+ -1 moreIt went very well. I like the product selection they have. They took the old one and installed the new one. I haven't had any problems. I think the sales process in the store is a little cumbersome. After that it is very close to what they say the process is going to be.

+ -1 moreIt was ok. They were a little bit pushy. They didn't answer all my questions at first. It took me about 2 or 3 times before I went back and was able to make a decision without feeling pressured, and they just wanted to make a sale basically. We did have some problems with delivery, it got delayed like a week and a half. It wasn't communicated very well. So I went like 2 weeks without a stove and a oven, which was really difficult.
Description of Work: We purchased a microwave and a stove.

Description of Work: finally identified the cause of house dust. ducts had been cleaned, HVAC serviced and yet dust continued to be a problem. technician found source of problem - motor and return ducts had not been addressed by prior duct cleaners or HVAC contracted semi-annual check-ups. Cleaned all - didn't charge for duct cleaning - and problem is finally resolved.
