Highly professional company and staff! We learned about RIBA Construction through family, who've worked with the team and spoke highly of them. Our own experience working with them to install new interior doors only confirmed that great experience further. From start to end, our project manager HB was very responsive and knowledgeable. The staff Juan and Carlos were efficient, detail-oriented and professional in their work. The entire process from estimate to final touch-ups was smooth, transparent and pleasant. We would love to work with RIBA Construction again on future projects!

Extremely happy with the wonderful job RIBA Construction did installing new windows in my home. Excellent customer service from start to finish! The foreman and crew were punctual, professional and very hard working. I canâ t recommend RIBA highly enough!

Can't say enough good things about RIBA! They have done my windows, roof, chimney repair, gutter guards, and so much more. They are fast to respond, and do the job perfectly. They stand by their work, and are always responsive to any follow-up questions I have. It is hard to find contractors who are this dedicated, responsive, and capable. You can't do better, so be sure to check them out!

Riba did excellent work and provided exceptional customer service in replacing two skylights which were over 30 years old. Currently available skylights are slightly smaller so they installed molding around the edges in the interior shaft so the metal framing would not be visible. This proved to be a challenge given all the angles and slants in the shaft, but Riba came back twice to ensure the job was completed in a high quality manner. Riba also repaired where a leak had damaged the wall and repainted the room. I had used Riba on a previous job and will definitely use them again given the outstanding job they've done both times!

Riba did a great job installing our roof, gutters w/covers, doing all house trim, and installing a skylight. We had a wonderful experience from the time we met with them til the project was completed. They had many options to choose from when deciding what we would go with and gave suggestions as well as listened to all of our wants and needs. All of the things they worked on look great and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely use them again!

RIBA construction was the best experience I have ever had with a construction / remodeling company. I had a custom job converting an unfinished building to a small business commercial retail space. The owner, Rich, personally came out to look at my project and was a true advisor to me on what things I needed to consider to avoid future problems, save money, and achieve the visual outcome I was hoping for. I found the entire transaction highly honest and with the upmost integrity. I was truly inspired by the wealth and depth of knowledge displayed in the design phase of the project. The crew that came out to do the work was on time, cleaned up diligently every day, displayed a high level of professionalism and produced the highest quality end product I could have imagined. Every time there was a slight deviation in plan they walked me through the options and fully explained the best resolution â and most importantly kept me in budget without charging me extra â it was as if they were committed to me and this project rather than boosting revenue and profits â this was a breath of fresh air as compared to some of my previous experiences with other companies. My small business commercial retail space is now completely finished â Insulation, drywall, flooring, door and window installation, painting, trim and molding work and roofing â all brilliantly done. The end result is phenomenal â RIBA is the last construction / remolding company I will ever need â they are now my go-to for all things. You will be in good hands with RIBA.

Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. Rich assured me that his crews are very trustworthy; since I couldn't be home on the day of installation, I really had no choice. RIBA is bonded & insured. When I returned home all of the windows were in place. I noticed shoes by the door; they took them off as not to mar or soil my hardwood floors & carpet. I didn't ask. When finished they cleaned up...everything. The window quality was exactly what I ordered; the trim work was over & above what I expected; excellent work. I would (and have) highly recommend RIBA for home improvement work. Looking forward to my new RIBA roof next month.

The folks at RIBA were fantastic. I needed several things done to my bathroom --- everything came out great with a fair price. Customer service was outstanding --- very professional. I will definitely use them again for my next interior project.

Able to quote, order materials and schedule work in a very short period of time. Since our skylight in the shower was cracked, we were concerned about safety. Riba understood and got the work done right away.

Riba was contracted to paint and repair rotting exterior trim. After the fact, I learned that rather than removing gutters and replacing the rotten faceboards, they simply re-nailed and slapped a coat of paint over the area. 3 years later when my gutters fell off, I had to pay another contractor to have the job done properly.

You may need to add some more stars to accurately rate RIBA Construction! They were prompt to respond and provided a written estimate that addressed all of my project requirements. Their estimate itemized each part of the project and included alternatives when appropriate. The work crew was punctual and professional. They did a great job replacing my skylights and re-flashing and waterproofing my old leaking chimney. The new copper flashing is embedded into the chimney mortar joints - no roofing caulk to dry out and leak. Before the crew left they blew all of the leaf debris off of the roof and cleaned up all of the construction debris. They will be my first choice for any future construction work.

a relatively flat portion of My asphalt shingle roof was leaking. I contacted 5 roofing companies for repairing. 4 other companies gave no offer for temporary property protection, very high cost for repair Only the RIBA Construction gave me temporary property protection priority, then a reasonable cost for repair and also guide me step by step to fill out application for claiming home owner insurance to cover a partial cost of repair. I'm very happy with RIBA construction business and will call RIBA for any of my house project(s) in future and confidently refer RIBA Construction to all. Thank you.

Our skylight replacement was an excellent job. From the first initial contact until completion, we were very pleased. All our questions were answered and our alternatives were explained well. After the work was finished, the team cleaned up well and we are totally pleased with the new skylight.
