Supernova Air Duct Cleaning did a great job. They were clean in my house and they did a great job.

Julius, the tech, was awesome. He explained everything and even took before and after pictures. The before was so dirty I have horrible guilt for not cleaning them sooner. The after was so clean I thought it was an altered photo!! The job he did was incredible. Also, he was on time, arrived as scheduled, cleaned up everything after himself, was polite, professional. A+ service!!

The young man who came was punctual and extremely polite. He explained the process, and was very specific about what he was going to do. He completed the work in a timely fashion and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company!

Used the Angies List SuperNoVa Air Duct Cleaning Special (Cleaning, Deodorizer, and Sanitizer with Unlimited Vents) for $255. Roy, the technician, came out on a Sunday and fully explained all services being conducted before, during, and after the process. Our home was built in 1955 and it was the first time we had used such services after being the owner since 2000. We added the bacteria solution to our vent cleaning service. In addition we added their dryer cleaning service (which we were glad we did)! While cleaning the dryer vents, Roy discovered a bird nest and noticed that the lint vent was not properly installed from inside of the dryer to the exterior of the dryer. So, majority of the lint was collecting within the dryer! I told him that personnel from a "well known" company had just "repaired" our dryer because it was not working and did not inform us that the lint line was not properly installed. Also, the build up of lint could definitely cause a fire! Thanks to Roy, we will definitely use SuperNoVa Air Duct Cleaning services in the future! Highly recommend! AAA++++ SERVICE!

The cleaning went very well. The technician arrived on time and was very courteous and performed the work in a professional manner. He also gave suggestions on how we can keep our dryer vents clean. No extra charges were added on once the technician inspected the dryer vent. I would hire again next year.

It went well. At each step of the process, he offered another product at an additional cost that was not included in the original purchase. I would have preferred a print out of those "options" at the beginning.

He showed pictures before and after and I could not have been more satisfied, I bought an add on option to disinfect and sanitize - he explained the difference and I bought the option to disinfect. Great. Julius had communication about arrival time, how long job would take, and did a good job. Julius was good at showing what what he was working on and explaining why. He left the site clean and offered additional cleaning services but wasn't pushy. I elected to do an upgrade off the original price and I'm happy I did.

This is a story of customer service at its best. I was under a deadline to meet our condo's requirements for dryer vent cleaning. SuperNova came on time but the instructions I had left in the details on Angie's List wasn't communicated 'to them and they were not properly equipped to carry out the job. Despite its not being their fault, they told me that my satisfaction was more important than anyone being wrong or right. They came back after their regular hours, with the proper equipment and a smile, and did the job. And they gave me a coupon for another cleaning in the future. Astounding!

It was a very good experience. Moti could not have been nicer. In addition to cleaning the vents, he showed me a brush to use to clean lint out from beneath the lint screen to help keep it from building up. Will definitely use them again.

I paid way too much! I was told that the deal I purchased would not do the job since it had been 20 years since the vents had been cleaned. The representative of SuperNoVA Air Duct Cleaning said what I paid for would not work AND he could not clean the vents for that price! After the whole thing was done, I definitely felt like I had been the victim of a bait and switch! I paid over $650 for two hours work!! It was definitely on me; I should have just said no; but it was so hard to get a day when I could be home from work to get this done that I caved. They did do a sanitizing of the system, but after pricing similar work after the fact, I discovered that I had paid more than $250 over the highest priced clean and sanitize estimate I received afterwards. I should have said no and asked for my money back!

Roy and Howard were excellent! I ended up needing to upgrade the package I purchased because a deeper clean was necessary. He showed us the amount of dirt and dust in the ducts, so I believe him. Very personable and added bonus that they take Sunday appointments.

Roy and Moti were wonderful! They did an excellent job cleaning our entire air duct system for the house. We needed an overhaul on our home due to prior owners neglecting the air filters Long term. We also realized that the cleaning was necessary considering the possibility that the air quality in our house could be potentially exasperating my health issues so we decided after discussing the initial assessment that we needed the deep cleaning that included the solution. Our house by the way smells amazing now. I say this keeping in mind that our house is already extremely clean to begin with that I immediately noticed a big improvement in air quality. They were also very pleasant and personable during conversation. They were extremely considerate of our home upon entering and leaving by putting booties on their shoes to avoid bringing in dirt and cleaning up after themselves after they finished the job. I would highly recommend their service due to the honesty and integrity we received.
