The project went well. Craig Staples is very personable and knowledgeable. He is a master electrician. In addition, he has a great relationship with lighting designers with a nice show room to help plan a project and to help select the correct products for the house. The job came in just under the estimated price. The walls and ceiling were repaired to "ready to paint" after all of the lighting and associated wiring was installed.

I contacted Craig and he came out the next day to look at the work that needed to be done. He then sent me an estimate via email. We agreed on a date to do the work. The night before the work was to be done (Sunday after Thanksgiving,) Craig called me and explained that he was stuck in New York and would not be able to do the work until Wednesday morning. That was fine with me. He arrived on Wednesday and began work immediately. He took a short break to go buy ceiling fixture for me since the ones he hoped to repair were so old (over 27 years) that they needed to be replaced. I described what I wanted and he came back with exactly the right thing and at a very good price. The work was completed in a total of about five hours. Craig was one of the most pleasant people I have had do work in my home. He was also extremely neat and his prices are extremely reasonable. I plan to hire him to do additional work.

I called him on a Sunday night because he was so highly rated on Angie's List. He told me he was out of town and on his way home, was busy all day Monday but would try to get to me first since I lived nearby. He didn't come on Monday because he was in a car accident on his way back to town. I spoke with him Monday morning and rescheduled him for Tuesday evening. He came right on time, couldn't have been nicer, more pleasant, or more efficient. What a nice guy! We thoroughly enjoyed our experience working with him and would recommend him without hesitation - something we rarely do.

At the last minute I found a problem with the light fixtures. He came right out to do the repairs.

Craig was very professional and completed the work as promised. We had a laundry list of electrical items around the house, at first. We decided to complete only a few of the major items and save the others for later. Craig was flexible and only charged us for the work completed. He cleaned up after the work was finished with his own vacuum. He is very personable and a good communicator about the work being done. Craig asked a lot of questions to ensure that the work was done correctly.

They did a great job, they had to work in the attic during the hottest week of summer. It was a difficult job but they did it very well. They did a great job with the installation, the fans work great. They were very professional and respectful. I thought the price was very fair.

I felt that the house was ready for some updating and I think he did a very nice job. His estimate came in one hundred dollars less that the competition. I would certainly give him a call again if I need anymore electrical work done. He is very friendly and dependable.

I liked that they were so responsive and courteous. I also liked that he cleaned up after himself. He was very respectful of my home inside and out. He arrived on time and did what he said he was going to do.

The men were prompt and professional. I thought that they were a little high in price as I had previously had 3 fans and a remote installed by another company for only 25 dollars more but I will say that the service was good so I can t complain too much.

Craig is awesome. He is extremely professional and though he is very busy, he came in about a week to get some of the major stuff done. In addition to doing amazing work at a very reasonable price, Craig is a really nice guy and a pleasure to have in your home.

They did a really good job and I was very pleased with the service. They were respectful and knowledgeable. They were honest and showed us a lot of interesting things. When they came, they were on time as well. I would recommend them to other people because they are really good.

Craig is very busy so it took 2 calls to get him. He promptly returned my second call and e-mailed me with an appointment several weeks away. However, he called the next day and had some unexpected time so he came that day. He was very nice and did a great job. He even repairs/primes any drywall that he has to cut through (I think that is rare in this business based on past experiences). I highly recommend Craig; nice guy, great job.

Project went great. On time and per quote. Walls were repaired to paint ready. Had an issue with placement of wiring for another project and Craig came back and moved, no additional charge!

Craig was very pleasant on the phone. Came by when he said he would. Found out that a breaker had tripped and offered not to charge anything for the trip. That was really, really professional of him and we appreciate his gesture. We did get another little task done, while he was there and paid him. But I will definitely, use him again. Thank you Craig. Much appreciated.

Craig was extremely professional from beginning to end. His quote for the upgrade was by far the best. Not only did place the new electrical panel, but he also repaired the drywall. His customer service was very impressive and I will definitely use him in the future.

Craig was absolutely unbelievable-he returned my call the same day and stop by the next day to give me an estimate. He came back later that day to install the cook-top as I had been without one for about a week. He came again in couple of days as agreed to install the wiring for the fans, washing machine and so on. He was beyond responsive (how many people will come back because my stove is not working?), very pleasant to deal with, would always call to let me know he is on his way. The work was done very, very neatly, and everything looks and works great. I can't recommend him strongly enough-I wish there were more contractors out there who run their business in this manner and take pride in what they do. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Craig came in and gave us an estimate which included ranges for work where he could not be sure how extensive it would need to be because it included running wires through walls. He walked through everything with us and offered solutions for some things we had not considered. Our house is contemporary with lots of open space. This complicates the work as often there are no walls to conceal wires. He did the work over a couple of weeks, coordinating closely with us. In the case of the cable wiring for a TV, he figured out how to run the wire through the ceiling of the room below and then up inside a half wall--very creative and very effective. (Comcast said it was impossible-Ha.) Everything he worked on works perfectly to include a motion detector placed at pet level trigger 'their' lights. And his clean-up was immaculate. No evidence of the wall and ceiling work we had to do. His estimates were either accurate or higher then the actual bill in some cases. No job went over estimate.

Craig and his team were very professional. He provided an estimate, schedule and he did what he said he was going to do in a neat, professional, workman like manner.

Total flake. The owner showed up, presumably to give me an estimate for the work, within a couple of days after my call. But, during the walk through he failed to take any notes which made me wonder how he would remember the job. He said he would e-mail a proposal to me the next day regarding the work we discussed, but none was received. When I called a week later to ask whether he would be sending in a proposal, he said he would not be submitting a bid. He did not seem to remember me or the job. At the very least, he should have contacted me to inform me that he was not interested in the job rather than leave me hanging, assuming that a proposal would be forthcoming. He was totally unprofessional. Worst of all, he wasted my time when I could have been moving forward with another, more responsible contractor. He seemed to be intimidated by the fact that I intended to get at least two estimates for the job. Would not recommend him under any circumstances.

Craig visited to provide an estimate for the work very quickly after the first contact. He went out of his way to be able to come and do the work soon after the estimate was done. He arrived punctually and the work was completed when he said it would. All the work done was of the highest quality. He took great care to do minimal collateral damage. The tiny amount that was done, which was inevitable because of the nature of the work, was completely repaired and cleaned up. He was very tidy and left no mess behind.

Mr. Staples came early evening and replaced 4 outside landscaping lights. He was here for a little over an hour and charged me for one hours service.

Craig was terrific to work with. He is very conscientious and a true professional. He is committed to customer service and providing high quality work at a very fair price. In the course of this project he had to come back several times and did so without complaint. He also went to Home Depot to get an outlet cover that needed replacing. He was courteous, on-time, and kept the job site clean; all in all he was really great to work with.

I found Craig to be a terrific resource. I was impressed at the very beginning when he called me the night before to confirm, and then called in the morning when he was running just a few minutes late due to traffic. Great customer service. During the visit he did a thorough inspection of what I was concerned about, fixed one issue, and gave me great advice about some additional things to consider down the road. He was very respectful of my home; worried about impact to the paint job around the circuit breaker (which is on a prominent wall) when he opened it. I appreciate that attention to detail, and the work he did to preserve the paint job was flawless. I found Craig to be knowledgeable, thorough, and would call him again and refer him without question.

Craig was terrific. Not only did he work very long hours to get the work done on deadline, he worked extremely well with the other contractors who were working in the house at the same time. He was a huge help to me personally, and just a very nice guy. And yes, his work is phenomenal. He never leaves until it is perfect and absolutely to your liking. I have recommended him to everybody I know. We will definitely call him back. The final cost was higher than the estimate because we added work as we went along. Considering the hours he put in, I think we still came out ahead.
