Outside of weather delays, they were prompt and allowed me to interface with their work supervisor to verify the work being done. The workers worked as a team and did excellent quality on all projects. They also cleaned up afterwards. When I inspected and found something I needed to have them address, they responded positively and quickly.

Smoothly! I was told who would arrive for the job and how it would proceed. They arrived early and completed the work in a timely fashion. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The experience exceeded my expectations.

Riba incorrectly states that I refused to provide a small down payment for the gutter replacement job. At no time, contrarily, did the company request a downpayment therefore at no time did I decline to make one. The basic problem was Riba's not telling me it changed its mind about the job and instead letting me figure it out over time.

Riba decided not to honor its bid. In doing so it simply did not respond when I notified Riba that I accepted their estimate (which was the best). I had to follow up to extract from the company that it was not interested in performing the work on which it bid because it decided that the job was not large enough. Riba should have determined that at the outset. No harm done in the end, just an extreme annoyance plus my loss of time and momentum.

Initial appraisal was quick. Due to strong winds, had to reschedule actual work a couple of times. The crew was very professional and the roofer (David) took a couple of pics of the issues on the roof before they fixed everything. Crew seemed very experienced and would recommend them strongly as well as use them again!

Excellent. RIBA was able to come out on a Saturday to review the work and provide a free estimate the same day. We were able to schedule the work and have it completed in less than a weeks from the estimate. They were prompt, efficient and clean.

Great! RIBA replaced all our rotted trim and wrapped the new wood in aluminium. The house looks amazing. Crew was hard working and did a fantastic job on the house. Office staff provided great customer service and were very responsive. I would definitely hire them again for future work on the house.

Initially, I had some reservations because this was a start-up company and frankly there was another vendor that we almost signed with but this company came in and provided us with more of a discount and because both owners Richard and Ryan worked extra hard to get our business. We felt as though they had our best interest in mind at all time and we appreciated the immediate response to any question or concern we had during the job. We would refer this company to anyone.

The work was completed in a punctual fashion and pricing was very reasonable. The technitian was very professional and the work area was left in such a way that no further cleaning was necessary. We were very satisfied with the work and would rehire without hesitation.

They did a wonderful job! The gutters look fantastic and work great. The siding looks like it was never damaged. The company was very responsive and the workers were courteous. Riba did a great job making sure we were satisfied customers. Will definitely be calling in the future.

The RIBA experience was excellent from beginning to end. The sales representative who set the job up for me was very knowledgeable and even recommended some items to improve the quality of the job that I had not considered but turned out to be a necessity in my opinion. He also did not try to upsale me items I didn't need as was my experience with a few other companies. The installation went exactly as scheduled and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work performed and the way my new gutters look and are performing. I have recommended RIBA to my neighbors and friends and will continue to do so.

They Replaced our roof with a 50 year warranty roof system. They repaired some damaged vinyl siding and were able to match exactly to the existing siding that I had. You can't even tell there was any previous damage. And they came out and did a whole house of Gutters in one day! I am very pleased with the experience. Jerry at the office was very kind and kept us involved with what was going on and when work would be taking place. Douglas and the installation crew were very clean and professional. I would highly recommend Riba construction and would definitely use them again.

It looks great. The work and quality is very professional. It was such a pleasure dealing directly with Ryan Baxter and Richard, the owners, who really care about the company and about the quality of work. They were very accommodating around my schedule and my house looks brand new with the new roof, siding, and gutters. Looks great and I'm beyond happy with their work!
