was very affordable. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

Roy and Moti showed up on time and were professional from the start. I had them out as part of the end of my rental agreement at a SFH in Falls Church. I don't think I've met a friendlier service provider no matter what service they were providing. Not only were they a couple of the nicest guys I've met, but they were also very knowledgeable and took time to explain to whole process to me. I had a lot of questions considering this was the first time I've had air ducts cleaned (long time renter) and they took time and never seemed bothered by interruptions. I plan on having them out to my new home in Arlington as soon as I get settled in.
