Description of Work: We had some problems that they fixed for us. This time it was our recessed lights, and fixtures in our bathroom. They also patched a hole in the wall. They fixed the plumbing and fixtures with our washing machine that was improperly installed, and then patched the wall. They also fixed and replaced our outdoor light fixtures. With that repair, they went above and beyond to find fixtures that were up to our neighborhood code. We also had them paint one of our bathrooms, and installed fixtures, shelves, etc.

Description of Work: We had bought a new townhouse and before we moved in they replaced the hardwood floor on the staircases. They then carpeted all of the rooms upstairs. Every room was painted, including a few rooms that had multiple colors/tones, and they did a great job making it work. When we had difficulty making a color decision in a room, he brought out a color wheel and helped us to decide. We have a brick wall downstairs, and they built a faux wall in front of, and then installed our floor to ceiling entertainment center in front of it. Lastly, the light fixtures in the house were dated and they replaced all of those for us.

Description of Work: They remodeled our second bathroom. They tiled one wall with a design, and then installed shelves, etc. Also, they installed about 10 recessed lights in our living room. Outside they built a fence for us, and framed out a nice new garden box for us. They also repaired our patio, and installed lighting all around our deck.

Description of Work: They rebuilt a retaining wall outside on a patio on the basement, so that it was no longer bulging in from the water pressure. He also installed a sump pump.

Description of Work: I added a 700 sq. ft. addition onto the back of my house so I could “Age in Place.” The addition includes an 18x18 bedroom, a 6x9 closet, a 10x13 bathroom and a 14x14 addition to the family room. In addition, an external ramp accommodating a wheel-chair runs along the north and east side of the addition. The shower has a no-step feature, also accommodating a wheel-chair.

They painted, redesigned the first and second floor, they redid the master bathroom to take out the tub to install a shower and jacuzzi, they moved walls internally, and did electrical work. He even helped me to pick out various things such as light fixtures and tiles. He remodeled our kitchen and helped us pick out appliances.
