Reel Homes

Eric and Chris are the REEL DEAL!! We had built a custom home in the past in NY and vetted many builders here in the NoVA metro area to build again in Vienna, VA. We are sooo happy with the beautiful house that Eric and Chris built for us! Our close friend who is a building inspector for Arlington County came by to inspect our build (from framing to end) and expressed how well and impressed Reel Homes was doing, as well as the great quality of materials they were using. Of course, Eric and Chris weren't aware of these visits. This made us very relieved and confident that we chose the best builder in the Wash DC area! During the build, they were there at the house every day to make sure everything was done right and when our dream house was finished, they promised to come back in 6 months and after one year. Unheard of in the industry. This is very important since this is the second house we built. Our first builder left after the walk-through and came twice again for repairs. But Reel Homes came back even a year later! Fortunately and a testament to their quality, the only reasons they needed to come back were very minor and fixed immediately. They're wonderful to work with and very honest and fair. From one discriminating perfectionist (who else would go custom??), you won't have any regrets building what you want with Eric and Chris. Eric and Chris understand those key factors for those who choose custom building where beauty, quality, cost and time are critical. We get complements on our house all the time. I can't say enough about them as custom builders!

Our experience with them was wonderful. We had a really good experience with them. They were very accommodating to a lot of changes that we made to their existing floor plan. A lot of custom builders were less willing to make the amount of changes that we asked for. These guys finished the house in nine months which was kind of unheard in this area. It was a good deal. Most of their response was through email but they were still very prompt.
