The electrician came on time and performed the service as I requested. The job was done quick and neat. It was a big deal purchases and it was finished less then 1 hour.

Excellent! Roberto showed up on time and ready to work. He replaced a wall outlet that I had overloaded and destroyed. He quickly replaced that outlet, and checked a light fixture in the hallway that I thought was broken, but only needed some tweaking. He also quickly replaced two light fixtures in the kitchen and wrapped up everything within an hour! We had a little confusion setting up the appointment (telephone tag!) but soon got everything sorted out and scheduled. I would definitely use this company again.

Roberto arrived on time and went straight to work. He was very professional. The old switches were replaced quickly. He also changed two pull chains on a fan that I was unable to do myself. I would highly recommend Staples Electric, LLC.

I am very pleased with this company and their technicians. They worked with me to figure out places to put holes in the walls that would minimize the damage and also be efficient for them. They put plastic down to protect our belongings and the floor and patched all of the holes they made really well. Then, when they hooked up the existing attic fan and found that it didn't work, they came back out to install the new fan we purchased at no extra charge. They were very helpful and easy to work with when scheduling as well.

We took advantage of the big deal from staples, $99 for 2 hours of electric works. the technician was on time and very polite. he fixed several multi-way switches that were malfunctioning, replaced a pull string light fixture, fixed 2 outdoor outlets. basically solved all our electrical problems for a great price!

I purchased this deal for two hours of electrical service. We had 3 things we wanted fixed, two got fixed. The last one, we were told that we needed to get a replacement part. The company was proactive in setting up an appointment., and the times. The service provider was right on-time, and very polite. He worked efficiently. We were happy for the amount of work we got done for the $99.

I purchased a $99 Big Deal. I called to schedule and to my knowledge they haven't returned my call. After reading the Fine Print of the Big Deal, I realized it probably wouldn't cover what I need done. It doesn't seem to cover much of anything. I am getting a refund for my Big Deal.

The staff (Igor) was punctual, professional, and demonstrated great expertise. They were quite conscientious about their work on each task item, making sure that the mitigation resulted in a safe environment that was up to code. On today's work, they were quite flexible on the timing since we had to coordinate their work around other plumbing tasks in the same area. I will use them as our exclusive electricians on all future projects. I just trust that they know what they're doing. I would recommend them to others without qualification.

Arrived on time. In fact the electrician sat outside for 15 minutes to be exactly on time. He got right to work, provided two light switches because the ones I purchased were not correct for the job and finished in the hour. Could not ask for anything better!

All staff were courteous, professional, neat, knowledgable and on time. Work was done with high quality and they were finished early so that we did not have to be without power all day. The electrician took me on a tour to show all work completed and how to operate the new equipment. Price was right and exactly the same as the estimate. Great job!

Staples Electric did everything I asked them to do and they did well. They were responsive to my calls. They were really flexible and came back quickly later to replace an outlet they had missed. We had to take two of the ceiling fans down to get some work done and they responded quickly and came back to put them back up for the basic service fee. They replied quickly when I first called them. They give very professional services. Their estimate was right on. I called them back for a smaller job and it wasn't too small for them. Some companies do not like to do smaller jobs, but they came back and did what I wanted them to do. They did a good job.

Roberto came at the promised time. assisted by Grant he did everything we had ordered and found a way to do one code-required ground in a way that was much less disruptive than we had feared Craig Staples himself came out to check the job Tthe price was quite fair and indeed discounted below what we were expecting.

Blade damaged by a storm caused the fan to malfunction and break down. The tech replaced it and answered all of my questions about operating the new fan. Great work!

Craig was just great, from the estimate and suggestions about the work. Grant was the electrician assigned to the job and he was a pleasure to work with. He listened to my concerns on where to locate the new box and found a solution that met code and worked very well. Super neat, covered everything in plastic, was very easy to have around the house. The job took a bit longer then expected and Craig worked to have Grant and a second electrician Iggy arrive first thing the following day to wrap up the work. These guys are great and a pleasure to work with. The price was great considered the amount of work they needed to do.

I checked Angie's List and Staples came up with overwhelmingly strong reviews. I sent an email and called, and had a call back from the owner of the company, Craig, within a matter of hours. Within 24 hours he had come out to survey the job, and provided us a cost estimate only hours after that. Their estimate came in well under (around 1/3) the cost provided by the hot tub dealer's electrician. They arrived on time on the agreed day to start the work. Returned at the agreed time / date to continue the work, coordinated the final connections time/date with the hot tub dealer. And did the work well and on time. Oh - and they cleaned up after themselves. A total of three Staples electricians worked at different times on the project -- Grant, Roberto and "Iggy" (Igor). All three were well spoken, patient, and professional. Craig - a Master Electrician - came by on the second day to check in on the work. Roberto finished the final connections this morning just after the hot tub was craned onto our back deck (yes, I said craned). The hot tub is up and running right now though we'll have to wait for the water temperature to get a lot higher than the 60 degrees that came out of the hose to fill it up. Getting there! I can't say enough good things about Craig and the Staples crew. They will definitely get my business in the future - and I will recommend them to friends and colleagues. === UPDATE 3/21/2014 === The main panel circuit breaker Staples installed last year for our hot tub started to trip; after having the hot tub check out fine by the hot tub technicians, I contacted Craig Staples; he had a tech out to my house within 24 hours, determined the breaker needed replacing, and did the work free of charge under the warranty. I was pretty positive about Staples due to their great work and fair pricing last year. Now I'm over the top. I have some other electrical work I need done soon, and I'll only go to Staples to get it done. Just top notch service and quality of work - couldn't be more satisfied.

It took him less than 15 minutes--I was expecting something a bit more thorough. He said the owner would call and follow up and that never happened.

Grant arrived on time and immediately started working. He explained what he was doing, gave us options on where the receptacles could be installed, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up all work spaces afterward. Definitely professional in all respects. Highly recommended.

The installation of two new ceiling fixures turned out to be easier than I was expecting, and was done at a reasonable price. Everything went smoothly, from making the appointment to the actual work performed. I'm sorry I put it off for so long. I definitely will be using this electrical company again. This is the fourth time I've used a contractor from Angie's List. Each experience has been good, and I'm not that easy to please. I made a very good decision to subscribe.

Shannon in the office was very responsibe and worked with me to find an appointment that worked with my schedule. The tech that came was named Iggy and he was just great-polite and had all his tools with him. He offered to take of his shoes because of the carpeting. He quickly idetified the problem and with no hard sell talk gave me about options. I could not have been happier-all my question answered and a quick crash course on circuit breakers to boot!. I will be meeting with the owner, Craig, next week to get a full esitmate and options for replacing the breaker box. These guys rock-no BS!

This is my second experience using Staples Electric and I am extremely pleased with the results and more importantly the experience. I am a perfectionist as well as hard to please and Craig and his team delivered again beyond my expectations. My first experience was when they replaced my electrical panel in January; fantastic experience. I call them again for recessed lighting in the dining room and kitchen as well as under cabinet lighting and a few other misc electrical items. Staples is the CLEANEST contractor I have ever had in my home and when they left my house and you could't tell they had been here, except for the excellent lighting. Craig's crew is very respectful and professional; i really appreciate that quality in a company because i work from home. Overall it has been an outstanding experience and there is only one electrician in my favorites, Staples. Thanks Craig!

I contacted Craig Staples by phone. He gave me an estimate of the time he expected the job would take and his rate. Both were reasonable. Since he was on the road, he had his assistant, Shannon, contact me and she was able to promptly schedule the work. The electrician, Igor, arrived on time and was polite and professional. He covered the work areas with plastic and completed the job expeditiously and without any difficulty or problems. The price charged was for 1 hr. and 15 min. I was completely satisfied and would both use Staples again and recommend them to others.

Excellent experience! Mr. Staples listened to what we wanted done, explained options for what we wanted to do and then provided an estimate by email. On the scheduled day, the electricians arrived on time and performed all work efficiently and with a pleasant attitude. they made minor adjustments (e.g. installing an upgraded dimmer switch that could handle CFG and LED lighting) but all work was completed on time. They cleaned up well and left on time. What more could we have asked for?
