No work was performed, as Steadfast failed to provide a quote for my project. I was excited to discuss my proposed deck renovation with them, based on the many positive reviews I read on Angie's List and their very professional process of scheduling an estimate with me. However, on the date of the appointment, the salesperson failed to show. He called me shortly after we were scheduled to meet to let me know he'd been unexpectedly delayed. These things happen and certainly can be overcome, especially as he assured me he'd call me back later in the day to reschedule. However, he never called back. Two days later, I called the office to inform them of the issue and request they send someone else to estimate the job. They asked for the opportunity to see if they could dispatch someone that same day (a prospect that would have been very satisfactory, as I was available) or, failing that, to make another appointment for later in the week. Again, I was promised a callback that never came. In short, it would seem that my business was not wanted by Steadfast, which is surprising in a market with a great deal of consumer choice. Perhaps it's for the best, however, as I have often seen reliability in the bidding stage of a project portend how the job itself will go. I only wish they had not wasted my time and caused me to arrange my schedule around an appointment they could not manage to keep. UPDATE(02/25/2020):After my initial review, Steadfast's general manager reached out directly to me in order ensure his company was providing the quality service many of the other reviews here reflect. He went above and beyond to ensure his team followed-up with me in an effort to earn my business. I'm very impressed anytime a service provider seeks to overcome an initial failure, and certainly that was the case here. I'd say that speaks volumes about the character of the company and its leadership. I appreciated the professional quote Steadfast ultimately provided and will provide a further review if I choose them to complete my project. UPDATE (04/08/2020):After further discussion with the Steadfast team, I was confident they had the right approach and mindset to complete my project; so I chose to hire them over the other companies I was evaluating. Now that my deck restoration is complete, I’ve very glad I did, as their builders were skillful, conscientious, and did a terrific job. I’m very pleased with the finished result and the composite products they installed. In particular, their install lead, Nelson, was very receptive to my requests and went above and beyond to make sure the work was to my satisfaction. Despite some missteps during the initial quote phase, I appreciate how Steadfast pursued my business and ultimately delivered the job I needed at the right price. I certainly recommend them to you.

The whole experience with Steadfast was wonderful - from the initial consult with Jeff, engineering design discussions with Jack, execution of the concept with builders Mirko and Jose, and electrical work with Mike. The end result is beautiful and the price was excellent for the product delivered. From design changes to recommendations, Steadfast clearly puts the client first with the end goal customer satisfaction. Mirko and Jose work magic. What we envisioned at the start was out done due to Mirko and Jose's recommendations, attention to detail, and desire to blend the addition into the existing house and lot. We are so pleased with the sunroom we can't recall what our house was like before we hired Steadfast - we use it for everything. We would definitely use Steadfast again for future projects and already have recommended Steadfast to friends for their projects. Thank you Steadfast for a wonderful experience!

We hired Steadfast based on the experience of a friend. Their bid was competitive, and they were quick to adjust to any changes we requested. We appreciated that once work began, the team stayed with our project until the very end (as opposed to some builders that come and go across projects and thus don't show up for days or weeks at a time). This kept the project moving along quickly. They were also responsive to design changes and to resolving any final fixes. While there are always some things you'd do differently with a project, and some attention to detail that as an owner you may have more than the project team, we are very happy with our decision to hire Steadfast--and to finally have a nice porch and deck to enjoy!

What does it mean to be a customer of Steadfast Construction? It means incredible service, responsiveness, going above and beyond, and expert professionals. I can't say enough about Jack, Omar, Rene, and Hector, who responded to our request for additional work and came back and helped us out, even thought it was work outside the scope of our original project (see earlier review from February 2019). After completing our exterior deck project, we noticed some other work that needed to be done several months later and Jack and Omar were amazing and organized it all for us. Rene and Hector completed the work, which looks great. We are grateful for what everyone did for us and we love working with Steadfast! THANK YOU!

The initial work performed was good. The workers were very professional and courteous. If you had asked me six months ago to give Steadfast a review, I would have given them five stars. However, over the winter, some of the the balusters they installed came lose. After two months of e-mailing and trying to call them, they still haven't gotten back to me to even look at the problem. Their work order stated that labor was guaranteed for two years and materials for life. The guarantee is no good if they won't perform the warranty work. In short, once you've made your payments to Steadfast, don't look for any further support. UPDATE: Steadfast completed the repairs on 7/3/19. I spoke with Jack numerous times after the initial review. He was extremely polite and professional in our interactions. It was obvious that he cared that the repair be performed. Therefore, I would update the review from a two to three. It would be a higher review had it not taken so long to get the repair performed. Based on my latest interactions with the company I would use them again.

We would love to have avoided the delay in the repair. There is no excuse. Steadfast simply dropped the ball here. We learn from our mistakes and make corrections to avoid repeating poor behaviors and actions. Though we've been in business 25 years, we're still not too old to learn from our mistakes. Our sincerest apologies to this client. Best, Jack P GM
Miguel came to our house as one of 5 estimates I collected for this project--by far the person I was most comfortable with based on his knowledge of the process and ability to answer my questions about drainage, materials, timeline, etc. Steadfast's pricing was also very competitive compared to the other estimates I was given (in some cases, $2-5k less)--and their ability to schedule my project resulted in less of a wait than some others. Miguel came by the day before the project began with the project manager Joel, to mark the yard and make sure we had all details worked out--I adjusted several small details of the project and wanted to address where digging would take place to preserve tree roots. Each of my changes were made, and my concerns addressed. Joel and his team arrived promptly each day of work, and worked HARD. The project was complete in less time than predicted, and the the product is just beautiful! A flag stone patio and resurfaced stairs that we will enjoy for years to come. Omar at the office was responsive and communicated billing and scheduling clearly. Overall, we are extremely pleased and would use Steadfast again in the future!

Steadfast Construction did an amazing job converting my back deck into a wonderful screened-in porch that we can now use more often. The sun really hits that area hard, so now that it's covered, we can actually enjoy this extra space. They were prompt, answered ALL of my questions (I had a lot) and completed the project on time as discussed. Couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Convert deck to screened-in porch
My husband and I hired Steadfast Construction on the advice of our neighbors, who had a stellar experience with them when they hired Steadfast to build their deck, screened in porch, and patio. Based on how beautiful their construction project turned out, it was an easy decision for us. After reviewing three bids, just to be sure, Steadfast came out on top in terms of quality promised and delivered, design and construction expertise, proven track record, excellent customer service reviews, and, of course, value for the price. Our experience with Steadfast was equally as outstanding as our neighbors, and we now have a beautiful new deck, patio, and a shed. And, at every step in the process, Steadfast went above and beyond to ensure that the work was completed on time (except when the weather intervened - and they called us to explain the weather delay and the conditions that would allow them to resume work), to our satisfaction (to include hand picking the deck and railing in coordination with us over the phone and at no extra cost), and within our budget (explaining every item and at every step so there were no surprises). The invoicing was pristine, they handled all the permits and inspections, and worked with us on the design, even when we asked for something to be changed, such as building a fence, redoing our walkway, and having no middle posts so we had more open space under the deck to clean our kayaks and bikes. Everything is beautiful, functional, and solid. Everyone we worked with at and through Steadfast was fantastic--friendly, expert, thoughtful, and thorough. And, to top it off - their work is guaranteed for two years. We would highly recommend Steadfast.

I highly recommend that anyone considering hiring Steadfast for any project look elsewhere. They are extremely unprofessional and do not understand how to treat customers. Their deck work has been good in my experience however their fence work is poor. They also do not pay attention to details and appear to lack the ability to accurately plan and schedule projects. I met with Nick (Nkosi) Brown from Steadfast Construction on Saturday October 27th 2018 to obtain an estimate to add a 4ft high front and rear picket fence with a mount vernon dip, lattice enclosure under the existing deck, a lattice privacy screen on one side of the deck facing the wells fargo bank and to add one step to the bottom of my existing front steps. I provided Mr. Brown with a Sketch of my property with the approximate location of where the fence with 3 gates should be placed. I did not have a plat of my property at the time because I had not yet closed on the property. The sketch shows that the correct placement of the front fence was to be in front of the house between the front porch and the large tree. I had obtained a couple of other estimates from other Fence contractors and one of them mentioned that Arlington County only allows 3 foot high fences in front yards. I told him that I was looking for a traditional 4 foot high fence and would accept a 3 foot high fence if the county mandated it however I preferred for it to all be 4 feet high. I mentioned this to Nick and asked him to check with the county to see if this was true or not. I received the estimate from Mr. Brown on Wednesday October 31st. When I received the estimate I was only looking at price and after reviewing the estimate, I decided to hire Steadfast. I had deck work completed by Steadfast twice in the past and was pleased that their estimate came in under the others I had received however I failed to look at the estimated project completion dates before sending the signed contract. I emailed Mr. Brown on November 1st asking about project completion dates and never received a response. I also asked again when I emailed the signed contract back to Mr. Brown on November 2nd and he failed to respond in writing. Shortly after sending the signed contract Mr. Brown called me for my credit card number to charge the deposit of $1500. At this point I had noticed that the start date per the contract wasn’t until 12/21 which was a high concern for me. I was set to close on my home on November 9th and wanted the fence to be started as soon as possible because I have two small dogs and wanted the fence to for them to be able to play safely in the yard. My daughter also has Generalized Anxiety Disorder and the safety of our Dogs is a high stressor for her. The front fence was of the most importance because one of her fears is that the dogs will run out the front door and a front fence would help to protect them. Mr. Brown said that he thought that it would be no problem to complete the fence portion of the work earlier and assured me over the phone that he would check on it for me. He never followed up with me on timing. I had initiated several conversations with Mr. Brown as well as Mr. Jack Prins, one of the owners, about timing of the project and stressed the importance of the fence completion as soon as possible during the following weeks between my closing on November 9th and December 5th when the work was started. I even asked Nick if the fence portion could be canceled so that I could hire someone who could complete the job faster and just have me wait for them to complete the deck work and he never responded. I ended up speaking more with Jack who assured me that he would get me scheduled as soon as they had another project in Arlington. I was told that my fence would be a side project to a larger job in Arlington. Nick notified me late in the week ending November 30th that the fence work was to be started the next week on Monday December 3rd. I was very happy that they were finally going to start work however the timing was poor because I was scheduled to be at a work training class all week for 8+ hours each day. Thus, I was not home that Monday when they started work. Prior to the work starting I realized that they had never asked for a copy of my plot. I immediately sent nick a text with a picture of the plot. This was this first red flag and I should have been more concerned however I was too busy with work and home activities as well as settling into my house to be able to think clearly. When I returned home in the evening after the first day of work, I found that the fence had been placed in my neighbor’s yard to the left of my side property line and the front border was flush with the sidewalk which was incorrect. I immediately texted Nick to inform him of the errors and he asked me if I was sure, which I was and I responded right away saying that I was sure. I didn’t hear anything more from him that night. The next day I called and spoke with him and he assured me that they would correct the error. At this point I realized that they had failed to obtain a permit for the fence (Arlington County requires them) or pull a building permit for the deck work. I also realized that they had failed to contact Miss Utility. I didn’t hear anything back from Nick that evening and had to step out of my training class the next day to speak with him over the phone. I also believe I spoke with Jack that day. Steadfast agreed to move the fence to the correct property line and I reluctantly agreed to let them leave the front section where it was even though it was located in the wrong place. I also expressed my concern about the lack of fence permit because all of the errors prompted me to start to look into things. I discovered that Arlington County does require permits, which steadfast failed to obtain or advise me to obtain. I also discovered that Arlington County does allow fences higher than 3 feet in front yards. The requirement that the other contractor had sited was specific for front yards of corner lots which require the maximum height to be 3 feet for visibility purposes. It was at this point in time where I realized that Nick never contacted the county to ask about the 3ft vs 4ft requirement and never did the due diligence that I had asked him to do and he had agreed to do. There was also an issue with the gates that were installed. They constructed gates that did not match the style of the fence and looked plain awful. All of this spurred additional conversations with Nick, Jack and also Kenny Krogman, the other Owner and was the point where I realized that the Owners of Steadfast Construction are incredibly rude, unprofessional and seriously lacking when it comes to customer service. Kenny Krogman was the most unprofessional of all of them. I remember being interrupted while trying to describe my concerns and the events that led up to them. I was told that I was a terrible customer and that they were shocked that I was a prior customer. I was also told that I was a liar and they threatened to go to my house and take out the poorly constructed fence in my yard as well as all of the porch and deck work. All in all I missed approximately 4 hours of my training class trying to work all of this out with these guys and that was just the beginning. Later in the week we finally came to an agreement where they would take out the 3 foot high fence and replace it with a 4 foot high fence and correct the gates. This work took place the following week with a different crew/carpenter. After that work was completed on December 9th a walk through was conducted with me and Nick where I explained to him my additional concerns. I had made it clear that I wanted the gates to open in and one of the three was opening the opposite direction. In addition to that, there were huge openings at each gate base due to the grade of my yard. I also noticed that there were some sections that were already wobbly and the fence was just installed and that the sections were constructed inconsistently from each other, i.e. some sections had boards flush with the posts others did not. Nick said he would see what he could do and the next thing I knew they had given my information to their warranty guy who contacted me soon after. I met with him and showed him the issues. He did some work and then hurt his back. The entire situation had been completely exhausting between all of the errors, conversations, and poor customer service so I just let it go and focused my energy on taking care of everything else I have on my plate. They eventually came back to complete the work and again there were more errors. I sent Nick pictures and the warranty guy came back and made some adjustments leaving behind a huge mess of nails in my driveway. Nick had asked to have a final walkthrough the following Saturday and had stated that he wanted me to hand over a check right away. He also said he would send a final invoice and all that I received was a summary of line items embedded in an email. This was the project from **** for me. When I started out all I wanted was a fence to keep my dogs safe and my daughter happy and I am left with an ugly, poorly constructed fence and each time I look at it I am reminded of the hellish process getting here. What makes it even worse is that I can’t even let my dogs in the backyard because there is a gap between the section of fence that Steadfast built and the pre-existing fence on that side of the house. I wish that Steadfast would have taken me up on canceling the contract so that I could hire a professional fence company to do the job. I have not made the final payment to date and told Kenny via text that I would like a professional invoice to be sent to me in the mail so that I can review it. I am not convinced of the accuracy of what I have received to date nor do I think that they are entitled to the full amount because of all the errors and problems and the poor customer service and bulling behavior they subjected me to throughout this process.

We had our front porch re-decked in October, 2017. They demolished the 40’ x 6’ decking, and replaced it. They also installed PVC trim on the band-board. They gave us a 1-year labor warranty, and lifetime or 25-year material warranty. We were very pleased with their work, especially because they wouldn’t install the new decking after the demolition until the supervisor had checked the framing for rot, even though I had inspected it and told them to go ahead. They discovered an area that had rotted and needed to be replaced before they would proceed. I wouldn’t have known about this defect until it failed later. Since that time, we have requested that they come back 3 times for fixes. 1) 11/2017, they added some caulk in a small area next to the decking near the front door, because it had been overlooked. 2) 10/2018, there was a cut in the siding on one corner, at the bottom, where the previous decking had been, and after the new decking was installed, that small area looked unfinished. They came and added some trim to neaten up the appearance and now I’m pleased with the way it looks. 3) 10/2018, the PVC trim on the band-board was sticking up a little bit higher the decking, as the decking had settled, which is normal. It was beginning to present a trip hazard. They came and trimmed down the PVC and added corner trim to make it look good and no longer be a trip hazard. It took about half a day to complete. Because they backed up their warranty for no additional charge, and our porch still looks fantastic after a year, we continue to be pleased with our decision to select Steadfast Construction.

My husband and I could not be more thrilled about the new deck on our home. Steadfast has some of the best contractors I have seen in quite some time. They truly care about what they build. Our crew went above and beyond making sure my husband and I were happy. From the quality of materials used, to the visual appearance and the craftsmanship put into our deck we have no doubt it will last and look amazing for years to come. Unfortunately, the following was filed with the BBB. Facts of our Project: • We want to point out that Mirko & Jose (carpenters) did an amazing job. They are both extremely professional and produce a high-quality product when they are onsite. • Work order was executed on July 31, 2017 for a $100K+ Screened Porch with a start date of 9-10 weeks from execution and a project completion date of 3-4 Weeks. • Work began on October 30, 2017 • Last Draft of $6000 was requested on January 13, 2018 when the project was still not completed. • We agreed to pay 50% of final draft ($3,000) on January 14, 2018 and hold back the other $3,000 until porch was stained (weather permitting), barn doors fixed, and fireplace/roofing stopped leaking. • Steadfast was informed in writing of the fireplace/roof leaking on January 12th, January 28th, February 13th, March 5th, June 21st, and August 9th • Steadfast was informed in writing of the custom barn doors (3) not working properly on January 12th, April 11th, June 21st, and August 9th • Mirko (the lead Carpenter) reached out through text on Wednesday April 11th at roughly 2pm to schedule staining the porch floor on Thursday April 12th. We had to ask them to reschedule since the floor needs 48 hours to dry and we were already hosting an event that weekend, which would utilize the porch. • After not hearing anything from Steadfast for over two +months we finally reached out on June 25th to find out when we would be scheduled to get our floor stained, fireplace/roof fixed so it’s not leaking, and the barn doors in working condition. • This was the response we received from Steadfast on June 25th “We've got Santo's and Mirko now booked solid the next month plus. As soon as their available, we'll reach out.” and “Mirko is now on a $178,000 project in Great Falls that must be completed by 07/24 and Santos is now 2 weeks behind, on a month's worth of projects that already had been scheduled, due to the rain. As stated, as soon as one is available, we'll schedule you.” and “UPDATE: As of this time Mirko may be available early August...weather permitting.” • We are not sure how these projects have anything to do with or impact our project which began on October 30th of 2017. • After receiving these responses on June 25th we have patiently waited for Steadfast to reach back out, hoping for the best. • Since we haven’t heard anything since June 25th while constantly checking our junk/spam folders just in case, we reached back out to Steadfast on August 9th, 10th, and 11th with no response from either Owner (Jack/Ken), the general office email, nor the Project Manager (Mirko). • This project was expected per the Work Order to be 3-4 weeks. It wasn’t, things run over, and Change Orders occur, we are completely fine and expected as much schedule wise. What we didn’t expect was for work to wrap up January 13th and for them to walk away from a project with a roof that leaks, barn doors that don’t work, and a floor unstained. This is exactly why we were hesitant to pay 50% of the last draft but did so in good faith. DESIRED OUTCOME/RESOLUTION: Steadfast stain our floor, fix the barn doors so they are in working condition, and repair the leaking roof/fireplace as contracted on July 31, 2017. The fact that we’ve had a roof leaking for 7 months with little to no concern is perplexing.

We agree with this client as to the craftsmanship and professionalism of Mirko and Jose. All of our builders and Forman are brought up from within our ranks leading to an overall quality that has made us #1. As to the the other claims, we were shocked by this clients hyperbole and false statements. Steadfast is far from perfect, and we can at times run behind schedule due to weather, inspections and other unforeseen conditions. However, to read this (especially when taken with all the positive reviews) one can recognize that there are clients who may never be satisfied. Unfortunately, after our top crew was humiliatingly filmed and audio recorded starting from the first day, after the client complained about a patio that was as close to perfect as flagstone gets, after we were delayed by constant contract changes, after we were continuously badgered about the clients camera revealing no work at times until 9:30 am because the crew was picking up materials for the job and after the client refused to let us seal the deck - not due to rain as he claims (we've be doing this for 23 years), but simply because - as he stated... "not this weekend". At this point, we chose to forfeit the $3,000 remaining (with less than $500 worth of work to complete) and simply go our separate ways. Last, we'd like to point out one last interesting item. This client posted a photo (not surprisingly) of the fireplace looking warped and leaning. The photo has obviously been shot or shopped to appear this way. We would never have been able to receive an Arlington County Final Inspection otherwise.

They did a very nice job. When there was some repair work that was needed to be done, they came out and did the job for me and did not charge me. It looks just like the rest of the house and does not look like it was added on. I am very pleased with how it ended up and everyone who comes over loves it as well. I would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: They built a new deck and extended it across the house. They also built a sun room that I can use year round as well.

Thank you for the words of encouragement. As you know we have worked with you on a few projects, including but not limited to a new Sunroom. Mirko, your foreman, stills speaks fondly of you as a wonderful client. The photos we took of the room are often used in our proposals to other clients.... the window to wall space was perfectly balanced. Your comments here carry the weight of 5 referrals, so again..Thank you from all of us at Steadfast. Best, Jack GM/VP

It did not go at all. Apparently my project was not lucrative enough for Steadfast Construction so they refused to provide an estimate. Why are they advertising on Angie's list if they don't want the work?

Though we do not believe we we're ever scheduled to meet with this prospect (she is not showing up in our database) we understand there are projects that some good folks seek our services. However, as a midsize family builder (that prides itself on doing a limited type of work, but doing it well) we must turn away some projects. If this was a project that could have fit within the scope of our work, we would have certainly tried. Unfortunately this is not always the case.

They came out and very patiently explained the options for replacing the decking on our gront porch. It took a long time to get on their schedule after we signed the proposal (3 months), and I could probably have gotten someone else to do this cheaper. However, they were extremely professional and competent and I'm glad I hired them. For instance, after they removed the existing decking I wanted them to blow away the leaves, dirt and mulch that the landscapers had packed under there over the years. They shoveled it out, getting much more out than I expected. I also wanted to inspect the existing framing after the old boards were removed to be sure it was sound, and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. However, when the manager came and inspected before they put the new decking on, he found some rotted wood that they replaced before proceeding, rather than just covering up for us to discover a few years down the road. They didn't even charge us extra for the unexpected work. The back steps had to be very carefully measured and trimmed, and they were able to save the existing wood so that it still matches the rest of the deck.
Description of Work: Replaced decking on front porch. Enclosed area under porch. Leveled deck steps that had been raised out of alignment by large tree roots.

Steadfast is clearly very experienced and pays attention to detail. Initially, I wasn't impressed with the responsiveness, but that improved very quickly to the point where it wasn't an issue ever again. While I still give an A rating overall, my only complaint would be with the handling of the zoning approval. There were a few issues, and I had to get involved to resolve them in a timely manner. I do feel like the company should have been able to handle this without my needing to get involved, but honestly, this was a minor hiccup and everything else more than made up for it. The quality of the construction is great, communication was great, value seems good (though I didn't price this around too much after reading rave reviews about this company), and we're very happy with the finished product. I would absolutely recommend this company if you are looking for a great, quality deck builder!

Steadfast built a great screened-in porch with an adjoining grill deck. The lead carpenter, Franklin, was a careful, disciplined worker who took care to check his team's work as he went along. Franklin took the initiative to suggest replacing the railing with a bench, greatly opening up the yard. As a result, we had no punch list at the end! That's a first for us. Steadfast also kept a clean worksite and left us each day with tools and materials put away. The results are wonderful. We only wish we had built this years ago. On top of that, many neighbors have stopped by and complimented us on the nice job done by Steadfast. We would highly recommend Steadfast to anyone looking to build a porch or deck.
Description of Work: Our 30-year old deck needed replacement. We contacted several contractors and discussed options ranging from a straight deck replacement to the construction of a screened-in porch. Mike from Steadfast was very helpful in comparing the choices and reaching a great solution. He showed us many examples of previous work to help us choose. I each case he provided exact pricing.

Bought a 'Big Deal' at the end of April and it took until August to get the work actually done. It ended up being a confusing deal that Angie's List posted. After getting an estimate from Jeff and the confusion worked out with phone calls. It still took numerous unreturned calls and messages to get it scheduled. Fortunately the actual crew did a great job and we're happy with the deck. I didn't see them, but my mother said they were very nice and professional. The front end process (scheduling, estimate, etc.) would be an 'F' and the actual construction and final product an 'A'. So it balanced out to a 'C'. I'm sure it was a small job for them.

Patio and Deck turned out great. The Steadfast team (Miguel, Grover (deck), Joel (patio)) did great work and I would hire them again. They were not my cheapest estimate but I chose to go with Steadfast. Miguel didn't try to sell me the highest priced solution but what was right for my house. I really appreciated how they worked with my wife and I to arrive at the deck and patio that worked within our budget and looks of our house. Grover built our deck within two days and it turned out great. Joel and team did a great job installing a patio in a yard with a severe slope. I'd recommend Steadfast for anyone who wants solid work at a reasonable price.

My new 12' x 17' screened porch came out even better than I had envisioned. Miguel was great at making suggestions, steering me through the various options, and managing the project and Rudy, the builder, is a true craftsman. You can see Rudy's tremendous attention to detail when you take a close look at his work. Plus, he's a really nice and friendly guy and he obviously loves what he's doing. All my friends that have seen the new porch are very impressed and several have contacted Steadfast for their own projects, based on seeing mine. The price was reasonable but, what really separated Steadfast from the other companies was their professionalism. They were very responsive to all my questions/concerns and the photo galleries of completed projects on their website is really impressive. I could tell that this wasn't going to be their first rodeo. Highly recommended!
