Description of Work: I've used Stan Tomajko's company years ago for interior and exterior painting at our house and was very pleased with the quality of work. The prep and attention to detail was outstanding. I used them again for some work on our porch. It included the cleaning and prepping of ceiling, posts, and shutters. And I can guarantee that our porch was not in a great condition! I was again impressed with the quality of work and attention to detail. Stan also made sure the work site was clean when he left it everyday and it was done when he said it would be done. Stan is professional, courteous, friendly, and efficient. There company may not have been the cheapest, but I could trust them and knew the quality could not be beat!

+ 3 moreStan did an excellent job. Moreover, he did extensive research on the problem before discussing with us our various options. His estimate was very reasonable and he was courteous, punctual, and tidy in performing the work. We also had occasion to observe Stan's carpentry and painting skills on a related project and they, too, were excellent. We would certainly utilize his services again the future.
Description of Work: Stan repaired, refinished and repainted an ipe porch deck that had been subjected to a lot of sun abuse.

+ -1 moreStan was very nice and it's hard to write the review but I was very disappointed in the follow-up. He was late with the estimate - I had to contact him twice. In the end he texted me an estimate that was6K (yes,6K) higher than any other estimate I received. I was surprised to see my estimate come in by text and no other follow up was made (licenses, written estimate).
Description of Work: I asked for an estimate of full house interior painting of a split level home (less than 3K sq feet). He was very quick to respond and I was happy with that. Plus he seemed to be a very nice guy.

+ -1 moreStan Tomajko was wonderful. They were professional, did their job, and were here when they said they would be here. They did a great job. No other company seemed to know how to do the job. They constructed it from ground zero and finished it. They were phenomenal.
Description of Work: Stan Tomajko put a German trunk of furniture together and fixed my recliner. It came in 3 sections and covered a whole wall.

+ 3 moreHe would call us each day and sent us pictures. He did not make any decisions without involving us. His workmanship is excellent and we have been more than happy with the results. He made his deadline and came in under budget. He is amazingly honest and saved us money on certain projects. He even saved us enough money so we got back some cash at the end. He even called a flooring company to receive samples for a cheaper floor. This saved us $3000. I have recommended him to others and would use him again.
Description of Work: He has helped with reflooring three full rooms. He installed ceiling fans, chandeliers. Upgraded our appliance outlets and the electrical work upgraded. Installed a microwave oven/fan above the stove and vented that outside. He upgraded the electrical system in the home. He completely redid our master bath. Also set up and installed a new fridge for us.
