Builder never pulled permits/did work according to code. We went to do renovations and found he cut ALL the corners behind the walls. We had to GUT our entire basement and start fresh. We believed the home to be "rebuilt" and move-in ready. We were sadly very wrong. We are now pursuing legal action. BUYER BEWARE!!! The more we open, the more we find - do NOT trust anything from this builder. Contractors and neighbors are all very sad for the mess we inherited. Fairfax County is also involved due to his negligence. Side note: He was flipping another home and was kicked out by Fairfax County inspectors because he never pulled any permits before the work started. The home is on maple ave - please warn ANYone looking to purchase this home.
