I had no problem contacting Craig and arranging appointments both for the initial estimate and completion of the work. His estimate was clear and complete. He was neat and efficient in doing his work and communicated about additional work that was required before doing that work.

Craig was prompt, completed all work agreed to, and did an excellent job in patching where holes were necessary.

I called Craig and he came in and he ran the line from the junction box in the basement to the kitchen on the next floor up. As I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel, he said it would best if he were to come back and finish up the work after the cabinets went in. He came in the next day after the cabinets were installed and the work he did looks great! All in all Staples Electric did great work and is very easy to talk to. I highly recommend them!

Eric is one of the finest young men we have ever dealt with! His father died during the time he was supposed to start our work and he called from New York to let us know that he would need to reschedule. He did not charge us for his time to go to Home Depot to retrieve a part, and did not charge us for the part as well. He is the kind of young man that everyone would like to have in their home! A++++

Started shaky when he missed the initial appointment, but the work was done well at a fair cost and that is what really counts.

Craig Staples is great to work with. He is totally on top of things. I was very impressed with how proactively Craig communicates. The work he did this time was not a big challenge, but he clearly takes pride in what he does. Also, on one of the jobs he estimated, he suggested a couple of other options that he thought might be better, and that did not involve his electrical services. That takes integrity. He's also an extremely nice guy. No hesitation in recommending his services. We'll work with him again, for sure.

Craig arrived promptly at the scheduled time. He first installed the bathroom fixture. He thoroughly cleaned up the area after the installation. The fixture has a mirrored backing...not a fingerprint was to be seen. Next, he started on the outside fixtures and found the code problem (lack of electrical boxes). He scheduled a return visit and completed the other installations. He cleaned up after each installation. Craig is very professional and helpful, and his rates are very reasonable. Most importantly, he is extremely proficient. I highly recommend Craig Staples to anyone who needs an electrician.

Outstanding! I called Craig Staples the day before he was leaving on a family vacation. We scheduled the job for the day after he returned a week later. Craig called me the night before (the same day he returned from vacation) to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, discussed alternatives with me, completed the work, explained what he did, tested the circuit and cleaned up in less than an hour.

Craig promptly responded to initial call and accommodated us the next day, even though it was a busy Saturday. He arrived on time, was polite, friendly and his rates were great. We'll definitely call him again!

Craig arrived at 4pm (the exact time specified). While I wanted the switches in the bathrooms to function, my deaf/autistic son was more interested in having the switch to the garage function so that the outside lights and the animated polar bear would work. Craig discovered that one of the bathroom outlets was connected to the garage outlet and thus the outdoor lights would not function. He properly reconnected the two outlets, and replaced another which was totally nonfunctional. While working in one bathroom, my son decided to use the other, not realizing that Craig had to work on both simultaneously. Craig was very understanding of the situation, having children of his own (one even with the same name as my son). After a brief, but necessary delay, Craig was able to get everything straightened out.

We called Mr. Staples at 1:00 PM, and he arrived before 2:30. He was professional, skilled, careful, respectful of our property, and helpful. He examined the panel for other potential problems, and he fixed a couple of loose wires. He completed the job in a timely manner. We recommend him highly.

Starting with the initial call, prompt estimate visit, and throughout the entire project, Craig was very professional, friendly, accommodating of other contractors, who created lots of drywall dust, and demonstrated excellent communication/people skills. Moreover, he provided multiple suggestions, which were gladly implemented, regarding additional switching/dimming capabilities to make control of the lighting more convenient. He was always on time and worked part of the weekend as well as, get this, part of the Thanksgiving day, to get the work done as soon as possible, as we wanted to start painting during the following weekend. Customer satisfaction was the number one priority during the entire process.

Craig was great. He had the problem isolated within about 10 minutes and was done in 30 minutes.

Craig Staples is a super electrician - and person. He not only did work we contracted for, but discovered our whole house surge protector had been installed incorrectly, drove off to get parts for it and re-installed it. He did not charge for any drive time - even for the unexpected mid-day trip. He was at the house a full day. He repaired and painted the wall he had to saw through - and brings his own vacuum cleaner for clean-up. He not only is a perfectionist in his work, but has emailed us with lighting solutions, recommended a restaurant, and relocated the largest spider I've ever seen to a woodpile outdoors! When I had to cancel our initial appointment, he phoned me (rather than my chasing him down) to reschedule. Customer service oriented to the nth degree.

Couldn't come the first time I called (family emergency). Came promptly when I called the second time; was on time, very polite and professional. Price seemed reasonable. When another plug turned out not to work after the repair, came out that same day, fixed the problem, and didn't charge anything.

Craig was the best electrician I have hired. He was on time, very neat and gave an honest opinion of my job. I will definitely hire him when I replace all the lights in our new house.

Craig Staples was very dependable,(called when delayed)very pleasant and wanted to ensure I was pleased with work, particularly a couple of compromises we had to make. The work took twice as long to do, because of several unexpected blips (murphy's law was is high gear)and he adjusted his schedule to ensure, we'd get it done in the week promised. On top of all that, the cost was extremely reasonable. I would definitely high again.

The owner deals directly with you. They showed up on time, were professional and courteous. They did excellent work.
