Response from Steadfast Construction Inc
Dear Sir, As you are aware, our staff at Steadfast has worked with you on creating and providing multiple proposals over the past few years...none of which has resulted in your taking action to perform the work. On two occasions I have spent time with you reviewing ideas that you brought to us, all the while strongly suspecting that there was truly no intention of your moving forward with the projects. You have boldly entered our offices with your 120-pound German shepherd without the decency to ask if it was ok with us. None of this has resulted in Steadfast refusing to continue to put time and money in supplying proposals for your review—again, all the while feeling that you had no intention of moving forward on the projects. One of my best design Design-Consultants, Miguel, asked if he could be relieved of any responsibility in working with you because he would supply multiple proposals and 3D renderings, only to have you make more changes and ultimately not move forward. We are happy to work with clients in providing proposals and 3D renderings (often on multiple ideas) when there is a common goal in eventually the client building the project (whether with us or any competitor). However, unlike any prior client, we came to realize that after years of working with you on multiple projects for multiple years and multiple houses with NO worked performed…it was fruitless to continue. And though that alone would have in all likelihood been enough to suggest you contact Angie's List for a full refund of your $49 dollars, the project you had presented to us under the terms of this offer did not lend itself well your purchase of a 3D rendering. We DID advise you of this and suggested you simply contact Angie's List for a Full refund (Angie's List, not Steadfast, receives the $49 you spent). We're sorry that you feel Steadfast let you down after all we’ve done to provide excellent service; however, if you simply reach out to Angie's List, they will certainly refund the money. Best, Jack
