I hired this company to manage my property. If you are looking for a company to collect rent only, I would recommend them. If you need their assistance for repairs, look elsewhere! I had several repairs that needed to be completed. I have tenants in the home so my expectation was the repairs would be completed fairly quickly and professionally. It has taken several months and MANY messages and emails (Randy Woods has never returned my calls, she will respond several days later with an email only; never any personal connection). I have received the same excuses, contractor is out of town, we are looking for a new contractor etc... The repairs are mediocre, I am not sure what type of contractors they are using. I have expressed my displeasure with Randy over the past several months, she has never acknowledged this nor offered any apology. The final situation that caused me to terminate this agreement was when a basement window was cracked. Randy sent someone over to look at it. The contractor removed the window and taped a cardboard over the exposed window. This was completely unacceptable as the wind blew it away immediately, the contractor just left and my tenants called me in a panic as there was a wide open area into the home. I called Randy Woods, of course I received her voicemail. There was an emergency number for Pam Wiggins who I called immediately. She said she would look into it. I NEVER heard back from her, I called my tenant directly who confirmed they went back out to secure the cardboard. It has now been two weeks and the window is still not fixed. I live 3 hours from my house and hired this company to handle any issues. Their service is dismal and I would highly recommend that you look for a company that truly cares about your investment.

I spoke to Kevin on the phone and set up an appointment for Saturday. The appointment time came around and no one showed up. After waiting for 20 minutes I called Kevin and he explained someone else from his office was taking the appointment. He would call that person and find out what happened and get back to me. Another 30 minutes passed and when I did not hear from Kevin I called back. My call went straight to voice mail. I left a message. It has been an hour since my first call and an hour and a half since the appointment time and I have not heard from Kevin or the person who was to come to the appointment. If this is the professionalism that is shown when trying to get my business I can only imagine how poor the service would be if I signed a contract with them. I doubt that my requirements or my tenants would be met at all. Customer service does not appear to be part of their management philosophy.

Wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable of the Northern Virginia area.
