SMALL JOB BOB

Description of Work: 1) Painting of the living room - which took over 2 days to do 1 coat and I did the trim to move things along because the living room is not that large. 2)Painting of 2 1/2 baths - paint splattered on the floors because worker refused to use dropcloth. 3)Install 4 new light fixtures - had to tell worker that he was installing them upside down even though the boxes were right there. 4)Repair work of outside box bays and painting. All had to be rebuilt and repainted witin 3 years (BTW - I bought the paint so it's not like they were saving their own money)5) Install new front door and paint - did a good job hanging the door - it closes tightly and easily but the paint job was poorly done and paint splattered on the steps, railings and the house. 5) Repair of holes in ceilings - this was done well though I had to tell the worker to go do the repair upstairs in the morning so the repair work could dry and be sanded after he finished his morning work downstairs. 6)Washed deck and then applied stain the same day so it all peeled off because the deck was not dry.

Description of Work: I contracted Small Job Bob to re-tile the hallway bathroom and clean an re-seal grout in master bathroom and kitchen, and install an access panel to a hole in the wall that leads to the shower plumbing.

Description of Work: Small Job Bob repaired my concrete front step and iron railing. The concrete was cracked and the railing was rusted and coming apart.

Description of Work: C.J. took down an old ceiling fan and hung up a newish one that I inherited from my parents. Then he fixed a mounting bracket for a backyard outdoor light and hung a new light.

Description of Work: They removed some plywood from a window area and cleaned off the caulking preparing for a new window. They repaired some drywall in a downstairs bathroom. They put three coats of mud in. We agreed they would return to put one more coat of mud and install the special order window that I ordered and already paid for.

Description of Work: I had a curio cabinet that I'd had for years in the box because the directions were very confusing, the pieces weren't marked to show what went where, etc. I've been putting together all of my kids furniture and assorted stuff for years, but this thing had me completely stumped. I needed help.

Description of Work: Paint, repair rotten exterior wood, installed attic fan, installed bathroom vanities, installed stair handrails, and replaced a few windows.
