Description of Work: Did a great, short notice home inspection for me...was great, thorough, extremely professional. Like very frequently occurs, it was difficult for him to guage the age of the roof three stories up (not safe to go up and attempt to get a closer look)...later the day of the inspection or early the day after, we found out the roof was 26 years old and Ron was kind enough to revise the inspection report to indicate the roof was at end of life....which helped my buyer to have the seller replace it...thank goodness! When the roofing company got up there, what they found was frightening. I would highly recommend this provider and would recommend/use him again for my clients.

+ -1 moreThank your professionalism and sound advise. Your expertise saved us from making a costly mistake recently when we were prepared to purchase our next home.
Description of Work: We called Ron with very short notice and he came out the same day to do our home inspection. Ron was professional and very detailed, because of Ron's advise we were able to have a new roof put onto our new home at the seller's expense. Our inspection report was very thorough, he even went as far as the write the dates on ALL of our major home systems so that we know when they were manufactured and installed with just one glance. We purchased our home with great confidence and the follow up calls we've had with Ron have been quite helpful.

Description of Work: A full home inspection was performed as a part of a pre-purchase inspection. |I loved working with Ron - he was extremely thorough and answered all of my questions. He walked me through each step in the inspection and gave me suggestions about where I could do work to make sure we didn't run into problems in the future. |He also identified areas where he recommended we have an additional inspection done to cover areas that were outside of a normal inspection and his expertise. | |His report was very thorough and included images of any trouble spots. | |It was a very valuable experience for me as the future homeowner. |I will also be contacting Ron in another few years to have the inspection done again to point out any new areas that we need to work on. |
