Description of Work: Steadfast removed an existing deck and replaced it with a new one. The project was completed before the estimated time (despite some challenging weather conditions) and on budget. The crew was extremely nice to work with and answered all our questions and concerns completely and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Steadfast Construction.

Description of Work: I paid $50.00 for drawings. On inquiry I was told the drawings were not acceptable to get a permit and were the same as the computer drawings that I already received from an earlier estimate. | |I was told that I would get a refund but the charge was not credited back to my account. |

Description of Work: Built an airway and retaining wall last Fall. This Spring the deck and veranda were completed. The project went well once permits were secured. We had set backs with the sequencing of the events. Once we were all on the same page the projects went smoothly. The crews were professional and did a great job.

Description of Work: This purchase was for a consultation, proposal, and "professional CAD drawing drawing/footprint with relevant pictures pertaining to your project". The result was a timely first meeting to discuss the project and a quote with poor quality computer-generated drawings that lacked sufficient detail to demonstrate what would be built. The quote that was provided also didn't contain enough specifics to help justify their project cost. To help me understand the costs within the quote, I attempted to ask for additional details to determine exactly what was going to be constructed. These questions seemed to cause them to become defensive and when I was able to get answers, they weren't very clear. Ultimately we gave up and went with other builders that were more willing to work with us and weren't reluctant to document explicit details about the project prior to signing a contract. | |The service provided for this purchase was nothing more than a quote which is what I got from various other builders for free. Had it been an actual design with architectural-style drawings, it may have been worth paying for.

Description of Work: We received an estimate and rendition for the addition of a deck at the rear of the house. Miguel was very polite and went over our ideas and made several helpful suggestions. He then sent a diagram of the deck and we discussed some changes. We eventually hired Steadfast to construct our deck and it was completed in November of 2015. The deck is beautiful and the work crew was very good and the work was done within 4 weeks of the start of the project.

Description of Work: Steadfast built a screen porch with Weather Master Windows and a new deck for us. We are very pleased with the job and are enjoying use of the porch even during the colder weather. Josh was great to work with even when we made last minute changes to the original plans. Luis did a great job supervising the crew and was very patient with us when we made the unplanned changes (upgrade). Very pleased with the quality of the work even though the floor will need to be completed once the weather turns warmer. I would definitely recommend Steadfast and can't wait to entertain family and friends on our new porch.

Description of Work: Built a very large deck for us. We had Miguel come out several times as we tried to make up our mind between pavers or decking - and between various deck options. He was always patient and supportive. We're very happy with the process and the results.

Description of Work: Steadfast Construction put an enclosed back porch on our house. The entire experience from the initial meeting to the close of the project was problem free. Everyone was very professional. In using Steadfast, we sacrificed speed to get quality. Our lead carpenter, Nelson, was very meticulous in his work and took his time to ensure the job was done right. He did a superb job. We couldn't be happier with how the porch turned out.

Description of Work: Initial meeting was ok. We were promised a patio design, a concept drawing based on our discussion. It was extremely difficult to get the design from them (requiring many phone calls, reminders,etc.over a long period of time. When it finally did arrive, it was a miniature graphic that only vaguely represented the concept discussion. They did not seem at all interested in the job.

Description of Work: they were absolutely professional and careful, and I would use them again. Unfortunately they were however able to perform the services I needed. And they were honest about this.
