Very responsive! From the get-go, the main office connected me with their skylight expert, HB, who provided great information and responded quickly to my numerous questions. The work was scheduled quickly. Salome showed up early for the scheduled appointment, which was fantastic since I had to leave for work. Everyone at the company was extremely professional and the work looks great. Very competitive price.

Very, very well. The only delay was due understandably to weather. They were an absolute pleasure to do business with. I would call them again and refer them to anyone without hesitation.

Wonderful to work with. Highly professional. An expert came, listened to what we wanted, provided an estimate and answered all our questions. The owner checked on us and the work every day, then conducted a final inspection. Everything was completed in a timely manner and as planned. We are extremely happy with the end result and the personal touch in communication and business approach.

Quality was excellent. Our requests were accommodated. The concrete truck was late acouple days from the original schedule, but the work was completed well.

The team from start to finish has been excellent. Easy to schedule, excellent follow up and customer service on everything. I have used alot of services over the years, and their combination of price, expertise and communication has been first rate. Jarvin provided a great solution for mounting our TV and hiding the wires. Most firms said it could not be done because there was a stone fireplace, but Jarvin got right to work with a solution and smile on his face the whole time. Our HOA is in the process of looking to rebuild our stone entryway sign, and I look forward to getting a quote from them to do additional work. Jerry, HB and the entire team have been great.

Wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the roofing replacement you provided for our home. Every aspect of the project, from the best value of six contract bids, to the interest and care of us as customers was superb. The way I think it should be done. Your installation team worked like a well oiled machine and the final product showed. It all started with the superior professionalism of Ryan who went well above and beyond to take great care of us. He, like few others, provide regular follow up before and after the job. The topper was when I found out that they employ veterans, made it even better. The company President made a visit to the work site during the construction work. A neighbor saw the work and asked about our satisfaction. They call shortly thereafter to get an estimate. We received RIBA Construction as a recommendation from a friend who know how particular we are about our home improvement / renovation contractors. They exceeded our expectation!

RIBA Construction exceeded my expectations; not only did the technician make on the spot corrections, I was provided with a full report on the condition of my roof with the scope of work completed with photos. I highly recommend RIBA Construction for anyone in need of a roof tune-up and will certainly use them in the future.

Excellent; roof looks great. When flashing at brick line was not done exactly as envisioned, RIBA came back the next day to re-do it. Couldn't ask for more, plan to go to these guys for all our exterior needs.

The responded promptly and were somewhat attentive to my request for service however after having me send them pictures of said issue and, telling me they would call back at the end of the day nothing, no email,phone call telegraph, or smoke signal . If you don’t do small jobs say so off hand . Don’t have a conversation if you have no interest in serving us, just say right away our job is to small for you . Strike riba const. name from my ledger I would even consider using them to clean crap out of a barn, much less touch my home.

Jerry responded within about half an hour of my initial message. Unfortunately his company doesn't work with my type of roof, but I always appreciate a prompt and courteous response.

HB from Riba Construction did an excellent job fixing my large skylight that was leaking. He took pictures for me showing where all the problem areas were and then fixed it over 2 days.

We did a lot of research and wanted a roof for our single family home that would last and not have to be replaced after 20-30 years. We discovered the ECO-Star synthetic slate tiles which are made from recycled tires and could be recycled again after they need replacement in 50 - 100 years! This sustainability appealed to us. We’d rather pay double now the price of a shingle roof (1800 ft) and be done with it for good in our life time. The higher price is mostly due to the more extensive work involved. And we are very happy with Riba Construction’s work. The foreman H.B. did an incredible job, communicated well and answered all our questions. He really took his time to meticulously make sure everything was done properly. The company owners came multiple times ether to check in with us or to help with the work. It took a bit longer than anticipated but we’d rather have a job done well than rushed. An Eco Star inspector came out and validated that their product was installed to their specifications. And now we have a 50 year warranty on it. It was a pleasure having H.B. and his crew around. We can highly recommend Riba Construction.

Riba did an excellent job overhauling my bathroom. Workers were professional, came on time everyday, and respected our living space. The bathroom looks great, and the quality of work is excellent. Will definitely recommend Have recommended, and will use again

Ryan Baxter came over an provided an excellent description of options and prices. The work was scheduled shortly afterwards and accomplished in a neat and professional manner. When they left, other than the new roof, you wouldn't have know they had been there. I would definitely hire them again.

Overall I am extremely satisfied. It did not go perfect, but RIBA listened to my concerns and fixed everything to my expectations. A great company that stands behind its work. I will absolutely hire RIBA for a future project.

They have done a wonderful job. They came on time and stayed untill the job was completely done. Also cleaned up.

I had to clean up some debris afterwards but otherwise it was excellent.

The roofing experience went extremely good. RIBA Construction is a first class organization. The entire staff including workers and office administrators is very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.

My overall experience with Ribba Construction was great and I am happy I selected them for my project. Because of the damaging winds 7 months ago (March 2018) and a terribly wet 2018 summer; the demand for roofers is crazy outrageous. With shortage of roofers and constant inclement weather, some roofing companies were 60 days out just to have an estimate appointment and another 6-8 weeks from the time a contract was signed before work could start. Some roofing companies imposed a contract minimum of $2,500. Other roofing companies were not **** small leak roof repairs, instead they were only doing entire roof replacements. I literally worked my way from the A’s on Angie’s List down to the R’s. Along that journey, many of the vendors I contacted just did not care about my active leak as it was to small of a job as described or my job did not meet their new criteria for work. I was happy when I contacted Ribba Construction as the scheduler showed concern about my project and the active leak issue despite the job being smaller than usual. Ribba sent HB to take a look at the problem. HB arrived as scheduled and was friendly and professional. He provided a timely estimate when promised. He even took pictures to show me his findings as I am not going onto a steep pitched roof 3 stores high to inspect damage. Through the years of owning the house, I have had several roofing company do some inspections/estimates/maintenance/repair work on my roof, but this is the first time anyone took time to alert me to a potential unrelated roofing problem which is not visible unless you are on the roof. HB alerted me to a 3” wide pipe full of water. To me it appeared to be a plumbing stack pipe, but later it was determined that it was a dead end pipe that went from the roof down 3 stores to the basement. The builder left the pipe opening exposed to rain and for 18+ years collecting rain water, and now it was overflowing at the top of the pipe on the roof. Just 1 day later after HB showed me the roof problems and the vent pipe full of water; another roofing company came and gave me an estimate for repair work. This company said nothing about the overflowing vent pipe or missing shingles HB had found. I even gave them a change to fess up and asked the about the condition of my vent pipes. I was told all was well on the roof, and that all I needed to stop leaks some caulking. I am so thankfully, HB took time to alert me to an unrelated problem. The HB carefully and thoughtfully performed the work. I am happy with the results and believe others can benefit from the honesty and hard work from those employed by Ribba Construction.

This Company took a deposit on this job order after I signed the contract , 2 weeks later I had to call them to see if they are coming to get this done..they assured me that the job will be done October 29th. Never happend, I called them today..they claim some sob story..about 2 people quitting ..they were nasty over the phone to me..I demanded my deposit back and canceled the contract. I will report them to the Federal trade commission . Do not hire these people.

Very satisfied with the work, it turned out great.

RIBA's work crews were all very professional and did a quality job on the various repairs we needed before selling and moving out of our house. The project manager kept me updated constantly on the progress of the work. I was always able to reach someone at their office if I had questions about billing or services. We especially appreciated their efforts to complete the projects in a very short time frame before we needed to move out. We will definitely recommend RIBA to our friends and family, and look forward to working with them in the future at our next home.
