RIBA recently rewrapped the exterior wood with Berger coil trim. Company staff were professional and punctual. I have not had to contact them regarding the completed work thus far so I'm not able to provide insight on post-work customer service. Based on the initial work, I would recommend them to others.

For each construction or repair project we have contracted, they have been very helpful going over the plans we came up with and are adaptable to design solutions. They stick to the schedule and budget, work very tidily each day, and the finished outcome has been fine, exemplary work.

A great job all around! They worked with me to explain the difference between all the guards out there, the pros and cons of each, and then explained which would be best given the trees around my house. The installation was fast and professional, and when I noticed a small problem right after the installation, they rushed out there to fix it right away with no extra charge. It's that kind of professionalism and willingness to stand by their work that helps set RIBA apart. They are truly a great company, and I will be using them again!

We had a wonderful experience working with RIBA and, importantly, they saved us money. RIBA liasoned with my insurance company and helped us through the claims process, even helping us to get a FULL siding replacement instead of just a repair; which would have been slightly off-color since my previous siding was old and sun-faded and an exact match was not possible. Their Storm Damage specialist really knew the ins and outs of the process, and patiently carried us through it. They replaced both my roof and siding and the work was impeccable. The crew was very courteous, timely, and clearly skilled. We could not have had a better experience. All of the RIBA employees were very professional and delivered on what they told me they would do on time. RIBA worked with my insurance to explain the fact the decking was too thin and not code and needed to replace everything. I was highly pleased with the work and would recommend them again to my friends - I have. Additionally, I have them scheduled to do some additional soffett work to increase venting and am sending to my parents to quote them on a porch extension.

Great! They kept in touch before, during, and after the job. The job took one day, exactly as they said. They did good work and left minimal debris. After finishing, they sent someone out to QC the work.

RIBA's office staff and their commitment to communicating thoroughly with me and the job crew chief and his attention to detail was impeccable. I work in the industry as an engineer and I was very impressed with how RIBA managed and installed my roofing system. Also, RIBA was helpful in communicating with my insurance adjuster to facilitate insurance claim and even helping me to get new gutters paid for installation.

Work went very well. Took a little longer than expected but that was due to the fact that the workmanship was meticulous. Very pleased with the result.

Each job was started and completed on time, if there was a delay due to weather or supply issues, I was called.

RIBA was fast and professional. Since I am overseas, their excellent customer service ease my worries and the whole experience was painless. They promptly estimated the repair, provided pictures, and reasonable estimates. Believe me, I have asked some contractors for estimates and they do NOT even close to what RIBA provided. They were very flexible when I asked them for Angie's List coupon to be credited after I already paid. They immediately credited my account for the coupon. I will definitely use them for other repairs in the house and will recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues. Gene from RIBA was excellent!

The roof and gutter crews were very professional, focused on the work, were polite and cleaned up after the job. Also had follow-up visits from managerial staff to check everything was good.

Ryan, Jose, and the installation team were professional, efficient, and courteous. Special work requests were handled as if they were routine.

In one day our roof was transformed! Riba was professional, hard working and easy to work with. They installed an underlayment to provide a second layer of protection to preserve the life of the roof. Ice and watershield was installed on the eaves. Our neighbors are all asking for their number! The quality of Riba's work was exceptional. Our yard was cleaned up afterward.

Riba painted the garage door and replaced waterproof garage door seals around the garage. They carefully removed the small windows before painting. Quality work in a few hours. I would hire them again for any project we had! They also painted the high vents to match the siding of our house. The gutters were 5 inch seamless ones with hidden hangers. Very respectful and hard workers who are very talented at what they do.

We worked with Riba VP Ryan Baxter. He did a comprehensive estimate, explained all the steps, helped us select materials and supervised all of the paperwork. The roof was completed in one day cleanup was immaculate and the crew was very professional. The next day another crew came and did the soffits and the gutters in half a day. They were very efficient and organized the work was completed in a timely fashion.

The replacement was done in November. It looked great. 6 months later the flashing started pulling away from the roof. I contacted them on June 1st to come and fix it. They promised several times to come out, but have not kept their promise. The final straw was today, August 10th. They told me this morning they were going to fix it, but the work was not done. This company lacks integrity. Stay far aware from them. They do not stand behind their product, nor keep their word.

Trustworthy--We live overseas and contacted RIBA when our tenants called about water coming from the ceiling. RIBA was there same day. Diagnosed problem, dried out the area, and worked with tenant and us to create a plan, fix, and remediation. Outstanding communication- pictures, text, emails at time of diagnosis, during the repair and at completion. I knew what was happening at every step. When tenant lumped in several other requests for unrelated "fixes" RIBA provided a fair assessment as to what needed to be done vs what was nice to have done. From the tenant and me- they gave an accurate picture as to what needed to be done and what could be done. There was no sales pitch to do more: only information so that we could make decisions. I will happily use them again in the future without fear of being oversold because I am not present for the quote or work.

Job took longer than initially stated due to miscommunication between the crew and the company on amount of tiles needed to complete the job. This added a few hours to the end of a long hot day for the workers.

Very well. The crew was very friendly and professional. They even completed the job in great time given the 110+ degree heat on the roof.

On time. On budget. Punctual. Very courteous workers. I would hire them again for any work within their skills and scope.

Quick response but scheduling an appt got lost in the sauce by RIBA. I persisted and the job was finally locked in.

They performed good job and explained every step of their work to me. I asked for pictures on top of the roof, and they did. I asked the detail how each step they were doing, and they explained to me patiently.

very efficient. Good communication from office. Some minor issues(as with every contruction project) but they were addressed immediately
