Craig and his team were outstanding from scheduling the initial consultation, providing an accurate and prompt estimate, and performing excellent, timely, and courteous service. Working with Craig and his team could not have been easier. They provided fair advice (we'd asked whether we could use some fixtures we'd purchased at the recommendation of another electrician), completed the job on time, and it turned out perfectly. And they did a great job cleaning up after the work, too. We would not hesitate to hire them again and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

They were very informative. They are very knowledgeable and they were fast.

It went fine. They came early in the morning and were done by the early afternoon. Replaced 40 year old house electrical panel with new and better one. Passed inspection the next business day.

It took a week to get the emailed quote (I was told 1-3 business days at the appointment). While there was a quote for the lights over the showers, it showed no price (literally $0.00) for the microwave outlet install (Does that mean they'll do it free, or they can't do it at all?). They also totally omitted the overhead wiring in the bedroom and instead listed a quote for 6 recessed lights, which was never discussed. I wish this company gave on the spot quotes, would definitely help with the wait time incurred in receiving the quote, and they wouldn't be able to mix up people's orders in the meantime.

They weren't really all that good at getting back to me once I had questions after they showed up with an estimate. They were really informal how they addresssed my questions.

A Staples electrician -- think his name was Iggy - came out the day we called Staples -- and he was able to repair the timers and get everything working properly again.

Absolutely excellent work. The crew was here early, very professional, courteous, and did fantastic work. The cleanup (2 days) was great, and they cleaned up before they left both days. Listened to my concerns, addressed them, and couldn't have been nicer. I have to say honestly, there is NO other choice. Their only fault is that they are busy, so you may have to be a bit persistent to get on their schedule, but I get it. The best is often in demand. I used them before at my old house, and had a similar experience. I have no doubts about the quality of the work, and am very happy overall. I will say their estimate seemed a bit high to me at first. However, I got 2 other quotes, each of those being higher. So, very reasonable price, and excellent work. They had to trench out to the shed, and you can barely see where they did this. The installation is so professional, it looks like it was there originally. I do have paint/patchwork to do, but they roughed it in so well, it will be an easy job. Wish no holes had to be made, but that's what happens when you need to get behind walls. They minimized the holes, and did a wonderful job overall. In the end, you pay for quality, but even here, you end up paying a very reasonable price for top-shelf work. I'm a lifetime customer after these experiences

Craig and his team are the best. This is the 4th time I've used his services in 2 houses I've owned. This time they were on site for 2 and half days. Iggy and Jose arrived on time, were respectful of the house and the small children who live in it. They covered all of the furniture so nothing got covered in dust and debris and they cleaned up after everything was done. I worked from home a couple of those days to answer any questions they had but everything got done on time, on budget, and without any surprises. You won't find a better price or quality with any other electrical contractor.

They showed up when they said they would and got the job done quickly. They appeared to take all the appropriate safety precautions before dealing with the live wires leading into the meter. End result, the meter was firmly re-secured and no longer a potential safety issue.

I called and left a message to make an appointment a week and a half ago. After receiving no response, I called 48 hours later and left another message. I received a call back later that day and was given an appointment for an estimate 2 days later. The electrician came and told me he would email me an estimate. That was one week ago and I have yet to hear anything! Maybe the job wasn't big enough or the fact that I am moving was a factor. I will never know but needless to say, I am moving on!

Staples did an excellent job. They arrived right on time, took great care to put down plastic so as not to get any furniture, rugs or floors dirty and did an excellent job. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I will definitely hire them again.

I called and left a voice mail and messaged via Angie's List. They never called. When I followed up the next day they answered this time but I was told they weren't available for 10 days. It would have been nice to know this sooner so I wasn't waiting on them and I could have called others.

Very well. They checked all the outlets on the circuit. Determined that the outdoor outlet was causing the problem. Replaced the GFCI and the outdoor outlet. Great service at the price quoted. Very good customer service.

Technician arrived on time and efficiently installed new (already purchased) ceiling fan in place of an existing ceiling light fixture in about an hour and five minutes. Quality, professional work; no complaints. Staples Electric provided an Angie's List discount.

The initial safety check occurred at the promised time, and the technician who came to perform the check was on time, seemed knowledgeable, and was responsive to questions. The $75.00 price for the check was a very good one (though the price was an Angie's List special). There was a significant delay before I received the promised written report of findings. When I asked the person who did the initial safety check when I could expect the written report of findings, he indicated that it would be soon, possibly the next day. However, I ended up having to call twice to inquire about when I would receive the report and waited approximately a month after the safety check before Staples Electric finally emailed it to me. Ultimately, however, the report consisted of a detailed itemization of the various safety issues that were detected during the safety check, in what respect each issue fell short of code requirements, and the cost of resolving each issue. I was pleased with the level of detail in the itemization of recommended services, and with the courtesy with which my follow-up questions were addressed.. When i decided to go forward with the proposed work, Staples Electric was able to schedule me promptly, and the technicians came to my home within the promised time-frame. The techs worked diligently throughout the day, answered all my questions, resolved some new issues I had not raised previously, and were meticulous in their cleanup efforts. Even though, at my request, the techs addressed some additional issues not covered by the work itemization, Staples Electric still charged me only the total price for services listed in the itemization. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the work Staples Electric did, as well as the $1324.53 price for the company's repair services, and am inclined to regard the delay in receiving the safety check report as just an uncharacteristic glitch. I would be pleased to hire Staples Electric again.

Craig Staples and his highly skilled crew including Roberto and Mike took care of my home's electrical needs in a couple of days. They worked assiduously and got my home up to safety and inspection standards. Craig even came in person on the same day I called to fix leak that was found. His prices reflect the high level of professionalism you will get.

My experience with Staples was nothing but positive. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, were very pleasant, and cleaned up very well before leaving. Everything they installed seems to work fine and looks good. I highly recommend them.
